• Nicolas (9/5): A fabulous flat for singles, couples or small family. Great location that is convenient yet quiet. - The flat was immaculately clean and well appointed. The location was quiet and yet within easy access of Paddington Station as well as all the main tube lines. There was great shopping and restaurants nearby, yet the street the flat was on was quiet and pleasant. There really is nothing to dislike. The flat was great!

• Wei Mei (9/5): Great accommodation. - The space and convenience of the location. The amenities were great. The host that greeted us was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom can be quite cold during winter. The heater needs to be stronger and the shower heater can be hard to use.

• Marta (4/5): - The location is great, quiet and close to transport and shops. All the blankets, carpets and rugs are dirty and full of dust. Like they were not cleaned for a really long time. The double bed is on the small and not convenient for two people and sofa downstairs is not comfortable for sleeping - very rough. So there was not good sleep for us. The bathroom is disaster. Shower does not close properly and water all the time goes outside, all floor is wet. In top it has special hot water boiler or heater that makes it ages to set up a right temperature for you. Shower is one big disaster.

• John (7/5): Accommodation was quiet and in a good area, short walk from Paddington Station. - A good location for transit to see the sites of London I expected a washing machine in the flat, not 4 floors above that you had to pay for, no soap provided. I thought info on site wasn’t clear enough about that. Poor communication when checking in was stressful.

The owner and building manager were respo - The location is very convenient just a short walk from Paddington. The neighborhood is lovely with lots of amazing restaurants. We happened to visit during a heat wave! The fans were a must!
• Corinne (9/5): We very much enjoyed this accommodation - Clean, had all the amenities we needed, great location in central London. Very hot and no AC, also only one outlet in bedroom behind the bed, so it was not possible to charge phones etc while also running the fan.

So many detailed touches made it a very special find. Comfortable double (not queen) bed, lots of storage space (and hangers), full kitchen facilities, functioning heated towel rail, good shower. Very clean. House manager was excellent. Fantastic location. I'd return tomorrow. Nothing to criticise. If a dishwasher is important to you, there isn't one. Washing machine vital? There is a coin-operated machine a few floors up: it works OK.
• Tracy (9/5): Superb - My best friend and I booked this flat for the tail end of our 15 day adventure. We wanted a place with more amenities like kitchen and space than a typical hotel and our expectations were met! The flat is located in a excellent location, easy walk to restaurants, markets, Paddington Station where we traveled in and out of, and the beautiful Kensington Gardens. The checkin process was very easy and everything was very clean. Overall, a wonderful stay! We found the flat to be pretty warm, which wouldn't be a bad thing in colder months but we were pretty hot at night. You don't have the possibility to create a cross breeze between windows, so some fans would have been appreciated. Truly my only minor complaint, I would still stay again 100%.

No written instructions were provided as to how to control the heating, use the appliances etc. Although I believe the description noted that the bed was located on a platform, access was by a steep and narrow stairs

• Stanley (10/5): A perfect bolthole for a London stay. Very fairly priced and eminently comfortable. - Nice location, close to Queensway and Paddington and just clean and very comfortable. Felt like a home away from home.
• Mclean (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect. The flat was very comfortable. The host responded quickly when we needed something. Bookings.com misspelled the name of the street on the confirmation email which was the source of confusion for us. Also, although we retrieved the keys by lockbox, we had to call to get the code when we arrived which we found a bit difficult. It would have been better to have been given the proper street name and the lockbox code in advance by email.
• Hanna (10/5): Great staying - Everything was great, a bit expensive but it’s London;) I didn’t have a local charger and Hasan provided it really fast, thank you! Clean, cozy, comfortable bed, kitchen essentials including coffee, tea, oil, salt… Nothing to complain
• Abir (10/5): Perfect - Beautiful flat close to everything in a nice neighbourhood , the area is safe quite and only few minutes from public transport, Super Clean flat with comfortable bed, the Kichen has all facilities, microwave, Coffee machine., and all cooking necessities , the living room was spacious and well designed, bathroom have plenty toiletries and towels . They also have a beautiful garden with chairs to seat for sunny days. The owner Hasan was very Friendly and kind the two men working in the building Alberto and bakr were just amazing , 2 beautiful souls ,very welcoming respectful and helpful . ( For sure this is not going to be my last visit:)) ) I recommend it strongly Nothing
• Carol (10/5): Great stay in London. Quiet, roomy, and wonderful manager who is very helpful - The apartment was roomy, clean and well stocked with all essentials. Alberto was so kind and helped out with anything we needed. Great location to see all of London. One might need a washing machine but we were fine. I would have liked to have more open windows but the skylight was perfect for fresh air.

• John (8/5): Very good - Great location, 10 minute walk from Paddington station. So nice to have heaps more room than a hotel room , beautifully decorated and very comfortably furnished. Bedroom space is tight around the bed. We're used to a queen bed and found the bed small. Otherwise, it was great and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

• Eoin (10/5): Full kitchen, small family friendly apartment. - It was private with easy access as the apartment is on the ground floor, is it was only up a few steps to the main entrance as we had a buggy. It had everything you needed. The property manager even got me a new hairdryer during our stay.

• Marc (9/5): A spacious “studio” in a very good location to shops, restaurants, pubs, transportation etc. - Bright, even on a rainy day. Spacious for 1 or 2 people. Very good Wi-Fi. Everything in working order. Comfortable bed. Good shower pressure. Sufficient toilet paper. Good coffee machine. Clean overall. Biko was very helpful. Cabinet by the TV had broken / worn handles. The dishes seemed washed but left on the drying rack instead of being put away. A dish cloth would have been helpful but used the bathroom hand towel instead. TV could be a bit bigger.
