Власниця квартира дуже привітна та доброзичлива.Приємним сюрпризом було прибирання На жаль в оголошенні ми ніде не знайшли що знімаємо лише кімнату і це було для нас сюрпризом , хоча в нас буди чудовий сусід.

- Littlewood (8/5): Very good - This property is in a great place especially if you like to walk down the beach to the left is a great rocky walk with beautiful views .. go climb the hill to the right .. excellent.. then it is right on the metro track Alicante to benidorm brilliant I can get cold at night but I was there in Jan ..be great in summer

- Flores (10/5): Excellent✨️ - Everything was clean and organized, lots of space. A heater, like the one inside the bathroom, would be nice as well in the bedrooms. From time to time, neighbors might be a bit noisy

- Anna (10/5): Would stay again (and since have!!) - This accommodation was perfect for my needs. It is minutes walk from Albufereta beach which is a lot quieter than the main beach in Alicante. The tram stop La Isleta is just across the road, and just 3 stops out of the main town. There are several restaurants within a short walk from.the apartment. The room itself was very comfortable, and had a desk which suited my remote working needs. The view out the bedroom window is into the apartments garden which was very pretty with palm trees, a well manicured lawn and shrubs. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, coffee percolator and fridge freezer. There was plenty of pans, utensils, crockery etc. The apartment was very clean, tidy and well looked after. The host Bengoña was so lovely and very welcoming. She was very helpful and accommodating. I will miss her! Nothing!
