• Bachlalou (9/5): A week in Donostia! - The place is well situated and near everything. We had a little trouble with the washing machine and Roman was so helpful. He fixed the issue in no time. Nothing related to the appartement itself . All good! However since we came by car we found dificulty to find free parkings near the appartement. All the parkings we found were expensive for 24h.
• Maria (5/5): Apartamento cómodo pero estancia incómoda y con pérdidas de tiempo vacacional nuestro por mala gestión y atención del ca - La ubicación, las habitaciones, comedor. La atención personal nefasta, sabiendo que éramos sordas, sin contactar con nosotras ni esperar nuestra llegada. Tuvimos problemas para entrar en el apartamento 2 días consecutivos por el acceso a través de código. No pudimos cocinar en la vitro, por no haber instrucciones, fallo en el agua caliente el último día. Nosotras no estamos contentas de la atención recibida.

• Diego (8/5): Un lindo departamento, sin grandes lujos pero con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable - El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, con supermercados, bares y restaurantes cerca, es cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable El baño no tiene ventilación, el mobiliario de la cocina carece de suficiente superficie de apoyo y enchufes, los dormitorios son un poco ajustados y la mesa del comedor es algo pequeña
• Jutta (8/5): - Super Lage, geschmackvoll eingerichtet Die Wohnung ist dunkel, die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein. Geschirr war nicht sauber.
• Antje (10/5): Schöner Urlaub in einer schönen Stadt - Perfekte Lage mitten in der Stadt, auch nah am Strand und an der Promenade. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und für 4 Personen vollkommen geeignet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Einkaufmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Das Auto wurde in einem Parkhaus geparkt, unweit der Wohnung. Es waren immer freie Plätze da. Jederzeit würden wir gern wieder kommen. Hat uns sehr gefallen.

• Iris (10/5): - Super schön eingerichtete und großzügige Wohnung. Lage genial. Zentral mit Cafés und Bars vor der Tür und nicht laut. -
• Eimear (9/5): Great location. Great city - The location is fantastic. Easily accessible to the beach, Parte Vieja and the central commercial district. Good sized apartment. Quiet at night, even though there’s a busy plaza downstairs There’s no AC. I would suggest a fan for the 2nd bedroom and another for the living space. July is San Sebastián is warm and humid
• Bick (9/5): Great apartment but it is $$ - The location is great. It’s a short but enjoyable walk to the beach and old town. The apartment was very comfortable for a small family. Issues with the hot water. We had no hot water the first day, and it cut out daily. We were told it was because we ran the heater and hot water at the same time. Apparently the system shuts down for safety reasons A and this wasn’t explained to us prior. The apartment is expensive. We requested to stay an extra night and were charged double the nightly rate, which made it even more $.
• Lisa (3/5): We wouldn’t book again or recommend - Nice location, quiet block, 10 minutes walk from beach Basic apartment but expensive - not even a paper copy of rules. All on line. On two occasions we found cockroaches in bathroom. Owners came and sprayed. Basic facilities for example no tea towels( we were told to use one kitchen roll for drying up . Left two dishwasher tablets for one weeks washing up . No plug in kitchen sink. Two and half toilet rolls for one weeks stay. The key entry app went down one day and we couldn’t get in. Don’t turn up early as not allowed in until 4:00pm exactly Finally disappointing you can’t open the blinds in both bedrooms- they look straight into other people’s flats in a depressing courtyard.
• Laura (8/5): Great for a family with 2 kids. - Walking distance to the beach Didn’t have enough kitchen condiments for a traveller who doesn’t want to buy everything new. Electronic key was interesting. If you don’t have wifi you can’t use it.

Kitchenware it’s not very useful,knives can’t cut anything,pan teflon is all damaged.Shower area the wall very dirty and have small cockroaches in the bathroom.
