• Corentin (10/5): Excellent - Tout était vraiment super de la localisation, à la propreté et aux instructions données. Le lit deux places était très confortable. Le clic clac reste très sommaire au niveau de confort.

• boudart (8/5): - la situation centrale dans la vielle ville j'ai loué cette chambre car elle était dans le centre et qu'il y avait un parking,je n'ai reçu aucune explication comment accéder à ce parking (la propriétaire du parking étant indépendant du logement) je suis tombé par hasard sur la propriétaire des parking,qui a pu finalement m'en donner l’accès

• Tayyip (3/5): Parken unmöglich und Schimmel! - Self Check-In und Lage Es ist nahezu unmöglich, einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden. Auf unsere Anfrage beim Vermieter kam eine Kollegin, um das Tor zur hauseigenen Garage zu öffnen (20 € pro Tag). Sie war jedoch äußerst unfreundlich und hat uns lautstark angeschrien, weil ich an der falschen Stelle in dem extrem engen und stark verschmutzten Parkplatz geparkt hatte. Eine Schallisolierung ist praktisch nicht vorhanden – es fühlt sich an, als wären die Fenster offen, obwohl sie geschlossen sind. Und es stinkt nach Kanalisation wenn man das Fenster öffnet. Leider war die Unterkunft zudem stark verschimmelt und schmutzig.

• Isabelle (7/5): Zentrale Unterkunft in Sevilla - Sehr zentral gelegen, einfacher Check-in Prozess mit Code, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Sauberkeit. Auf dem Fußboden waren noch Haare von den Vormietern, außerdem haben wir im Bad ein Taschentuch gefunden, das nicht von uns war. Kein Schwamm zum Spülen vorhanden. Die Dusche lief nicht richtig ab, das haben wir der Vermieterin auch gemeldet.
• Micah (7/5): Fantastic location - Amazing location!! We were able to walk easily to all of the sites we wanted to see. Good little kitchen and the bed was very comfortable There is quite a lot of noise from the adjoining apartments (you can hear talking and vacuuming) and one evening there was a group on a terrace near by playing music and chatting until 3am which made it difficult to sleep

• Laura (7/5): Top Lage zu einem sehr guten Preis - Die Unterkunft hat eine Top Lage. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Alles vorhanden: Handtücher, Kaffeemaschine, zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser, Duschzeug, Föhn, Bügeleisen mit Brett usw. Während unseres Aufenthalts war wohl der Bewegungsmelder auf dem Gang kaputt und das Licht brannte die ganze Nacht. Der Türschlitz der Wohnung war recht breit, deshalb war es die ganze Nacht recht hell im Zimmer.
• Ilaria (8/5): Comoda e in centro - Comodo e in centro, facilmente raggiungibile da qualsiasi punto della città e vicino alle principali attrazioni e ai collegamenti con aeroporto. Ha inoltre tutto l'essenziale per un breve soggiorno Nel complesso è una buona struttura, confrontandola anche con i prezzi in giro Il portone di ingresso si apre con una combinazione e devi essere molto veloce ad inserirla e aprire subito la porta, solo che se non ti viene spiegato stai lì 10 min, poi chiami il proprietario che ti dice che non abita lì e non sa che farci. Fortuna che degli inquilini ci hanno aiutate. (Le volte successive si può comunque sempre accedere con una chiave che troverete nel locker dell'appartamento). L'aria condizionata perde acqua lungo il muro che risultava macchiato al nostro arrivo
• Susana (9/5): Apartamento en el Centro de Sevillan - La ubicación en pleno centro de Sevilla y muy cerca de Triana. La atención de Camilo que nos facilito la estancia, tener plaza de garaje en el centro Por poner algo negativo, hubiéramos preferido unas sillas en vez de taburetes .

• Luigi Andrea (10/5): Studio accogliente e comodo a pochi passi dal centro città! - Studio molto carino ed accogliente a pochissimi passi dal centro. Abbiamo visitato tutte le attrazioni turistiche principali a piedi, senza bisogno di mezzi vista la posizione centrale. Perfetto per due persone. Il letto è grande, il bagno spazioso e la cucina con due fornelli ci ha permesso di pranzare e cenare a casa senza difficoltà. La zona è tranquilla quindi anche con la finestra aperta durante la notte non avevano rumori fastidiosi provenienti dalla strada. Le uniche pecche erano il condizionatore che spesso cacciava acqua e dovevamo mettere un secchio sotto per non far cadere l’acqua a terra. Inoltre alcuni piatti sembravano un po’ sporchi quindi prima di utilizzarli li abbiamo lavati.

• Heather (8/5): Great accommodations in the heart of the action! - Location was excellent, host communication was excellent, ease of access was great, simple accommodations that worked very well, clean, fridge, coffee/tea, blow-dryer, shampoo. I enjoyed my stay very much! These are FYI, expect hallway noise, shower head was stubborn (when there is water pressure it has a mind of its own (think spraying outside the shower)), kitchen sink has a small leak when off but I just put a towel around the faucet base, and the bed pillows are harder pillows but not a dealbreaker at all. Again, I enjoyed my stay and communication with the host was excellent.

• Tamás (9/5): Nice flat close to the centre. - Well equiped room, and kitchen. Close to the city centre. A bit noisy and the parking was challenging (you can park only parking garages in the surroundings, and it was expensive).
