• Mark (2/5): Not good enough - Communication after booking non existent. Finally chased up and was advised they would send info. 2 days later advised they would send instructions on day of arrival. On day of scheduled arrival advised room no longer available due plumbing issue. Cancelled booking stayed elsewhere. Communication

• Beginov (3/5): - Beautiful house with an even more beautiful view House was not clean. Very difficult to communicate with hosts for check in instructions. Unmade beds, some showers had no hot water. Building materials littered around the house.

• Michael (1/5): I needed somewhere to stay with my pregnant wife and 1.5yr old daughter. The photos looked great, however they were misl - The view, when it wasn’t blocked by the metal bars from some aspects. -Urine under toilet seat, making the entire room smell like urine -White/clear dry liquid residue on floor -Toothpaste and soap splash marks on mirror and basin -Mould throughout shower and tile grout -Hair in beds and shower drain -A lot of dust behind TV unit in bedroom and on various other surfaces including bedside tables -Spilt, dried drink on floor in the main communal kitchen -Rubbish from previous tenant, ft. plastic drink bottle on table outside -Cobwebs and spiders, dead and alive -Ashtray and the smell of cigarettes despite “No Smoking” -Old food/crumbs etc in microwave and oven -Couldn’t access WiFi (Didn’t find a router) -TV remotes didn’t work. Borrowed the communal TV’s remote to turn it on, then shortly after off, upon finding out it wasn’t connected to the internet. -Free-to-air didn’t work, even after using the TV’s UI to scan -Needs garden/exterior maintenance -Minimal and limited capacity correspondence due to English being a second language

• Ric (1/5): Bad - I didn't like the fact that for some reason the owner off the property contacted my misses asking if she needed help and gave her someone's number, was very inappropriate and disgusting behaviour
• Michelle (3/5): Has great potential but maintenance has let it down - Room size was good Outside unkept and dirty, lawns or grass three foot high. Inside furniture missing, no comfortable seating all missing, some white goods pool table in need of repair overall owner needs to keep facility neat and tidy. Did not receive confirmation before arrival and then took several calls to get instructions to access property. Missing amenities ie two cups in family room. Bed was comfortable

• Julie (6/5): Pleasant - The views amazing the room, the bed was very the bathroom was clean Kitchen adequate The place was clean. The whole house could be beautiful. The price.m U The grounds unkept Long overgrown grass and gardens unattended. Exhaust fan in bathroom noisy as broken .TV did not work. Couldn't use the pool table as cues un tipped. Pool closed and covered as not clean .Basically, the place needs a gardener and a repairman. Could do with care taker on site. Old cartons on porch needed moving.
• David (2/5): We survived but were very disappointed. - Space and peaceful No WIFI. Even though they gave us WIFI details it was either turned off or broken- there was NO SIGNAL. Host NEVER RESPONDED regarding this. Property VERY RUN DOWN. Almost seemed to be abandoned . Lack of care to detail. No towels in kitchen. No hand towels, bath mats. No hot water in kitchen sink.
• Kirralee (2/5): Unfortunately overpriced rubbish - we were very disappointed as we splurged for New Year Eve. - Position and bedrooms - Very disappointed. - Unkept property - grass knee high, broken beer bottle on front driveway, gardens overgrown and full of weeds, indoor pool - green and a health hazard. - Two broken chairs on front verandah. - No instructions to operate tvs, dishwasher, oven, air con etc. - minimal info given about how property works as there are multiple rooms using shared kitchen, fridge, balcony and lounge /games room. Ie other guests smoking on the front balcony. - no info on local food, attrachions ie roches beach, pharmacy etc. - No wifi - router given but was not found. - No remotes for multiple tvs. - Minimal kitchen utensils and oven trays etc - No tea towels and kitchen paper to clean. - No lounge to sit on. - Broken or no equipment in games room - no ends on pool cues and no ping pong balls. - Rubbish and packaging for fans left at front door. - Couldn’t get to the waters edge due to over grown grass. - gun safe in bedroom closet (disgusting).

• Elyse (3/5): Poor - The location is great. Beautiful views of the river. Not as advertised. Used soap in bathroom. Not clean in parts of kitchen and bedroom. Smashed glass and rubbish in driveway. Lawns overgrown. Underwear left in foyer. Half-drunk cask of wine in wardrobe. Chairs and some towels not fully cleaned.

• Jason (3/5): Poor - Advertised inaccurately. Toilet light didn’t work. Hair in the bed. Stains on the duvet cover. For the price of the room you didn’t get much. Toilet and shower were advertised as an ensuite and were actually out around the gym equipment and were meant for anyone using the downstairs pool area.

• Judith (7/5): Strange experience but bed comfortable and bathroom facilities o.k.For the money charged more t.l.c. - It was a strange experience. Like a self catering hotel. Location was good. Bed was comfortable.Dining room faclities and chairs and a table on the verandah The housekeeping was just minimal with no attention paid to cobwebs smudgy windows. Saucepans had to be cleaned before use. Basin was not running free,water building,t up and took a while to get away.room 1.
