• Sipione (1/5): TERRIBLE - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE – STAY AWAY! This was by far the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in, and I feel completely scammed. First of all, the property is not located at the address listed on Booking.com. The building shown if you search the adress on google maps is NOT where you’ll be staying. What we found instead was a decaying, filthy, and suspicious-looking structure that immediately gave off a sense of danger and abandonment. The apartment itself was extremely dirty.Once inside, it only got worse. The apartment reeked of marijuana and stale air, like no one had opened a window in months. We immediately noticed insects everywhere – including ants and even cockroaches. The bathroom setup is outrageous: the toilet is literally inside the shower, making it extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary. The sink is tiny and awkwardly placed right next to the bed. For a 6-night stay, we were given only two small, worn-out face towels. When we asked for more, we were told it wasn’t possible. That alone is unacceptable, but it gets worse. The apartment is advertised as a 4-star property, which is beyond misleading – it’s an outright scam. The worst part? The bedsheets were already used. We opened them to find someone else’s hair inside. That’s when we knew: we couldn’t stay a minute longer. We left immediately and booked a different place — at our own cost. The staff was dishonest and unhelpful. At first, they acknowledged the issues (starting with the wrong address!) and told us we would be refunded, but later they started stalling and making excuses. We never received any compensation (we didn’t spend a single night there) and they refused to meet us or resolve the matter properly. This place is a complete fraud, and I strongly urge Booking.com and future travelers to take this listing down. Absolutely zero professionalism, zero hygiene, and zero integrity.
