- Anonymous (2/5): Grimy. Sketchy. Not at all worth it for the location. - Location is good and the pool is OK. Apartment was huge. Nice city views. It just feels sketchy and grimy. You're met by a random guy who messages you on Whatsapp for the key and needs cash, upfront, the moment you arrive. Our apartment had previously had a smoker in it (not just the smell, but cigarette burns on the furniture). A previous occupant has written "clean please" in the dust on one of the surfaces. A lot of low level grime and shoddy repairs. Dirty floors in the kitchen, mold, broken tiles and furniture, taped up fittings and switches, burns on surfaces, hasty patches and paint job. The apartment needs proper and serious renovation.

- Kee (9/5): Very comfortable and convenient stay - The location is great. We needed a place that had a bus service to Genting Skyworlds (at the top). It's close enough to twin towers, Chinatown, Central Market for sightseeing. The shops in Berjaya Times Square are plenty but ICC Pudu and eateries are also conveniently nearby. My kids really enjoyed using the pool and there is so much for kids to do at Berjaya Times Square e.g. watch a movie, kids karaoke, theme park, go cart, escape room, hologate etc. The accommodation is dated and old BUT it is clean and comfy, which is what is important for us. The price is very reasonable for the convenience and the size of the accommodation. The view from the room was also stunning. Most importantly, it was very easy to get in touch with the agent for check in, check out, housekeeping etc.. He was very polite and kind. Our tv wasn't working and he helped us to change it. Wifi was great. We only had one keycard so that did mean a lot more organising within the family if we are not all going out at the same time.

Main room AC stopped working soon after check-in, and almost everything came with extra charges. Not recommended for anything beyond just sleeping.

There was a mall on ground floor and it was amazing. There was a 7/11 in the same building from where you can go for grocery. Bukit bintang is 1.3 KM you can walk to the Bukit bentang in just 10 Minutes. One tab was not working fine they provided just one key for 4 persons
- Lynn (3/5): Big Disappointment - Location is good. There are lots of places to eat inside the mall and nearby. It's easy to get transportation to and from the place. The whole thing is a big deception. It is not a hotel, just a guy renting out an apartment (s). When we arrived we were told payment had to be in cash. The place did not look like what was shown on booking.com. It was old and run down. This scam should not be supported by Booking com!

After complaining at booking.com, he suddenly said both rooms are available for me. That gives me unnecessary stress since ive been planning for a week and my family was coming for a far away. He even said to me that ive paid with booking.com with cheaper price and yet, im still complaining. I managed to get a good deal from booking.com and i was surprised that he could say that to my face the day i checked in.
