• Donna (8/5): - Nice building but the apartment needs attention. Needs a deep cleaning, shower curtain or glass partition in the shower. Very little hot water. Very poorly equipped kitchen. Way too much clutter from other tenants. The building was very nice, we enjoyed the deck overlooking the sea. Apartment is worn……needs a deep cleaning and some attention to the details.

• Nazmiye KAÇAN (10/5): - The apartment is newly furnished, it has its own private beach, plus it is close to the city center. Facilities were great, there was a coffee machine and everything needed for cooking. It was very clean, the bed was so comfortable. The balcony was the greatest thing, it had a great view of the sea and at the same time its own privacy. The owner was really helpful, he helped with everything we needed and kindly answered all the question we asked. Even though it was in a busy street, we didn't listen anything from outside, we had full privacy. Will definitely recommend and if we ever go to Saranda again we are definitely going to stay there ☺️♥️

We had everything we needed there, and supermarkets, cafes and restaurants were very close. It was a walkable distance to the town promenade, while being in a quieter area 👍

• Patricia (10/5): Super nice apartment with a great location! - The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The location with a parking place is really good. You have supermarkets, drugstores, and the city promenade all close to the apartment. The port is 20-25 minutes by foot. The deck with access to the water was perfect. You can pay for the sun bed or just go swimming, like my son and husband did. We didn't spend the day there, just swam at the end of the day or drank a glass of wine at the bar. The host, Fatjon, always very friendly and helped when it was necessary. The kitchen could have more utensils: a bowl for a salad, small bowls for cereal, a big knife, a cutting board....

Private sun terrace, only €10.00 per day for 2 sunbeds and a parasol. Small bar on the private terrace, with a friendly and good bartender. Drinks are inexpensive, for example, soft drinks only €2.00. Good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

It has all you need to prepare meal .. the room is very spacious and beds are comfortable . The only thing I would say it not about the property but about the sun beds. It would be great it was free of charge or even who is staying at apartments would have access for small charge .

Lots of restaurants in neighbourhood and supermarket a couple of minutes away. The host was so kind and helpful and the apartment was really comfortable. Maybe a couple of small saucepans but apart from that nothing to comment on.

• Mariana (10/5): Beautiful view very spacious and modern - Beautiful view, very spacious, renovated and clean. On the first day the energy was missing for a few hours but it was a problem on the neighborhood, not in the apartment.
• Wendy (9/5): Great stay, would come back in a flash. - This was by far the best apartment of the four we stayed in in Albania (in a similar price range). The furnishings were modern and comfortable, the apartment was spacious and well laid out, wifi great, beds comfy, shower perfect, and the little helpful things had been taken care of (tea and coffee, nice coffee machine, first aid kit, a welcome bottle of wine, etc). I wish we had stayed here for a few days. The location is a bit distant from the centre, but given how noisy the entertainment can be in the evening, this for us was a good thing. Factor it into your plans. Pleasant little balcony on the side of the building, with sea glimpses. Quiet building. Some people comment on being annoyed that the private beach required payment for umbrella and lounge chairs (20 euros for two chairs and umbrella). Personally, I'd rather pay on the days I use them, than have the charge added to the apartment rate for every single day. But perhaps it's worth contacting the owner/manager in advance for long stays to negotiate a rate? There was apparently a public beach nearby (not the one in the center) but we couldn't find it. So maybe a little map in the apartment for people who just want to go for a swim, and don't need to lounge all afternoon?

Very quiet location where you can relax and enjoy the view. Hosts were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. Value for money. Brand new rooms for a reasonable price. I would definitely go back to this place and stay at this property and i highly recommend to anyone visiting Saranda. ***** There is nothing i disliked about the room.
