Falta mejorar el mantenimiento del hotel, en la mayoría de lugares. El techo de la piscina está muy antiguo. Mejorar la comunicación en recepción, y deberían tener secadoras de pelo para el cabello sobre todo de niñas.
- Peter (6/5): - the place is beautyful and we loved de pool with a water temperature of 30° Celsius for me it does not seem a 4* hotel. We had the suite with jacuzzi. In the morning the shower did not have warm water. the tap of rhe jacuzzi did not close well so the water dissappeared. In the evening we did not had warm water for the jacuzzi and it took an hour to resolve it. The staff is nice, but the service is very slow. It was a nice place but not worth $200 for 2 nights

El baño es amplio, sin embargo no dispone de un mueble para colocar los artículos de los huéspedes- Se sugiere implementen entretenimientos como mesa de billar, ping pong, karaoke, que aumentarían la satisfacción de los clientes.

- Manuel (6/5): Pleasant - Property was a bit run down. Pull and spa were closed. No staff available when we arrived. Had to wait for a staff member to arrive in order to get access to the room. Breakfast was good and Staff was amicable. The suite was not worth the money I paid. Did not feel secure at the location. We were one of maybe two guests at the property. No security lighting whatsoever. No access key just a simple 1,2,3 code which in all likelihood hasn't been changed for years. Had to lock myself in the bedroom for fear that someone might enter while I slept. Property is "Run Down".
