• Stefano (1/5): Rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo. Appartamento vecchio, mobilio vetusto, host scortse - Nulla Un soppalco a 40 cm dal soffitto messo in cucina è stata definita camera. È un unico ambiente. Le foto nel sito presentano un ambiente nettamente migliore della reale situazione dell’appartamento. Mobilio vecchio, mal manutentato e sporco. Dotazione molto scarsa, solo un asciugamano. Host scortese

• C (1/5): Flinke tegenvaller. - Erg verouderd, geboekt voor 4 personen. Was alleen een bed voor 2 personen opgemaakt. De zogenaamde 2de slaapkamer was een entresol in de keuken lastig trappetje en bed niet opgemaakt. Koelkast stond er onder te brommen. Keuken valt bijna uit elkaar. Daarom ook geen gebruik van gemaakt. Geen aanrader. Gelukkig laat aangekomen en de volgende ochtend snel weer weg.
• Mise (6/5): フィンランドライフ - キッチンが使えた クーラーがなく、暑くて夜なかなか寝られなかった。古い建物で鍵の開け閉めに苦労した。二日滞在したけど、自分は一度も開け閉めができなかった。エレベーターも狭く、家族で一度に乗ることは出来なかった。ドライヤーは冷風しか出ずなかなか髪が乾かせなかった。

• Renu (4/5): Poor check-in, missing basic amenities, and no flexibility made this stay disappointing - NA While reviews from previous travellers had prepared us not to expect too much, our experience was unfortunately below average. We have stayed in many cities and apartments around the world, and this is our first such disappointing experience. Check-in instructions were shared only minutes before arrival, turning the process into a scavenger hunt with multiple locks to try from — especially difficult with young children and luggage. The apartment was very basic and lacked essentials: poor lighting, missing kitchen items (no oil or spatula), and only 4 spoons provided for 6 guests. Check-in was late, check-out was early, and the host would not allow leaving our bags for even an hour.

• Diana (7/5): - Price to comfort ratio was overall good Finding the key was like escape room, it was fun but with impatient parents we would prefer the key much closer. The amount of the boxes with the keys was also crazyyyyy
• Anna (3/5): Small home Kamppi - Läget, mysigt hus, badrummet ok. Sängarna var inte bäddade för 5 pers utan vi fick sova utan lakan och dynvar i 2 sängar. Inte heller handdukar för alla. Sängkläder fanns men var undanstädade och ingen info fanns. Nyckeln var svår att hitta bland många andra i mörkret och regnet. Hyresvärden svarade med fördröjning och blev otrevlig så vi hamnade avlägsna oss tidigare då det blev obehagliga påhopp. Vi kom överens om senare utcheckning men hamnade gå tidigare för hyresvärden krävde det och kallade oss scam då jag frågade om vi kunde lämna extra betalning för senare utcheckning då lakan inte var framsatta och kunde hittas. Dessutom var det trångt och outdated och lägenheten var för varm. Låskjedens fastning var trasig på ytterdörren.

• Myriam (1/5): Small nightmare at kamppi - Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The check-in process was a nightmare: the key pick-up was arranged through a lockbox that simply did not work. We were left standing in the rain for one hour with our 15-month-old child crying nonstop, while repeatedly calling the host for help. Instead of offering immediate assistance, the host responded in a rude and unprofessional manner, implying that we didn’t know how to open the lockbox and saying “don’t talk to me like that, I also have kids,” completely ignoring the fact that we were paying for a service and were in a very stressful situation. After many calls, she finally came and brought us another key, proving that the issue was not on our side. Once inside, the accommodation was extremely basic, offering only the bare minimum. After everything that happened, we felt so uncomfortable that we decided to leave shortly after. I do not recommend this property at all — poor organisation, lack of empathy, and unprofessional behaviour.

Sängyt narisivat pienestäkin liikkeestä! Kaikki etenkin keittiön, oven kahvat niin likaiset ettei uskallettu availla! Todella, todella, harhaan johtavat kuvat!!! Olen todella pettynyt että Boogink suosittelee tätä kohdetta!! En mistään kyseisessä paikassa!

• Oğuz Portakal (8/5): - Konumu çok iyi, her yere yürüme mesafesinde denebilir. Şehir merkezindeki her yere yürüyerek gittik ve gezdik. Etrafında marketler mevcut. Toplu ulaşım durakları yakın. Mutfak yeterli, fırın, mikrodalga, buzdolabı ve servis malzemeleri mevcut. İnternet hızı yeterli. Biz gündüz gezip tesisi sadece yatmak amaçlı kullandığımızdan tatmin olduk. Tam bir fiyat performans tesisi diyebilirim. Biraz küçük, üstte bulunan yatağa çıkıp inmek biraz zor ve tavana çok yakın.
• Johanna (7/5): Kuuden hengen perhe - Asunnossa oli riittävästi nukkumapaikkoja kuuden hengen perheelle. Asunnossa oli pimentävät verhot, siitä plussaa. Asunnossa oli helteiden aikaan liian lämmin. Viilennystä ei ole. Ikkunat sai auki mutta naapuri tupakoi ja lokit ääntelivät yöllä. Uunista puuttui kokonaan pelti ja uunin luukun lapsilukko oli rikkinäinen. Uuni oli myös likainen. Asunnossa oli myös liian vähän astioita kuudelle hengelle. Asunnosta puuttui myös esim. juustohöylä ja paistolasta. Eteisen peiliovikaappi oli rikkinäinen. Vuoteet olivat kohtalaiset, paremmatkin voisivat olla.
• Christelle (9/5): Appartement parfait pour découvrir Helsinki - L’appartement est cosy et très bien situé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour en ville. Douche extra. L’ascenseur est vintage mais fonctionne bien. Trouver la clé n’était pas complique comme j’ai pu le lire dans d’autres commentaires. Il pourrait y avoir des choses de base comme huile, sel et poivre. Matelas du bas un peu durs

El apartamento necesita una reforma urgente! electricidad :la mayoría de los enchufes no funcionan y hay cables por todas partes La cadena de seguridad de la puerta de entrada tiene los tornillos sueltos. Limpieza: Nos encontramos la cafetera con el filtro de café, las camas sin hacer y las sábanas muy arrugadas. Cocina: podían dejar un básico como en muchos sitios de azúcar y sal. No hay bandejas de horno. Faltaban más bolsas de basura. En las fotos parece un apartamento reformado, pero realmente es bastante viejo y sin reformar, en general no es cómodo. El espacio de la litera era muy incómodo, hasta para un niño, poco espacio entre el Colchón y el techo. Hace mucho calor y la calefacción del baño no se podía apagar. La llegada no fue sencilla. En resumen, no lo recomiendo y menos para más de 2 personas..

• Berta (4/5): Convenient for location but terrible bed causing back pain and no rest. Also pot and pans dirty - The hot water was really fast and also the appartment was quite spacious All the beds are horrible. Specially the main one. Really bad for the back causing back pain. Even though if it is convenient the price the bed has to be better. Also the host asked to clean the dishes before leaving but the dishes when we arrived were not fully cleaned. Also a lot of noise is caused by the furniture and the floor. And the apartment temperature is too elevated.
• Helene (7/5): Good for the price - Quite good for the price for staying a night or two. Had to make the bed myself, which is not a problem for me. Overall cozy. Nice location, close to the city center. The elevator was not working and if you have a lot of stuff, carrying them to the top floor can be annoying. Thin walls, but I guess it is common in these kinds of houses. Finding the keys was a bit of a hassle, but I already was prepared for that from reading the previous reviews.

• Ksenia (10/5): Good value for money near Kamppi - We booked this apartment just to spend the night as we were leaving early for the airport, so we didn’t use the kitchen. The beds were ok. The location is great. You have to walk 2 more minutes to get the keys. We arrived at midnight so it was a bit tiring. The apartment is small, but fine if you just need to spend the night.

• Mary (7/5): value for money - the location was perfect! a small apartment in a complex downtown near everything! it had all the facilities and it was clean and comfy. not enough pillow cases-just two.. we need two pillows per person
• Musni (8/5): Chilly - The accomodation was ok as we only stayed for a night. Met the expectations and the appliances in the accomodation were all working well. Towels,pillows,extra blanket were all provided. The window in near the bed could not be closed completely. When in was windy the window would open, we had to block the window with our luggage but there was few times the wind was tpp strong that the luggage fell. Because of this window issue we couldnt sleep well as it was chilly. The place was also dusty.
• Dagmar (5/5): Great value for money, no futt - The location is great and the apartment is definitely good value for money. It is easily accessible and right in the city centre. Be aware that there is no door between rooms - it is basically one room with a small separation. The electricity works do not inspire great confidence. For some reasons, I could only access half of the message from the host at booking.com, and then the property disappeared from the message panel at booking.com altogether before we even booked in.

Property check-in was from 3pm but I did get a message with question what time we will arrive, but weren't able to reply during travelling. • Miruna (6/5): Pleasant - The location is excellent, very close by foot to the supermarket, buses, metro, tram and the central railway station. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, there is plenty of space. Finding the keys was easy but it would have been nice to know the instructions some days or at least some hours before the check in time. It's understandable if the check in hours are not flexible but we had to ask the tenant the previous day and once again the day of the check in at 15h for the exact instructions. There are limited kitchen supplies and some of them were dirty, also the microwave smelled a lot. The bed linen and towels you find them easily and have to prepare them yourself.

• Katarzyna (6/5): Pleasant - Lokalizacja. Flat is veeery small. Thete was noyhing preapated gór our arrival. We had to look for tovels, bed sheets, ithets. We also had unpleasend meeting with order lady neighbpur who had come to us at midnight disturbing and trening us that she will call the police ... becouse our little son was steping on the floor to hard. Walls and floors are deginetly to light. We were hearing other people cougthing or sneezing...
