• Eimy (9/5): Dpto con todo lo necesario para una cómoda estancia - Me pareció un dpto super bien equipado, con todo lo que necesitábamos para prepararnos al menos los desayunos, y para poder limpiar adecuadamente nuestras cosas en los días que nos quedamos. Lo encontramos super limpio al ingresar, y el anfitrión, César nos respondió todas las inquietudes que tuvimos rápidamente desde antes de ingresar.
• Tamar (5/5): - I liked the location. It’s close to the metro and bus stop. The apartment is bright and sunny. The apartment is in a very good location. There is a bus stop and metro station right in front of it, and you can reach the city center in 15–20 minutes at most. The apartment has all the basic necessities. The main thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is not suitable for four people — even for three it is questionable. The sofa is very hard, small, and uncomfortable. The extra fold-out bed is practically unusable; I’m not sure what weight it could support. In the end, the three of us had to sleep in one double bed. When we arrived, the apartment was not clean and organized, so after a tiring trip we had to clean it ourselves. There was also not enough bedding prepared for four people. When we wrote to the host with our complaint, they did not even respond.
• siddhartha (3/5): - Location Everything in apartment, broken shower. beds not good, sofa not good. No extra bin bags, broken broomstick to clean, no detergent or capsules for washing machine. We felt very bad with facilities, except location ntg I felt happy.
• MACIEJ (8/5): Bardzo udany weekendowy pobyt w Madrycie - Ładny, przestronny apartament dla 2 osób. Duże, wygodne łóżko. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko autobusu i metra. Smart-TV, lodówka, pralka, dobre wyposażenie kuchni (garnki, talerze, sztućce, szklanki i kieliszki). Niewygodna sofa (wystające sprężyny), w mojej ocenie nie daje się do spania. Z dodatkowego łóżka polowego nie korzystaliśmy. W kuchni brakuje gąbki do mycia naczyń. Brakuje też ociekacza do naczyń lub ściereczki do ich wytarcia. Opiekun obiektu obiecał je dostarczyć, ale do końca naszego pobytu nie wywiązał się z tej obietnicy. Przeciekał również wąż od słuchawki prysznicowej. Opiekun obiecał że jego ludzie to naprawią lub wymienią. Do końca naszego pobytu nikt się nie pojawił w apartamencie.
• esther (8/5): Agradable - Nosotros viajamos con coche, dando un par de vueltas pudimos aparcar en la calle. Bien comunicado para coger la M30, paradas de bus y metro muy cerca que te llevan al centro. El apartamento estaba limpio, con todas las cosas necesarias. El personal muy atento y agradable, nosotros nos comunicabamos por whats up con Gabriel, nos dejaron entrar entrar una hora antes de check-in. El ascensor era muy pequeño e ibamos von un carrito de bebé que teníamos que desmontar. El sofácama muy incómodo, la cama supletoria podía ser mejor. Se escuchaba el ruido de la calle pero a nosotros no nos molestaba demasiado.
• Robert (6/5): Тhe place is ОК but needs to be maintained - Тhe apartment is close to the metro station. There is also a 24-hour supermarket nearby. There is no noise in the apartment and the building is quiet. Тhe neighborhood is bustling but we felt safe there. There are several markets and fruit and vegetable shops nearby, as well as local restaurants and cafeterias The apartment is for two adults and a small child. Not at all for 2 children, especially not for mine who are 9 and 13 years old. One child was sleeping on an extra bed with a broken mattress pad. We asked to have repair or replace and the agency promised it would be done, but by the end of our stay there it had not happened. Also the shower was broken. And stays broken till our departure.
• rosa (10/5): Viaggio culturale - Posizione comoda vicino alla fermata metro 1 che porta direttamente in centro città. Gabriel è stato molto cortese e disponibile a farci lasciare i bagagli appena arrivati alla struttura anche se non era l'ora del check in. Nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato il necessario per cominciare il nostro soggiorno. Nella zona c'è praticamente tutto: fruttivendolo, supermercato di quartiere, bar, supermercati di note catene, negozi di vario tipo, ristoranti, alcuni sotto casa. Anche se comoda alla metro, c'erano un po' di fermate prima di arrivare in centro.

• Sebastian (7/5): - La ubicación, muy cerca del metro La cama auxiliar y el sofá cama nada cómodos, falta de utensilios en la cocina (cucharas, tenedores....), no había basurero en el baño

• PAULA (8/5): Me senti respaldada por el anfitrion - Tuvimos un problema, pero se soluciono enseguida, por parte del aministrador, la atencion fue rapida, expeditiva y con voluntad de resolver.- La atencion fue excelente.- La mesa podria ser un poco mas grande porque para4 personas es muy chica.-

• Fernández Montiel (2/5): Masque un apartamento era una scape room - El alojamiento en si no estaba mal a simple vista pero la limpieza era bastante pésima. El sofá incomodísimo ya que es de muelles y se clavan. Me senté un día y estuve el resto de la estancia con dolor de espalda y me salieron contracturas. La cama que había adicional igual de incómoda o más. Lo peor es que cada vez que abrías algo o lo movías te encontrabas suciedad. Hicimos una compra para poder guisar en el apartamento y no pudimos usar nada, ya que tanto los utensilios para guisar como la tabla para cortar como el horno estaban sucísimos. Y ya para rematar la última noche, abrimos el cajón de la mesita de noche que no lo habíamos abierto hasta entonces y nos encontramos una bolsita en la que tenía toda la pinta de haber tenido droga en su interior. La tabla del inodoro se movía. Los cajones de la cómoda no cerraban. En fin, porque nos lo tomamos con humor pero nuestra estancia de 4 días en Madrid se fue un poco al traste

• Dennis (6/5): The apartment is fine, the problem is the area. very run down - I don't like that everything is done through the cell phone; if I lose my phone or it gets stolen, I'll have to look for a hotel because the administrators only work certain hours.
• Izabela (7/5): Pobyt w Madrycie super.. polecam na dwa, trzy dni. - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do metra. Kontakt z agencją obsługującą mieszkanie bardzo dobry i szybki. Czystość w mieszkaniu średnia. Łóżka w salonie fatalne, na kanapie mieściło się tylko dziecko do 150cm a przystawka rozklekotana. Lepszą opcją by było po prostu postawienie normalnej kanapy w standardowych rozmiarach.

• Fanny Edith (8/5): Linda estadía - Departamento cómodo pero para dos o tres personas. Muy limpio y buena ubicación. Tiene supermercadosvy muchas tiendas con buenos precios cerca. Tuvimos una situación personal que derivó en que uno de los huespedes no viajara, lo comuniqué pero nunca me respondieron, una vez instalados y ante otras consultas respondían. No había servilletas de papel y el papel higienico era escaso para una semana. Sin duda son pequeños detalles solucionables.

• Keiko Christie (7/5): Sugestões - Apto bem localizado, com móveis e utensílios disponíveis e decoração de bom gosto. Banheiro excelente. Limpeza 10. O sofá cama é muito desconfortável. Pequeno. Aconselho trocar por um maior e de boa qualidade. A cama extra tem um colchão mole e causa dor nas costas. A funda dos edredons eram pequenas, deixando os mesmos bagunçados. Uma dica: instalar um ar condicionado no quarto principal. Trocar os colchões por semi ortopédicos e camas maiores.

• PAULA (9/5): Un lugar muy cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado - Se encontraba muy cerca del metro, el acceso con la llave digital fue bastante fácil y el apartamento es tan cómodo y limpio como se describe en la página, además de muy bien dotado, con cosas nuevas Temprano en la madrugada todos los días los residentes del piso superior hacen bastante ruido lo que impide descansar si lo que se quiere es dormir más allá de las 8 am

• ANNALISA (8/5): A spasso per Madrid - L’appartamento è vicino ai mezzi per poter arrivare facilmente nel centro. A pochi minuti c’è anche la fermata della metro. La casa è comoda per due persone. Per quattro e’ effettivamente un po’ piccina considerato che c’è un divano letto da un posto (non molto comodo) e una brandina che forse andrebbe anche riparata.

Other reviews had warned on it but until you experience it, you have no idea how bad it is. You could open a bank account easier

• David (8/5): Nice stay, very clean apartment and close to metro station to get into centre - The sofa bed could have been more comfortable
• Sandra (8/5): Very good - Great location away from touristy area. It is easy to get to the tourist areas by the metro, which is just down the block. Lots of restaurants and great grocery stores within steps of the apartment. The downside was we could hear the people from the next apartment while in the bedroom.
• Szilvia (6/5): Overall, the apartment was quite good except of the sleeping, I would only recommend this for 2/3 persons. - Close to metro and bus stop, variety of shops nearby. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, fast communication. Extra bed offered for one person. The apartment is not comfortable for 4 persons sleeping, hence the sofa is extremely uncomfortable for sleeping even for kids. Lack of blankets (3 giant blankets for 4 persons) one blanket is without bedsheet however on the 2nd day they gave us one. The bedroom was really cold, the bathroom. The access to the apartment is not possible without internet connection/smartphone so if you lost your phone or internet connection you will be in big trouble. The wooden headboard in the bedroom was torn on one side and was quite unstable on the other.

• Bledar (1/5): TERRIBLE - Just the location. All the rest is a scam. Filthy walls. Filthy bed. In the limit of acceptance the bathroom. Booked for 4 persons but just 2 could sleep. 1 extra bed was filtthy and without sheets and pillow. Booked and payed for 3 nights. Informed managemet regarding the conditions when we arrived at 20:30. Nobody cared to help. In the morning writed again and informed that we will not spend another minute in that hole. Nobody cared even to respond. Asked for the reimbursement of the 2 nights that we will not used and again nobody cared to respond. Just a Scam and Theft. No other way to put it.
• Michał (8/5): Very good - Spacious, clean, well-equipped, and close to the metro. There's a 24-hour store just 150 meters from the apartment. Expectations that I would provide my ID/passport number or send photos of documents are something I absolutely do not accept, and I’m surprised that anyone still has such expectations. Since I didn’t agree to share this information, we had to go to the office of the company managing the apartment, which complicated and delayed our arrival at the apartment. But if you are fine with sharing this kind of information - it should be perfect for you ;)
• Pam (7/5): Good - Good- nice location, near metro. Lots of restos and supermarkets around, clean. Lots of room. Nice Kitchen. Cafe press. Washer. Bed comfy, shower Good Bad- sofa bed only for 1 person . We had 4 ppl so we asked for more mattress, they did provide after 2 nights sleeping on floor. Provided only small amount dish soap, toilet paper (3 rolls for 4 ppl x 4 nights. Unacceptable and very cheap.  We had to buy our own even after we requested more and none delivered. You need to open building and door of apartment electronically.  Don't stay here if you have no smart phone.

• Toomas (8/5): A short distance from the subway to the apartment. - The location has several advantages: very close to the metro station, in the morning there are various cafes nearby. The bathroom gets 10 points. It felt safe even in the evenings. The most data-hungry check-in procedure.
• Shawn (7/5): Its a good neat and well kept apartment and very convenient, except for the neighbour :) - The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. It is very close to the bus stop and the metro station and the main town is 15 mins away from the apartment. There are good places to eat on the same street as the apartment and a grocery store just next to the metro station which was super convenient. The neighbour was an irritating old fart. I was there for two nights with my wife and my daughter. We were just talking normally and he complains about noise from the apartment. The Host as well sends messages about the complaint however did not bother to respond when we had a water heater issue.
