- Astrid Ximena (2/5): Muy mal - La cercanía al lugar donde debía trabajar. La experiencia en el Hotel Las Olas en Bello fue bastante decepcionante. Las habitaciones son extremadamente simples, sin lo mínimo necesario para una estadía cómoda, especialmente si se necesita trabajar, no hay escritorio ni siquiera una silla adecuada. La dotación es muy básica; no hay ganchos para colgar la ropa, solo entregan una toalla y un jabón pequeño, lo cual resulta insuficiente. Además, la relación calidad-precio es muy mala; el costo es elevado para lo que ofrecen, y para completar, ni siquiera incluye desayuno. No lo recomendaría. Por ese precio, definitivamente se pueden encontrar opciones mucho mejor equipadas y más cómodas.
- Astrid Ximena (1/5): Pésima - Nada Este es un hotel de paso. Solicité una habitación que, según me indicaron, era tipo “VIP”, pero la experiencia fue muy deficiente. La habitación contaba únicamente con una cama sencilla y no tenía ni siquiera ganchos para colgar la ropa. El televisor no funcionaba porque el control no tenía pilas y solo dispone de señal TDT. No hay servicio de agua caliente. Además, las ventanas están en mal estado, por lo que se escucha todo el ruido de la calle, afectando el descanso. En el baño solo proporcionan un jabón pequeño, lo cual resulta insuficiente. En general, la calidad del servicio y las condiciones del lugar no corresponden al precio que se paga.

- Donovan (8/5): My stay at the hotel was relaxed, fine and I would stay here again. - The spacious rooms, the friendly staff and the convenience stores available right on the property. It definitely is value for your money and it gives you the chance to experience Antioquia from a different perspective. The first days the shower was not working properly and it took them a while to get it fixed. After that everything was fine. At times the loud music from the neighbours
