• Peter (1/5): - Nothing This property is an old flat stuck in the suburbs. It's not a modern fringe city apartment. The surroundings are run down, there are no modern kitchen facilities and the property agents are blatantly ignoring any complaints. Didn't stay one night. Wasted good money.

• Kelly (6/5): Nice, modern, but very, very cold - It’s a nice, modern space with most things provided and good instructions. It is also centrally located to Woolies, Kmart, chemist, etc. It is absolutely freezing. There are heaters in most rooms, but they do almost nothing to actually warm the place. I was only comfortable when I went down to Kmart to buy an electric blanket.
• Trish (3/5): - Central in hobart It was filthy dirty.. tv did not work.. it was disgusting.. the shower was filthy the floors dirty stove and kitchen benches dirty fridge dirty.. it was disgusting for $225.00 per night.. tv did not work.. below is picture ilof what tv we had and done of the dirt.

• Fiona (9/5): Superb - Location, facilities, comfortable and clean TV was difficult to use - sometimes worked mostly didn't. Fetch unit too high so had to raise arm to change channels. Better light in lounge esp. for reading

• Angela (5/5): Badly needs an update - Parking was easy It wasn't clean, the couch is extremely uncomfortable! You can't sit on the toilet properly due to it being right up against a wall!
