• Gheorghiu (8/5): Chic apparent in heart of Hanoi - The apparent is located in the heart of everything. It is very clean, well designed and wit good furniture. It has: washing machine, dryer, stove, microwave, fridge, iron, iron board, rice cooker, cattle, hairdryer, TV, ac, good wifi (good to remote work), balcony and a shared terrace. Also you will have the elevator in your room, only you can get to your room, but is still interesting Communicate very well when you will arrive, and make sure you get all the instructions (multiple pages) on how to do stuff. The apparent is located above a store with you will have to open and close after hours ( not complicated, but strange)
• Jessica (9/5): Nice, cozy unit in the best location you could ever want in Hanoi - Host (Ashley) was amazing and very responsive via Whatsapp. Very clear instructions for self check-in and out. Loved the modern styling of the apartment and its amazing location. Literally central to EVERYTHING. Smart TV with Netflix was the final cherry on top. Lift to inside the unit was interesting/exciting. Issues were resolved quickly upon contact with host. Modern, clean, bathroom with good drainage and nice hot water pressure. Room felt smaller than what was advertised. Kitchen was very small but manageable. Would be great if there could be basic condiments (eg. salt, oil, sugar, soy sauce available).
• Eric (6/5): You can do better than staying here for the money. - Good location. Very nice balcony. Air conditioning was very good. Very quiet for the location. The host was quick to text back and accommodating with delaying payment until we took out cash as they only accept exact change and do not accept cash. The check in process was very frustrating. Please realize the only way in and out of this hotel is through the front of a business that closes at 8 pm. You’re required to open and close the businesses steel shutter door every time you want to enter or leave the hotel. When we arrived no one was there to help us check in and we had to wait outside for 20 minutes to get the gate opened. Once inside you take the elevator to your room and the elevator door opens directly into the room - while only your key can access the unit through the elevator, we would’ve felt more secure with a dead bolted door. There is no one at the property if you run into any issues. They only accept cash and are unable to give change so you’re required to pay the exact amount. The property wasn’t extremely clean, and only had 2 pillows available. You can do better for the price than staying here

• Bolisay (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment matched all my expectations-- clean, modern, comfortable, and the host was very easy to talk to. Had no problems with check in and check out, and all the features (kitchen, bathroom, TV, and wifi) were all good. The location is at the center of Old Quarter which made everything at walking distance. So glad we chose to stay here. I wish we booked the cuter room with the window bench! That was my only regret. But the room we got is nice too. They don't change the towels everyday, but the cleaner came once during our stay to clean, change towels, and refill our water which was nice enough.
