- Stephanie (10/5): 100% - I loved it. Good for short stay . It is tiny but for one person, a short stay is really nice ! Sandra is very responsive and kind!
- India (10/5): A tiny but cosy home which we loved! - We loved staying here and was much better for us than staying in hostel dorms after long hiking days!
Sandra was incredibly hospitable and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable.
The house is small but very cosy and we felt very at home there, it has everything you need.
I would highly recommend if you are coming to El Chalten.
- Brian (10/5): Exceptional - This little house is so cosy, clean and well stocked with everything you need for cooking etc. You can tell that it's well looked after and cared for in preparation for its guests. Loved our stay here and would return
- Joy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sam (8/5): Very good - Great place to stay with private space and cooking facilities. We loved being able to come back to somewhere private after a day of hiking to chill out rather than staying in a dorm room of a hostel. Unfortunately the hot water boiler broke during our stay so we had to have cold showers. Only a minor inconvenience and wouldn't stop us booking if we were in El Chalten again.
- Danielle (10/5): Perfect little house in El Chaltén - We loved the Tiny House, Sandra has made clever use of space and it was perfect for our three night stay. The location is brilliant, a 10/15 minute walk to the bus station and close to shops and the start of the trails.
I'd suggest only bringing small bags (we left our big ones in El Calafate) as otherwise it might be a bit of a squish. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and coffee, salt and soap so it's perfect to cook in and save some money. There is a little outside area so if there's good weather you could make use of that to have some more space.
We only had one small issue during our stay. Sandra resolved this straight away and was contactable throughout our visit. It can get cold in the area in the evenings but there is a heater and lots of blankets. Sandra kept checking in to see whether we had everything we needed, which was very kind. Wifi was great! Sandra also let us store our bags after check out too.
I would thoroughly recommend as a great place to stay!
