• Pedro (3/5): Unbearably hot, do not recommend - Location is the only good part The room and the whole building was unbearably hot in may and the window barely opened. The staff didn't do anything to solve the problem, leaving only a fan to deal with the problem, but aside from being very noisy, all it did was recirculate unbearably hot air (over 28°C). We weren't able to sleep properly because of that. It was very noisy too, with doors banging violently.

• Fernanda (1/5): - la peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel de booking, voy a ingresar un reclamo formal. No hay lobby por lo que si tienes cualquier problema es imposible solucionarlo rápidamente, te hacen hablar con una IA a través de una aplicación, estuve esperando 2 horas para poder hablar con un humano porque la habitación estaba a 28° y no hubo una solución. Las ventanas estaban bloqueadas por seguridad. No pudimos dormir por el calor, y afuera hacían 8° pésimo servicio, la habitación estaba sucia y tardaron un día en solucionar el problema de la habitación, cuando nuestra estancia eran 2 noches. Ya no valía la pena buscar otro alojamiento.

• George (4/5): Good value for money but bed was uncomfortable however location is ideal. - Location and was clean Took me around 2 hours to get in, it did not clearly state I needed a physical ID to complete check out and have it in person uploading a document wasn’t valid. I couldn’t get through on booking.com or directly through the site and had to wait on the phone for help to speak to a human. Very frustrating and inconvenient was NOT made clear when booking that this was needed. All the more harder when there is no check in desk which I knew but when you have these issues when you turn at the location what can you do a part from wait two hours like I did

• Clements (7/5): Fun but frustrating - Really convenient location for Olympia. Funky vibe to room which was full of useful kit. The best breakfast in London despite it being a 10min walk from the hotel. Very small room. Absolutely ridiculous over complicated method of gaining entry to room and hotel.

• Sheridan (9/5): Great concept, Bad smell - The hotel itself is perfect.. love the concept and location as well as being beautiful and clean The whole hotel smells like a sewer and I say that nicely. If you left the bathroom door open the whole room smelt like a sewer. It was nasty and very very off putting after a couple of drinks out.. I nearly puked

• Alexander (1/5): A very uncomfortable stay due to the size of the room and the temperature of the building. - The location was okay, and the cleaning was largely acceptable (except the glasses). The decor is to an okay standard. The building was overly hot, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The room itself was tiny and being in it was very uncomfortable because there was no space. Even the toilet was adjacent to the sink so you couldn’t properly sit on it. There was dust inside the wine glasses too.

• Yanick (1/5): I wouldnt recommend. - Not too far from westfield white city. Close to kensington olympia but you’d need to change stations when heading towards popular places. Digital keys Very Small room Leaking roof (most likely from bathroom upstairs). The bathroom door was inflated and deformed withe the water leaking from the roof which shows it has been happening for long and still not fixed Shower drain seems congested, your feet would swim. Hot water wasn’t available, had to report and have it fixed No toothpaste, if you are coming from long trips, make sure you got 1. No groceries around. Not value for money

Blisko do przystanku autobusowego. Wyższy stolik, bo ten ładny, ale niewygodny do jedzenia. Mogłoby być choć jedno krzesło z oparciem.

I codici di accesso sono arrivati solo quando siamo arrivati in struttura e quello della porta non funzionava quindi abbiamo dovuto recuperare una chiave fisica da una cassaforte dopo scambi di messaggi con AI e una telefonata. Moquette delle aree comuni sporche. Forte odore di fogna (stanza al piano terra). Lavandino del bagno sopra il WC, impossibile sedersi comodamente.

Loved Bobs has deals with other local business’s (breakfast for example) Lived that the interior design was by local artists-designers etc The Hallway carpets have seen better days. The room was brilliant - first impressions getting to my room, i didnt know what to expect looking at the state of the Hallway carpets. Thankfully, room was really good.

• Damien (1/5): - Location to Olympia Noisy, beds where very uncomfortable and very warm rooms with fans that do not work.
• Martina (8/5): In Ordnung - Gemütliches Zimmer mit allem was man benötigt (Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Besteck und Geschirr, Föhn sowie Yogamatte). Zimmer war sehr sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Schmudeliger Eindruck im Treppenhaus. Sehr penetrantes kontaktieren per Whatsapp zur Bewerbung irgendwelcher "Specials" bereits ab Buchung und währendessen. Früstück kann man sich sparen, da man eh in umliegende Cafes (ich hatte eines zur Auswahl, das erst ab 9pm offen hatte) geht. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich verzichtet und Flexibilität genutzt. Essen war jedoch fein.

• Mark (4/5): Book Tour Blues - What I liked was that it was extremely close to my event. I also liked that the staff stayed in contact when I was delayed and made sure I could get inside. What I didn't like is that you weren't clear about how small the room was. I had an extremely difficult time getting in and out of the shower due to the small gap between the wall and the sink. Also the shower was really too small for me. Also, I thought I had ask for extra pillows (plural,)however, there were only two pillows total. Should have been at least three. The door to the garden was locked and couldn't access it. Why put a door there if you can't use it. There were no hand rails going down the stairs and the lift in the lobby didn't work for the entirety of my stay. Hauling suitcases up and down those stairs are a recipe for disaster. There were ants in the room. 2 or 3 a day, not a big deal, but shouldn't be there. And lastly, the cleaning staff had left a Q-tip behind the door when they were preparing my room. Didn't im0act my stay, but they weren't thorough in cleaning.

• Ν (8/5): Another good stay at Bob! I like that place. - Overall, Bob is always OK. It’s not the best, but by far not the worst either, and definitely not bad. You won’t find luxury there, not even close. But to be honest, it gives you everything you need to have a nice stay. This was my second time there, and once again it was a good stay. It even had solutions to charge my phone since I didn’t have a UK socket, and it even provided ear tips. I was very happy with my stay there. I can’t complain. No problems. It all worked well and i left happy and satisfied to be honest. My second time in BOB and again i was satisfied.

The whole checkin system is online self service and we had trouble getting in touch with someone when we were locked out. The downstairs and luggage storage area was extremely hot for some reason and they were doing renovations while we were there.

• Chelsea-Joy (8/5): Cute and cozy - Bob W London Olympia has a new approach to accommodation. Check-in and access to your room is all done via their app, which offers so many other features like gym access, breakfast bookings and recommendations for attractions in the area. They also leave some goodies in your room, and the fact that your stay is energy efficient also feels very positive. We were in the basement room, which was nice and cozy but for some reason it was also boiling hot (could be a laundry room nearby). We had to sleep with the fan on.

Au point de vue chambre il fait très chaud à l'intérieur et quand on met en marche le ventilateur cela déclenche le détecteur de fumée
