Guest Reviews
- David (9/5): Fab flat, cool and spacious in a great area. - Great location in a residential area near the metro station; quiet and everything you would need around you. Flat was exceptionally clean and had everything you would need. Huge and very cool flat (welcome in the heat) with a small but welcome internal balcony. Small things really but worth mentioning; the bed was fairly uncomfortable, and accompanied with a sofa that was also uncomfortable, it wasn’t an easy flat to relax in after a long day of walking. The flat had four dining tables in it. Why any space needs that is difficult to know. Another relaxing sofa is very much required. The only other thing that we would have welcomed was some instructions around how to dispose or rubbish/recycle etc.
- Ваня (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable apartment, equipped with all you need for a perfect stay in Rome, clean, located near Cipro metro station. Everything was great
- Dr (10/5): We had a fantastic time! - The metro is a 3 minute walk. The area is great, the building is nice, clean and has an elevator. Spacious, clean, stylish apartment. Equipped with everything. Our host also prepared coffee, toiletries, shampoo, hair conditioner, and soap for us.
Our host was so kind that she allowed us to leave our suitcases in the apartment until our departure in the evening
- Lads (10/5): Worth the money and will definitely stay again! Gracie! - The place is worth the money!
Coffee, laundry detergents, toiletries are all available. The space is big too☺️
Everything and the customer support is also very helpful. I guess it’s not the apartment’s fault.
We are not just used to the cold weather that we felt that the heat coming from the radiator is not enough. We were looking for the remote control for the AC but it was unavailable. In Japan the AC can function both as an air conditioner and heater, hence, i thought it has the same function as Italy’s.
The customer support was very kind enough to inform us that it does not work that way for this apartment and that the AC is only used for cooling purposes😅
- Sergejs (1/5): Bad - Assumption, but gives the exact impression: This apartment belonged to an ancient lady. Who passed away, nothing was changed, remind like 50 years ago. Everything is cheap and very old. It will takes you 10 minutes to boiled water in the teapot, takes u half an hour to dry the hair as they have one of these cheap hairdryers that barely blow. Windows are closed but it's cold like they are open. Kitchen is useless. Shower is broken and u have to hold it yourself, damn, for 800 bucks - it's ridiculous. It took us 4 days to heal one room of the apartment first 2 days we were dying from cold, it's November, but feels like outside it's warmer than I inside.
The neighbours have TV loudly from 9pm till the morning and u hear it in the bedroom. U can't sleep.
Bed mattras is from Mussolini time, with springs, hurt the spine after few days badly. Bouncing every time
Very limited hot water, broken lamps in the bathroom, prehistoric washing machine.
TERRIBLY NEEDS RENOVATION AND COMFORT
- Monika (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment, very well equipped & close to metro station that takes you to all the attractions (if the weather's nice & you like to walk, you can, as it only takes 50 mins). The apartment is very spacious, very comfortable for 4 people. I highly recommend it & I would definitely stay there again. Grazie mille! Everything was great.
- Lizmeidy (10/5): Comfortable, host was very attentive. Would come back whenever in Rome - It was spacious, Clean, and beds were comfortable. Host was very responsive to messages and was attentive. One of my sisters needs elevator to avoid steps and it was readily available whenever we needed it. Place was in a great area. Super close and walking distance to vatican city and 4 minute walk to train station. Hosts really cares about the place. Picture on how to find it was accurate and so place was easy to find. Instructions were clear and to the point in how to enter. Definitely recommend this place to others. It was a great stay. No complaints
- Peter (9/5): Actually a good choice of location, next to metro station and better restaurants - If you are spending your days walking around historical Rome then the extra few minutes it takes to get back to this apartment is an advantage, not a disadvantage. It is a retreat into a large, clean apartment really well served by a local supermarket, metro station, shops and restaurants that offer much better value for money. The owner is very responsive and helpful and all of the checking-in and checking-out arrangements were smooth.
- Cosimo (7/5): Good -
- Elena (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable apartment, equipped with all utilities (kitchen utensils, personal hygiene products, laundry detergent), spacious, clean, located in a quiet area near Cipro metro station (approx. 150 m).
If we come back to Rome, we would like to stay here too.
- Nikoloz (10/5): Exceptional -
