• Gretl (9/5): - Ich hatte ein wunderschönes Ersatzquartier, da Rosina umgebaut wird. Der Host war sehr entgegenkommend. Die Bewertungen gelten für das Ersatzquartier im Marienbräu. Späte Benachrichtigung wegen des Ersatzquartiers.

• Kenan (7/5): Good - They had a good price. I did not like the facilities, but if I compare value for money, it was good.
• Vit (7/5): Good - If you look for a simple room for fair price with easy transport to the city center or simply to have place to take a shower and sleep, then I is what you get. Nothing less, nothing more. The bus stop is just few steps from the house (15 minutes drive to city center). The location is quiet. For older people the number and steepness of stairs can be a problem. The walls are probably quite thin, because you can hear everything from room next to yours.
• Elif (2/5): Very poor - Location was actually nice, what a missed opportunity. This could be a fantastic place but... Needs substantial update. Shower broken, curtains falling off (holding via tape which was useless). Bedding&towels were clean but rest of the room was not. List could continue. Definitely not worth the money. Made the top of our never again list.
• Alexander (6/5): There was nothing horrible, but a lot of small thing didn't work which is not ok in a hotel - Very nice location, good bus. I got a large room. A lot of small things didn't work. Nothing horrible but I paid a lot of money for this place so I would expect it to be perfect. I remember the hairdryer didn't work, one of the bathroom lamps was broken, there were a few insects in the house(nothing scary) when I came in and a big clump of dust on one of the beds. I found a cigarette under one of the beds. On first glance the room is reasonable clean, but not clean enough for Hotel standards. The oven in the shared kitchen was crazy dirty and greasy. It clearly hasn't been cleaned in years though the rest of the kitchen was ok
• Ranđelović (10/5): Exceptional - I was looking for a place to stay with a reasonable price in a quiet area, a place that is comfy, where I could sleep, take a shower and keep exploring, and that is exactly what I got. Communication was extremely easy, the staff usually responds within minutes. There is a bus station right in front of the property - you can take busses 350, 351, 352 for few stations to reach hospital area where you can have a quick breakfast at a bakery, and from there either continue with a bus, or take a 20ish minute walk to the city center. Highly recommend!
• Kirsty (7/5): Lovely little apartment a short drive away from Graz - The apartment was in a great location and very quiet at night. The wifi was good and the large TV's in the room were connected to the internet so you can easily stream shows and movies. We had an issue with a faulty fire alarm going off at night and were able to call the assistance number they provided. They answered at 4am and were able to offer advice and guidance. There was no issues with leaving our car in the free parking area outside the apartment. There were not fire escape instructions printed on doors/ in an easily visible location. There were no basics in the shower such as shampoo/ body soap

• Laura (10/5): Exceptional - I really enjoyed. It is convenient with transport as the bus stop is literally opposite. Kitchen-I spending my time cooking, watching TV, nice a friendly staff, and very friendly and helpful Owner. I definitely would recommend this place and will come back one day.

• Piotr (9/5): Superb - Lovely stay, the manager was a very helpful and friendly person, hope to be back soon 😃 It's not a flaw of the building as such, more of a caution for people, who'd like to visit this place. If you plan to sightsee the Graz, and don't have a car with you, bear in mind, that although Graz has a great public transport system, busses to PM-APART Ries Rosina are not touring between 7pm and 11pm on Saturday, and past 7pm on Saturday (at least that was the case in April 2024), which means that sightseeing requires a bit more planning.

• Urška (9/5): Superb - I didn´t have time to eat it - so maybe next time there should also be an option to book without breakfast. The only thing that was negative was that you can hear voices from room next door (the wall that beds are positioned at), so for few days I got only little sleep, because of snoring next door. Otherwise it was great - fully independent at all times.
• Machač (6/5): Pleasant - The location is nice, a bus stop is nearby. The appartment was large and we liked the renovated bathroom and kitchen. Our room felt a little degraded, i.e. missing window blinds, incomplete wardrobe, dirty wallpapers and light defects. What felt worse, was neglected cleaning: dust drifts, missing bin bags and only 1 toilet paper for the whole stay. Maybe it was due to Christmas season, but it still left us kind of unsatisfied.

• Lucija (8/5): Very nice and cute for a short stay - The accomodation is surrounded by forrest, the view from the window is really pretty. The owner is very kind. The floor was very dusty and the shower leaked a bit. City center is a bit far away but still very accessible by bus!

• Margot (7/5): Good place to stay in a simple and basic accommodation - Ok place to stay in the further neighborhoods from Graz. Not the most confortable place, but does the work. Location nearby the road, a bit noisy at night. And the super simple room, with a bit old bed and bed sheets.
• Mihai (8/5): Pleasant to very nice, if only some minor improvements were made.. - Very good location, good connection with the city, room was big, friendly staff. Quiet neighborhood just outside Graz, with a very nice view from the window. Very large bathroom. There is no AC or at leas a small fan in the location. This is a big problem during hot summer days. The room we booked was extremely hot and we had to change our initial reservation (apartment) to another room (smaller), where the temperature was (maybe) lower. But a fan was still not provided, not even the cheapest one. The new room did not have all the facilities (no kitchenette and was smaller), a but at least a fridge was provided (although I had to help the staff carry it into the room....). We were not provided a refund/discount for the changes, but were told that we can pay extra and move into a better locations, if we do not like it here. Compared to providing a (maybe) 10 EUR fan into the room, this was a bit unprofessional.
• Reinhard (8/5): Good alternative out of town to stay while busy in Graz - All in all okay; all needed goodies were there; nice shower; lots of space, bus stop very close by (unfortunately public transport frequency slows down very early in the evening on Saturday/Sunday but very good during the week Actually pretty noisy due to thin walls and the door to a corridor I assume where every word could be picked up, remote for TV was missing (but did not use it anyway), parking space marking should help, bed too low

• Saverio (3/5): Not clean bathroom, noisy rooms, insufficient parking. Good location. Kind owner. - The kindness of the owner The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. I found the trash can full. There were 8 rooms but 4 parking spaces. We had to park on the edge of a freeway. It was dangerous to cross the street. Wifi connection never worked. The rooms is very noisy. We booked two nights but checked out in the morning. The owner kindly offered us a refund for the second night.
• Saskia (8/5): Very comfortable, sweet staff and nice location - Location was good, just make sure to check the bus times (especially on Sunday, I had to catch the last bus back and it was quite early) Nice view from my window and comfy beds! I guess it’s an old house, so the house was a bit noisy (creaking etc)
• Gorazd (9/5): Great value for money, especially if you stay more than one night. - Great place and a kind host. The room was ok for one night stay. I was fast in the city centre the next morning. Everything was as expected and presented on the platform. Free parking next to the house. My room had a window on the road side, but the cars driving by early morning didn’t bother me too much.
• Ali (9/5): Memorable and comfortable stay - The management of the property is friendly and very cooperative. They gave me upgrade of room without charge because i was travelling with my wife to visit wonderful city of Graz. If you have car then there is enough space for parking. quick access to city center and peaceful and quite place to sleep. Highly recommended. There is also possibility of cooking because they have big kitchen. Really clean and beautiful surrounding with pleasant view from balcony. i cannot find one. Everything looks fine and you have all facilities that you need to spend nights.
• Francocmp (4/5): Tidiness is an optional, I wonder if it can be also bought. - The staircase to the 2nd floor is so steep and narrow, that every time I went upstairs with the suitcase, and downstairs to the the underground kitchen, was a truly adventure, even a little bit dangerous to walk in. The kitchen itself is more like a dungeon, to be reached passing through some furniture depot and furnace room. cleanliness and tidiness is an optional everywhere, but especially in the underground kitchen and in its many fridge: some also working and with bad smelling food within. In four days the towels in the bath have never been changed.
