- Florencia (5/5): No me aloje cuando vi la ubicación - No me aloje en la propiedad, sin embargo el personal se mostró amable por teléfono. No me gustó la ubicación, llegamos de noche y es una zona bastante descampada. El personal me comentó al día siguiente que igual es seguro, pero en el momento no nos pareció. Otra cosa que no me gustó, además de la ubicación, es que una vez reservado el hotel, solicitan una reserva adicional al monto de booking. A marzo 2026 la reserva es de 6 mil pesos. En mi caso la devolvieron por no haberme alojado, y lo hicieron sin problema.
