• Jacynta (10/5): Exceptional time spent in a gorgeous apartment, with all the views - So much to love, walking distance to everything, the open space within the apartment, the night city lights, simple check in and check out processes. Incredible communication from the hosts. Nothing to dislike, only the length of stay. Should’ve definitely been longer!
• Madeleine (8/5): Central location, clean, spacious - Fairly central location; reasonably spacious It's bit annoying picking up a key from another location and it wasn't pleasant being accused of damaging a side table.I can very confidently say that it wasn't us. The owner dropped the accusation fairly quickly, but it was unprofessional. I didn't really check the type of accommodation. These days, I tend to just book hotels to avoid these kinds of issues. Now Airbnb properties like this one are on Booking.com. Still - great location, three good rooms, laundry, fans etc make it an easy enough stay.

• Sue (8/5): A wonderful week - there were 4 of us and the apartment was spacious enough , very comfortable , allowed some privacy - - We were at a conference at the conference and Exhibition centre . The position was perfect , the apartment really comfortable and well equipped. The Wifi just didn’t allow consistent access. I had a submission due and couldn’t get consistent access. Phone reception was also poor .

• JULIE (7/5): It was a great location but I'd hesitate to book again because of lack of air-conditioning in BRs - No breakfast offered, it was a 3 BR apartment. Great location. There were great snacks and beverages however there could have been more coffee for 3 people. The bedrooms were very hot as there was no air-conditioning, only in the living room and kitchen.
• Meringaroto Donna (8/5): Great for Family group - Clean, comfortable beds, spacious for our group. Good kitchen facilities & space. Most things ok, a cup not clean in cupboard and ensuite bedroom sink was not draining when you ran the water. Took a while to drain.
• John (8/5): Great base for a week's family holiday in scenic Melbourne - Great location, amazing views and well fitted out. Swimming pool very popular with the grandchildren and not busy. Only one key and fob (told the previous occupants had lost the second set). Dishwasher didn't drain and stopped working. Fire alarm/smoke detector wouldn't close/not working. Sink in ensuite was very slow to drain. Potato peeler and cafetiere would be appreciated

• Debbie (9/5): We had a wonderful, comfortable stay at Paul’s place, thought has been given to providing essentials, a detailed welcome - Lovely clean, decorated apartment, great views, well equipped with essentials provided, easy to live in for 8 nights, building well kept and looked after in a nice area not far from Southbank river, Crown & restaurants. Only one car space provided with no free street parking close by (all metered parking)…unfortunately we had 3 cars (our adult children stayed with us and we all drove to Melbourne from Sydney for Xmas) which was an issue with finding parking for us and added to the cost and trouble of having to move the cars each day. Would not be an issue if flying in as car really not needed if staying around the city, easy to walk places, catch tram, uber etc.

• Amanda (9/5): Definitely would stay again. - Very spacious for a family of 5 travelling with 3 adult kids. The snacks were a great addition & very much appreciated. The latest collection time for the keys was 11pm & unfortunately our flight was very delayed (arrival 2am) had we not had friends in the area to collect the keys on our behalf we wouldn’t have been able to get in.

• Rogelio (9/5): I’ll book again. - Location. Its very close to crown. It’s very clean as well & comfortable. Family friendly. Nothing, it’s just we weren’t able to use the pool for kids as it was under maintenance. A heads up abt it should have been nice.

• Michael (1/5): Disappointing - Not much as didn’t experience a stay Rooms booked via booking.com and paid for were not available upon checkin after it was all confirmed over the app. I’m still waiting to get my $500+ back and had to spend another $250 for another room upon check in because the original one wasn’t available.

• Kathy (10/5): Excellent experience and highly recommended - This three-room apartment definitely added colours to our travel! The view from the balcony is really nice and the kitchen is so well-equipped with all necessary items such as oven, microwave and dishwasher. The living room is large that I can open my three luggages there and all the rooms are comfortable. Also, the owner is so warm to prepare some Australian famous snack in the apartment. We spent two wonderful nights in this awesome apartment and will definitely choose staying here when visit Melbourne next time. This apartment is highly recommended!

It was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location—close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was responsive, making the check-in and overall experience smooth. We would be happy to return and would certainly recommend this apartment to others. While the apartment is generally comfortable and functional, it is starting to show some signs of wear and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint to brighten it up. That said, it didn’t detract from our overall experience, and we would be happy to stay here again.

Easy access to coffee shop, woolworths and asian grocer The unit is a short walk to crown and restaurants Messages had quick responses and cleaning offered once for our stay Lots of drawers in bedroom and bathroom are missing handles, couches need a good clean. Dryer stops due to a water tank which needs to be manually emptied and 2 filters cleaned

• Kevin (8/5): Good stay in a good location. - Key collection. The location was at a distance from the property and it was necessary to park in a no parking zone to collect the keys. In this instance I was driven in an Uber so had a driver to remain with the car. Self drive would be a problem

Having carpark in complex was great. Loved the views. Nice size balcony. Overall great....just a few things....dryer didn't work. Toilet brush holder handles on both came off, some blinds didn't work. Handle off one of the drawers. Carpark remote didn't work ( host came and changed it over)

Umbrellas in every wardrobe were a bonus considering Melbourne weather, fortunately we didn't need them. Some type of coffee machine: percolator, filter coffee maker or a coffee plunger would've been nice.

Tea and coffee facilities.. lovely soaps and body wash provided.. and beautiful pump soap in each room!! Very clean and wonderfully presented The blind in the main bedroom was broken and couldn’t open so it was limited view and light in the main bedroom. No tv in the main room either .

Also well stocked in the bathroom with soap shampoo and toilet paper. Pool and gym were great. Lounge furniture was lovely but didn't quite accommodate 6 adults.

The kids loved the cookies and chocolate. Was so handy having the little butters and condiments there, all we had to do was buy bread for breakfast. I feel all places need to do this. Great idea. I liked everything about this apartment. Great location. 😍 There was nothing I didn’t like about this apartment. It was all fantastic.

Breakfast cereal, milk spreads etc. as well chocolates and biscuits. Just made the stay a bit more special 🙌
