• Yasmina (8/5): Je n’y retournerai pas - La chambre est très bien, grande et confortable dans un état irréprochable. Lieu très calme. Le hall de l’immeuble fait peur, la chambre se trouve au premier étage d’un bâtiment qui occupe diverses fonctions, le nom des chambres n’est pas indiqué, l’emplacement est difficile à trouver et j’ai ressenti une forme d’insécurité. Les caméras rassurent néanmoins.

• Helena (1/5): Terrible management and no hot water - The bed and the apartment was nice, also the location. They didn’t let us do the checking until 5 pm. They made us wait with the luggage around the city. The owner was not responsive. Our room was not completely clean and the worst: we didn’t had hot water in the shower.

• Juan Carlos Haro (8/5): Cómodo, centrico y limpio - La situacion céntrica, y sobre todo la limpieza. La entrada es por códigos. Pero bien explicado. Muy cómodo y tranquilo. No se escuchaba nada de la calle. Nuestro apartamento era el numero 14, y la taza del baño cuando presionadas salía un poco de agua. La televisión es con la misma wifi del apartamento, podrían decirlo antes. Llame al teléfono para hablar con alguien y todavía estoy esperando.

• Angel (9/5): Refugio perfecto en Atenas. - El interior está como nuevo, todo muy confortable y agradable, algo que contrasta con la entrada. Camas muy cómodas, baño impecable, todo lo necesario en cocina… Muy buena ubicación entre Plaza Sintagma (ideal para las conexiones con el aeropuerto) y Monastiraki. Gran detalle la copa de vino a la entrada. La entrada al bloque es muy lóbrega, pero como la mayoría en Atenas. Nada que ver con el interior.

• Anna (9/5): Molt còmode, complet, espaiós i molt ben situat al centre de la ciutat - La ubicació i l’equipament de l’habitació

• Fla_est (7/5): - Arredamento moderno, posizione abbastanza centrale Comunicazione con l'host, per capire come funzionava l'acqua calda abbiamo impiegato una serata intera. Perdita sotto il lavandino del bagno, appartamenti vicini nel corridoio un po' trascurati.
• costup (4/5): - Симпатично, уютно, комфортно. Пустили раньше времени заезда, чтобы мы могли оставить вещи и идти обедать. Не было горячей воды, никто не сказал, что нужно включать в щитке специально нагрев воды. Греется вода не сразу, нужно ждать время. Никто нам не сказал, что нужно так делать, пришлось писать хозяину, где вода, и ждать ответ. Также очень быстро заполняется канализация, и вода не уходит. Пришлось при помощи полотенца и тряпок выжимать воду, чтобы не затопить соседей. В общем, такой себе отдых.

• Ina (8/5): Very good apartment but full of mosquitos - The studio is beautiful, everything new and clean and bed was very comfy! The location was excellent! And the instructions to get there were easy. The only reason I dont give the best review is because there is a mosquito problem! Before we went to bed we killed like 15 mosquitos! After we went to bed, we had to switch back the lights and kill some more. In the morning we killed two more mosquitos.. like 20 mosquitos in total! That is insane! All the windows were closed, but mosquitos were never ending :( that can easily ruin your nights sleep easily… also the AC is right above the bed, which is not ideal for a good nights sleep.
• Sonja (9/5): A Gem in Athens - Clean new and spacious and bottled water, and wine was left for us. Has absolutely everything you require, even had a iron which was very unusual. So we'll positioned as well. Loved it. Nothing not to like
• Rafaella (9/5): Superb - Communication with host - never replied t my messages - I asked multiple times about instructions for check in, called him but never responded (he provided instructions only some minutes before my arrival)
• Chiara (4/5): Good location and price, but wouldn’t reccomend - Location is very central and convenient. You can reach all main sport by walking. Price is below Athens centre average. Apartment was very dirty - full of hairs and stains everywhere, and some used slippers in the kitchen.. We actually disinfected some areas ourselves. Building was a bit dodgy and we felt unsafe that entrance door could not be locked from inside (anyone knowing the code can open the door)

• Sara (4/5): Disappointing - First of all room was smelling a cigarette, No where was written the property name exactly it was difficult to find to know which one is no 4
• Pietro (7/5): Good - Tv was not operating on local news channels (ert ), it was functioning only on internet web. The main entrance on the street was shabby and dark, the apartment was clear and OK for all internal facilities

• Ioanna (7/5): excellent location - excellent location, short distance to all hotspots and restaurants very clean, neat and tidy good amenities offered like a coffee machine, fridge and microwave bathroom was a bit inconvenient in terms of height - especially for older people/individuals with motility issues and the shower door was tiny causing extensive water splatter to the floor for which we didn't have sufficient towels/mats. Communication with the host could've been a bit better

• Tal (7/5): Good - The apartment looks brand new, very clean and convenient. Excellent location, close to all you need at the center of Athens. Communication with the owners - they haven't answered the emails I sent before arrivals. When we got to the address and tried to find out the exact location and how to get in the apartment, they didn't answer the phone calls or the email I sent. Only after multiple times they answered a WhatsApp call. This is frustrating. Also, there was no hot water when we arrived as the water heater was turned off. We had to find it out by ourselves and turn it on.
