• Monica (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato a La Terraza de Beatas a Malaga e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! L’appartamentino è molto bello, super pulito e curato nei dettagli. Il letto comodissimo e c’era davvero tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. La posizione è fantastica: sei veramente in pieno centro, comodissimo per girare Malaga a piedi e avere tutto vicino. Allo stesso tempo però, anche se sei nel cuore della città, l’appartamento si trova in una vietta più tranquilla, quindi non hai il caos di persone che passano continuamente sotto la finestra, cosa molto piacevole soprattutto essendo al piano terra. Anche il check-in è stato velocissimo e super pratico: le chiavi vengono lasciate in un box proprio accanto al portone esterno, quindi è tutto molto semplice e comodo. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene e lo consigliamo assolutamente!

• Sabine (9/5): Tolle Lage, nette Vermieter..alles vorhanden - Das kleine apartment war gemütlich und hatte alles was man braucht, Seife Shampoo Toilettenpapier Föhn Kaffeemaschine etc. Es liegt optimal mitten in der Altstadt und zu Fuß ist alles super zu erreichen ...wir kommen gerne wieder😃

• molina (9/5): - Ubicación excelente en el centro histórico. Fácil acceso andando a muchos lugares de interés. Rodeado de servicios, restaurantes, supermercados... para una cómoda estancia. El autobús al aeropuerto a cinco minutos del apartamento. Agradecer también al servicio de limpieza y a la anfitriona porque pudimos acceder al apartamento antes de la hora. Apartamento muy recomendable. Por poner un pero, algo mas de vajilla y cubertería.

• Helen (6/5): Underwhelming compared to the photos - The location was absolutely fantastic. 15 min walk from Malaga Centro train station and then 5-10 min walk from everything you want to do The photos make the room look a lot better than it is in reality. The bathroom is way too small and the shower is not suitable if your stay is for 2 people. The water went cold after 10 minutes, there wasn't enough room for a fully grown adult to wash because the cubicle is too small and the toilet is too close to the wall. It felt quite run down and the refurbishment is only quick cosmetic changes like adding wall panelling. Another thing to mention is that there is a street lamp right outside the window of the front rooms of the building. We stayed in the ground floor front room and the curtains just don't block any light from the street lamp so the room is basically lit up all night. Highly recommend taking an eye mask if you're someone who needs dark to sleep. We didn't use the cooking facilities but the kitchenette looks around 20 years old.

Suciedad y mala reforma - Me gustó mucho la ubicación, ya que estaba en el centro a pocos metros de la catedral, calle Larios, ect Es un bajo, sin apenas luz natural, y si habres las cortinas te ven desde la calle. Por la noche hay mucho ruido ya que hay una discoteca en la misma calle y por la madrugada se llena de jóvenes borrachos haciendo ruido. Por otro lado, el mantenimiento y la limpieza es escasa. La reforma es una limpieza de cara pero se nota que es una habitación vieja, con decoración actual. El baño tenía las juntas de suelo y de los azulejos sucias y mal acabadas. En cuanto a la limpieza era insuficiente, Suciedad en el microondas, frigorífico, una lámpara de mimbre llena de polvo, una planta decorativa llena de polvo. Las sábanas tenían pelos y alguna mancha y la funda de almohada estaba al revés. Además la cama tenía una pata rota, a punto de romperse por lo cual teníamos que tener bastante cuidado.

• Laura (6/5): Buenas ubicación, pero necesita mejoras. - La ubicación es perfecta en el centro. Es un apartamento muy cómodo, pero necesita mantenimiento. Juntas de baño sucias y amarillas, pintura en mal estado, la cama se cayó mientras dormíamos porque tenía una pata pegada. Se veía el pegamento alrededor.

La pulizia poteva essere più accurata... nella doccia (con le piastrelle bianche) c'era un po' di muffa e la stanza era un po' polverosa. • Sandra (9/5): - Odlicna lokacija u samom centru grada ali u mirnijoj ulici pa se buka ne čuje. Vrlo dobre upute za ulazak u apartman.

• Cristina (5/5): Céntrico pero muy ruidoso - La terraza y la ubicación La cocina y la ducha necesitan una actualización. Y sobre todo el ruido que hay el la calle. Parece tranquila pero hay dos discotecas que abren por la noche y la calle se llena de extranjeros borrachos voceando y armando mucho escándalo. Si te vas a acostar a las 06:00 de la mañana el alojamiento es perfecto, si no, es imposible descansar.

• Hajar (10/5): Je le recommande vivement. - L'emplacement était super, vous pouvez tout faire à pied. Le ménage était fait comme il le faut. Le lit, les équipements étaient nouveaux et en bonne qualité. Bien sécurisé et j'ai beaucoup apprécié notre entrée autonome sans falloir passer chez eux ou dans un endroit loin du logement. Le seul inconvénient c'est que le wifi ne fonctionne pas malheureusement. Il y avait un peu de bruit dans la nuit vu que qu'il y a des bars/pub proches du logement chose qui est très normale dans un quartier en centre-ville.

• Michelle (7/5): Excellent location. Great host. Loud area. - The location is excellent. 5 min walk to Calle Larios, Alcazaba, Plaza Merced, all restaurants. Supermarkets within a 2 min walk. Access was very easy once the room was ready. Virginia explained access and exit very well. Wi-Fi was great. Virginia is very responsive which is great and she let me know as soon as the room was ready. No hidden deposit which is great. Pictures make the room look bigger and cleaner than what it is. Photos were definitely taken when first furnished. It could do with repainting. The TV and cooker isn't great. Room says it comes with water and coffee but it is actually 1 x coffee pod and 1 x small bottle of water. The bathroom is quite smelly but I think this is common in Spain. The walls are extremely thin and the neighbors above the room are very loud. Every night I could hear what they were watching on TV. There is one window that opens onto the street so I kept it closed. The mattress isn't that comfortable but that's personal preference. Toiletries would be helpful for short stays. One small/large towel provided and not changed during stay. Apartment doesn't allow for storing luggage - a place down the road is recommended however I couldn't access the building so had to walk around with luggage until the room was ready. Air con difficult to use as I couldn't tell where the heat was coming from.

• Kygian (8/5): Very good - Flat is well equipped and in a perfect location: it's close to everything. It's also very clean, WiFi works very well. It's on the ground floor, every night you listen the noise from the restaurants around. You need ear plugs to sleep. There is some humidity in the flat, you need to open the windows.
• Tim (9/5): Clean, cool, convenient. Would stay again. - The location is exceptionally good. It's a 2min walk to El Pimpi, which is an excellent starting point for any visit. It's no more than 5 minutes from any of the old city tapas restaurants and bars. The room was well kept, had all the facilities you would need (including an ironing board, hair dryer, etc). The 2l bottle of water in the fridge was a nice touch. No massive issues, to be honest. A little folder with instructions for things like the aircon would have been helpful. We found the remote eventually but a sort of "welcome pack" would be a great addition to an already fantastic little place. The bed was a little small for my wife and I (I'm a larger guy) but would be perfectly fine for two regular folk, and brilliant for one!

• Joseph (10/5): Amazing stay in Malaga! Muchos Gracias! - Very centrally located- the place is spacious for a solo traveller like me. Lovely bed with lots of pillows. Love the soft lighting by the bed- gave me the lovely Christmas mood. Place is very secure. Got the facilities and equipment I needed for my stay. Most especially- there is a smart TV with Netflix- made my stay more like home. - shower facilities is good - good pressure. Nice heating. Victoria was very responsive and helpful with what I needed. Really enjoyed my stay - would love to come back. Just the noise on my first night - with people passing by- but was quiet after wards :)) maybe a better knife and a chopping board will be great.
• Pym (7/5): Short stay in Malaga - Although compact, this apartment was well planned out and had everything needed for our short stay. The bed was very comfortable. The location was very convenient for restuarants and the old city. There were no plugs in any of the sinks. It was very close to a road which is used as a cut through for local pedestrians and was noisy at night due to the Spanish holiday. The two bar stools at the breakfast bar were quite uncomfortable. The sliding doors on the wardrobe were both missing. The bed was only a standard double but we would have preferred a king size bed.
• Olga (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was nice and had everything we needed, incl. fully equipped kitchen. Location in the old town of Malaga was perfect. The host was very helpful, which I'm really grateful for. A lot of noise coming into the apartment caused my partner to sleep very poorly.
• Vukasin (5/5): If you can pass - Location. Appartment is located in the Malaga center. There are couple of major issues: 1. On the photos is shown terrace but we didnt get a appartment with terrace. 2. Appartment was based on the ground floor and the noise from street was unbelivable. There are couple of clubs in the close distance and there is NO possibility to sleep unitl 6 am. 3. Appartmant is very small
• Nicola (8/5): Very good - The apartment was really nice, so as the personal we've been in touch with. Perfectly clean, with a washing machine, and even an iron. There is a shared terrace on the rooftop - we never met another guest there. The only negative was the reconstruction of the building across the street, which was very loud. Also the apartment is very smaller than it looks like on the pictures, but still super comfortable.
• Neil (6/5): A lovely host - Virginia was fabulous, always at the end of the phone , a wonderful host. Unfortunately at the time of our stay there was building work opposite, about 6ft from bed . Also some other guests were bringing people back through the night and trying to get into our room in early hours, so we never slept at all as drilling started again at 7am. We left a night early due to this. But it was unfortunate as perfect location and great host. As above, very noisy through night but expected being in centre of Malaga ,

• Panagiota (10/5): Exceptional accommodation in a super convenient location! - The accommodation was great and super clean. The house included everything someone may need to use. The atmosphere of the room was really cosy. The accommodation is located in the heart of the old town with easy access to every where. The host was very friendly and easy to contact. We really relaxed during our stay there - definitely recommended! It can be noise during the night because of the central location of the accommodation. However, it didn't affect the great time we had there.
