1. Key Collection: The key collection is in a different location, 984 feet away from the building.
The opening hours are:
Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 23:00.
Friday & Saturday: 08:30 to 00:00.
Sunday: 08:30 to 23:00.
2. Building Facilities:
All guests must do a building induction with the building management to access the swimming pools, gym and other facilities.
The inductions are every Monday and Wednesday from 7:00 PM.
Once your booking is confirmed with us, you will receive a communication from the building management to fill up an online form before the induction day.
During the induction day, you go to the building concierge in the building lobby before 7:00 PM.
Please note, we cannot guarantee access to the facilities if you do not complete the induction.

- Betty (8/5): Great Location/Review Key Collection/If arriving by Taxi where is the drop off point. - The view inside the apartment and the amenities are amazing. I understand the importance of the induction however we had to book an extra night so we arrived on a Wednesday to attend the induction. This should be available no matter what day you arrive. The location of the building is not good - taxi had no where to drop us off with our luggage, fortunately he found an entrance to the back of the building where we were able to exit the vehicle safely. I did not receive the email on my phone regarding the key collection code however the email was sent to my PC at my office in NZ whereby the email was forwarded to my phone. There are three switches inside the entrance to the apartment. If you turn off the first switch you will have no lights/Air Com. There should be a sign above the switches. There were no hair dryers in two of the bathrooms only the master. Mattress's in the smaller rooms were hard. Insufficient Towel Supply. No coffee machine. Some cupboards were too high to reach glasses. RESIDENTS are unfriendly and don't like it when you use the amenities.

- Karen (10/5): Exceptional - The location for us was excellent That we were unable to use the pool facilities as we had to do an induction, for what - safety - common sense !! For which only 2 times were available and then they were booked out. Yet the property was advertised with pool facilities.
Also I had checked a few days before arrival if we could get access a couple hours earlier and was told yes - yet it was a joke trying to get the keys as we needed a "Keypass code" which I didnt realise was different to another code I was sent and then came through later than expected. And there were 3 couples and only 2 swipe cards were issued to get into the building. But otherwise we enjoyed our stay

- Nicholas (4/5): Great apartment but the bits that add up to a great experience were sadly lacking - The apartment is amazing.73rd floor Melbourne 108 building.Wonderful view and superb location It's pretty obvious the hotel management doesnt want you there.To use the "facilities" (swimming pool gym etc)you are expected to attend a face to face "induction"only held on Monday and Wednesday nights.That is if you plan to arrive on a Thursday you won't have access.Difficult for most Booking.com travellers who will be Thurs-Mon-but they know this.Picking up the keys was a nightmare.Lockbox attached to the handrail of a dingy internet store and return to a Quicky Mart that only took one set of keys.Parking is difficult.The booking manager gave us a sly set of keys to the facilities but "surprsie surprise"-the pool is closed for 2 months.I have booked hundreds of nights accommodation on Booking.com-I really don't think this property-despite it's amazing location and wonderful space and view should be on this site.
