• Naves (8/5): Foi tudo de bom. - Localização e limpeza! O ar está com cheiro de poeira quando liga e o hotel deixou a piscina ficar sem limpeza a água estava um pouco turva.

• Ivo (9/5): Um hotel como patrimônio de Brasilia - Hotel de fato é de grande excelência Localização extremamente fácil Estrutura do quarto era de grande conforto A cama de excelente qualidade Resposta rápida do contato estabelecido para o quarto alugado O delay encontrado entre a reserva e o check inn Como na primeira hospedagem feita houve um erro de agenda da minha parte, estabeleci contato para rever, talvez esperasse um pouco mais de atenção. Mas foi de forma educada e respeitosa. O andar que se localiza o apartamento estava em completa reforma Rever a relação mais profissional da equipe do hotel com os hospedes que usam o apartamento.
• Nara (5/5): - The location, the size of the room, the cleaness The room is very old, there were holes in the chairs and in the charging spotts. There were not that many spotts and there were stains in the curtains. I also didn't like that even though it is a flat, it comes with no item that we can use to heat food for example. There is a microwave but there is no plate. I also didn't like that the whole aisle and other rooms were in renovation process and no one told me, so in the mornings when I left the rooms the whole aisle was covered in black plastic.

• Renan (1/5): - A acomodação não estava adequada para recepcionar um hóspede. O quarto está sem o fôrro da entrada, acima da porta tem um buraco aberto para cima do teto ocasionando entrada da luminosidade do corredor, impedindo o descanso, bem como a abertura do teto acarreta risco de entrada de animais e bichos no quarto, causando insegurança. Por esse motivo, não fiquei no quarto e solicitei estorno da compra feita no meu cartão. Estou aguardando resposta.

• Jovita (1/5): Awfull! Dirty and not advisable - I hated the apartment and I didn’t even stay in it This apartment was in a disgusting state! The bed sheets were changing colours and the pillow cases had spots of something that i couldn’t really understand what it was! The wardrobe doors are broken and the all space does not look neat The aircon is on on full speed and there is no option to regulate it, in order to turn it off i would have to turn off the all room electricity
