• Heisel (5/5): Bien ubicado, pero con falencias - la ubicación es conveniente, especialmente porque está cerca del estacionamiento, lo que facilita mucho la llegada y salida. También es un buen detalle contar con un dispensador de agua. la limpieza fue deficiente. El baño estaba sucio, con restos de caca y pelos, lo cual fue muy desagradable. El agua caliente solo funcionó durante unos minutos, por lo que no fue posible ducharse con normalidad. Además, al llegar encontramos un rollo de papel higiénico ya usado y casi terminado, algo poco higiénico. En cuanto a la seguridad, la habitación se sentía muy poco segura, ya que tenía ventanales que no se podían cerrar correctamente. Además, la misma llave que abría la habitación también abría el portón, por lo que cualquier persona con acceso al portón podía abrir la habitación sin problemas. Para sumar a la sensación de inseguridad, no hay recepción: toda la comunicación fue únicamente por WhatsApp y en ningún momento nos solicitaron documento de identidad, algo que considero básico en cualquier alojamiento.

• Kennedy (8/5): Tight dirt road to the location, but the host is amazing! - The host is so kind! Be aware, you need to drive down a tight dirt road to get to the property.
• Friedrich (10/5): Exceptional - The host was incredibly friendly and she even made a great pizza for dinner which we had with her. The place is walking distance from the airport and great when you have an early flight.
• Brian (3/5): Terrible property. Stay in Puerto varas & drive to airport next time - Close to airport No signs on main road to show b&b location. Ramshackle property about 1/4 mile up a potholed dirt road. No hot water in sink. Unreliable shower. No means to boil water to make tea.
• Constanza (6/5): Pleasant - Good location and very nice host. Infrastructure needs improvement.
• Matyas (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic host, big room, super clean, walking distance from airport. It gets a bit cold, in the morning, but the blankets provided are plenty warm.
