• Niloofar (5/5): I think there are better options available in this price range - The hotel’s location was excellent, and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the lady in charge was very kind and kept everything clean and tidy. The shower was a big disappointment, the water pressure was extremely low, almost just dripping. The bed and pillows were not comfortable either. Although we had booked a suite, there were no kitchen utensils at all. After we asked, they provided some basic items, but it would have been better if these were available from the beginning. Overall, it was an average stay.

Das Arbeiten aus dem Zimmer ist daher kaum möglich gewesen. Auch das surfen am Handy war nicht durchgehend möglich. Das Frühstück hatte nicht sehr viel Auswahl.

• Timothy (9/5): We enjoyed our first visit to Istanbul at Cheya Suites. - A nice little breakfast was included in our stay. The staff, especially the lovely breakfast lady, were friendly and accommodating. We liked the location, close to many restaurants & pubs, but not too close and the Besiktas ferry port was a 10-15 minute walk away. One inconvenient thing was the access to outlets by the bed. We had to get on the floor to plug in our phone chargers, discovering that an extension cord was under the bed, although it was not plugged in! It would be beneficial to install extension cords on both sides of the bed for ease of access for plugging in phones next to the bed.
• Rosa (10/5): Jederzeit wieder! - Die Lage ist top, man ist direkt mittendrin im Geschehen. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr herzlich. Die Herren der Rezeption begrüßen einen tagtäglich sehr freundlich. Die beiden Küchenfeen zauberten Tag für Tag ein grandioses Frühstück! Alles selbst gemacht, selbst gebacken. Täglich frisch und abwechslungsreich. Das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel. 1, 2 Teller und ein wenig Besteck wären gut für die volle Punktzahl. Ansonsten jeden Tag frisches Wasser aufs Zimmer, bei Bedarf Reinigung. Wir können es zu 1000% empfehlen!! 1, 2 Teller und ein wenig Besteck wären großartig

You can walk to Beshiktash charshi in 5 mins and reach the iskele in 7-10 mins by walking which is great if you want to travel with a ship to another side of Istanbul. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast options might be better.

They offer a taxi service from the hotel to the airport. They have connections with taxi drivers who pick you up and take you to the wrong airport. This way you get scammed. For a flight that cost €25, I ended up paying €150. People, be careful. Pay €10–€20 extra and go to a real, clean hotel, because this place is truly a mess—from the staff to the rooms.

• Diana (6/5): - Das Frühstück war einfach und täglich gleich. Sorgt selbst dafür, wenn ihr das Frühstück bereits mit gebucht habt, dass ihr auch auf der Liste steht - sonst kann es peinlich werden. Wir waren 13 Tage dort und hatten Frühstück im Preis drin - waren dort allerdings nur 3 Mal. Unten am Bosporus gibt es mindestens ein großes Restaurant mit sehr gutem und abwechslungsreichem Frühstück. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und das war eine große Hilfe. Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht ... mit Küche ... doch in den Schränken war nichts drin, weder Töpfe, noch Geschirr, noch Besteck. Doch wir haben dann ein wenig für 2 Personen bekommen und haben uns Messer, Brett und Pfanne gekauft. Bergab ist es fußläufig okay, wenn der Blick Richtung Boden geht - ansonsten viele Stolpergefahren. Bergauf hatten wir uns nach einer Woche dran gewöhnt. Wir haben uns am zweiten Tag die Istanbulkart gekauft und die mehrfach geladen. Hat Spaß gemacht, mit Bus, Fähren und Metro umher zu touren und dadurch viel von Istanbul zu erleben. Auch Taxifahrten waren erschwinglich. Alles in allem eine abwechslungsreiche und beeindruckende Zeit.

• Cristina (8/5): - The staff was incredible. When we arrived he helped us find a parking lot and that was an incredible thing for this city. Everybody was very helpful and ready to assist. The location is ok, walking distance to the ferry, quiet area, plenty of shops and restaurants where to eat close by. We went in winter, and the temperature in the room was very warm and cozy. The beds are also very comfy. There are a few things that I disliked , no espresso machine available in the hotel ( not in the room, nor in the breakfast area), only instant coffee. Another thing that i think is worth mentioning is that the hotel is on a hill. After a day visiting the city it was quite tiring to climb it.

Sie bieten täglich kostenlosen Zimmerservice an. Wasser, Tee, Kaffee wird täglich aufgefüllt und auf Nachfrage kriegt man mehrere. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Der Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war für uns perfekt und Bushaltestelle ist gleich vor dem Hotel. Ich muss auch sagen, es war so schön sauber, man hat sich gleich wohlgefühlt. Ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen 😊

Mini bardan ücretsiz ne isterseniz alabilirsiniz dediler. Ama mini var zaten boştu)). Kahvaltıda verilen bazı içecekler eskimişti. Bazen yemek herkese yetmiyordu.

• Mariana (9/5): Raport bun calitate preț, mic dejun bun - Micul dejun și în special Oxana, care a fost o prezență excepțională pe durata întregii șederi de 8 nopți, extrem de amabilă și cu sfaturi de ajutor, și nu doar cu noi dar cu toată lumea cu care interacționa la micul dejun. • Dawn (9/5): Well Looked After - The location and value for money are great. A 10 minute walk to the Bosphorus and ferries and there are some great alleyways for eating. It's walking distance to the metro which will take you to the blue mosque and the surrounding area which are popular with tourists. Moses, Baha and Isa were excellent. I recommend this hotel and area for solo travellers. I felt safe and a part of the local culture The hotel is a little old and tired, but the pros make up for this small point.
• joacocosta (7/5): Silencioso pero con olor a humo de cigarro - El hotel tiene doble ventana e insonorización, por lo que no se escucha nada en la noche a pesar de estar en una avenida bastante concurrida. Tiene cortinas rollers blackout, por lo que casi no entra luz en la habitación y se puede dormir sin ruido ni luz. El personal - como en casi cualquier hotel en Turquía - es muy amable. La habitación olía a humo de cigarro. Encontré pelos en las fundas de almohadas. El colchón no era muy cómodo. El desayuno es bastante pobre comparado con lo que ofrecen otros hoteles de Estambul. El control remoto del aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien.

• Ali (10/5): - We had an amazing stay at Cheya Beşiktaş! Oxana was incredibly kind, and Irhan was very welcoming. Everything was perfect. The room was cleaned daily, the beds were comfortable, and the service was excellent. Great value for money and a delicious breakfast. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience!

• Fenerbahce 1907 (10/5): - Natürlich wie immer Die Personal von der Küche,wenn sie morgens früh alle deine Wünsche erfüllen zu einem guten Frühstück,,..Die Frau Hasret,ist einfach unschlagbar,,ich wünsche mir das die noch die nächsten paar Jahre noch da Arbeitet.....Ansonsten kann ich nichts über das Personal sagen,waren komplett neue Gesichter.....Wir Buchen fast 10 Jahre cheya hotel ,,finde es auch schade das jedes Jahr,neue Gesichter dort Arbeiten....... Ich wollte eine 2 Karte für mein Zimmer, unten der typ von Rezeption hat mir keinen gegeben ohne Kaution, das fand ich wirklich Unverschämmt da er auch auf seinem Computer sieht das ich jedes Jahr manchmal 2x im Jahr dort bin......War Uncool......
