Will definitely be back. - - Beautiful view of the city and palm tree - Centrally located and just 8 minutes from Hollywood and the fashion district - The room is spacious and has a lovely ensuite bathroom - Extra plush pillows with extra towels and luxury shampoo/soap I wish I could stay longer :D

• Frazer (7/5): Not as advertised - Pool and room was nice This place does not exist it is called the viscount. The rooms are not supposed to be let so it’s all a bit weird. The area around the hotel is very run down and could be unsafe

Hier slaan Booking en SoCal leen enorme flater omdat de voorwaarden van het appartement niet tijdig bekend waren, moest er worden gekeken of het door kon gaan. We wachten nog steeds op antwoord van zowel Booking als SoCal terwijl we 20 juli zouden inchecken. Slechte communicatie met zowel SoCal als Booking. Onacceptabel!

• Juan (1/5): WORSE STAY EVERY. CONSUMERS BEWARE. DO NOT BOOK THIS LOCATION. IT IS A SCAM. I HAVE PICTURES - NOTHING. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STEPPED FOOT IN. I HAD TO BOOK ANOTHER PLACE FOR MY FAMILY TO STAY IN, BECAUSE THE APARTMENT WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The building has signs everywhere that the building forbids Airbnb and Vrbo. Upon walking into the building with our luggage, we were approached by the front desk staff. They asked if we lived in the building. We said, NO, we booked the stay via Booking.com The staff then made it a point that we should not be there because the building does not allow short term rental like Airbnb or Vrbo. They told us we would possibly be asked to leave. It gets worse. The elevator was not working, and we were on the 6th floor. Upon making it up the stairs, the fire alarm went off. Mind you, the Los Angeles fires are currently happening. After a few minutes, it stopped. Then the fire alarm went on again. After another 5 mintues the alarm went off. Pretty scary with all the hype surrounding The Los Angeles fires. Finally, we get into the room and it was filthy. The bedding was not cleaned. There were stains and pubic hair all over the sheets in both bedrooms. There was pubic hair in the shower, as well as other hair on the shower walls. There was pubic hair on a filthy bathroom rug. A dirty wet rag was left in the sink. The towels provided were dirty, torn, and had holes in them. There was a camera in the living room, which was very creepy. We made all of these issues known to the host, and nothing was done that day. My wife and I proceeded to go to the store to buy cleaning supply and laundry detergent to clean the apartment, and wash all the sheets and towels. The host reached out later that night, and said they would send someone to do a cleaning visit. I advised them that we had already cleaned the apartment. To top it off, the apartment was not as descibed. It was listed as as having two bedrooms with queen beds in each bedroom, and two pull out sofa beds. One room had one queen bed, the other had a full size bed with the box spring and mattress on the floor. The sofas were recliners, not pull out bed sofas. At this point, I requested a refund.

• Turman (10/5): Wonderful & Simply Comfortable - I thought this stay has been the best yet the location is absolutely superb. The balcony views are stunning, I love seeing the downtown life, it’s amazing so so enjoyable. I come to LA often and this is definitely at the top of my list as I must return the host the associates very kind very friendly went above and beyond to help celebrate my big golden jubilee! The property is very well secured, definitely felt safe. They maintain the entire property as if luxury hotel, the inside of the property & in the unit itself is very clean, spacious, plenty room to sit, relax or lay back and has everything you absolutely need and more even more than you could think of from personal hygiene items to food condiments, there’s not one thing we needed that was not listed as being offered as a part of our stay, if I could give this whole team a raise I would! The beds definitely passed the bed test very comfortable very soft but still firm just like if I were at home the pillows extremely soft and comfortable, they had tons of bedding blankets sheets, which made the stay even better. I want to especially thank each of the Property Staff for coordinating & working with me & my family the understanding of our later arrival needs and accommodating our late departure, & all the extras they did they all made me feel very special on my big birthday made my heart be filled with joy, this was just the icing on the cake how we all enjoyed our entire trip to LA! JC had awesome communication when needed made the whole process seamless & worry free & built confidence when I wasn’t originally, I’m very identity conscious. We will be back soon, and I know exactly where we want to stay. Looking forward to returning and definitely recommending for all my family and friends Sincerely, Happy Guest. Overall our experience was great besides, I would only want an exact or clearer late check out fee outlined, not just listing a price range, I like to be clear and detailed as a consumer.
