C’est la deuxième fois que je le loue La machine expression ne fonctionne pas avec les dosettes fournies ou les dosettes ne sont pas adaptées…? C’était déjà le cas l’année dernière mais peu importe c’est un détail

• Stephen (9/5): A good option for a few days in Seville. - Excellent little flat in a great area of Seville, half an hour walk from the centre, a few minutes from plenty of super places to eat and drink. Clean and tidy with a roof terrace for sunny days, we found communication with the owners prompt and friendly. Nothing.

Foarte curat, zonă excelentă, aproape de magazine, aproape de baruri, mâncare în zonă bună, este chiar lângă un brunch. Terasa este superbă, liniște. RECOMAND VARA Căldura, este frig, singura sursă de căldură sunt 2 ac uri, nu fac față dacă ești friguros, recomand să adăugați 2 calorifere
• Elizabeth (8/5): Fabulous apartment just slow wifi - It was in excellent condition, brand new, spotless and modern. Great location, easy to get in and out The wifi was very very slow. The fast one kept knocking me off. The QR code for working the appliances and info on the apartment did not work. Also there was limited glassware like plastic wine glasses.

Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier authentique ,proche des halles du quartier Feria , a proximité ,tout en étant éloigner pour éviter le bruit présence d'un quartier animer bar et restaurant sans que ce soit du n'importe quoi . A 50 mètres du logement on trouve les meilleurs churros chocolaté . Présence a 150 m au bout de la rue un parking de vélo Sevici (publique ) hyper commode et peu cher pour circuler dans tout Séville ( 2,59€la journée gratuit 30 min renouvelable a volontée) Rien

• Pérez (10/5): Estancia breve pero maravillosa - Alojamiento súper limpio, cama comodísima, muy bien aislado de ruidos y una terraza espectacular donde poder disfrutar después de un largo día de turismo. Lástima que el tiempo no haya acompañado mucho. Está muy bien situado para poder desplazarse a pie a cualquier punto emblemático y rodeado de una gran variedad de bares, y el Mercado de feria. A destacar la amabilidad de Álvaro, que ha estado pendiente en todo momento y solucionando las dudas desde que llegamos. Es un apartamento maravilloso para disfrutar unos días en la ciudad. Totalmente recomendable.

El que tuviera productos de limpieza y productos para lavar la ropa. Bastante papel higiénico y productos para el baño. Y sobre todo la amabilidad de Alvaro. La ubicación del apartamento Que el aire acondicionado del comedor apenas se notara, pero el de la habitación muy bien

• Sally (10/5): Brilliant- loved Seville and the area around the flat especially. - Location- Calle Feria is very close to the centre and a great area for eating and drinking and just wandering around. The market is very close to the property and great for lunch with a selection of bars and cafes. Property was very modern, comfortable and well equipped. All communication was immediate and excellent. Spiral staircase to the roof terrace (which was lovely) were a bit tricky to negotiate with food (if you wanted to eat up there) and wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility problems.

• Assumpta (10/5): Wonderful stay in Beautiful Seville - Property was super in an area full of locals with lots of bars and restaurants. It had a wonderful terrace which we used for breakfast and also to chill out after sightseeing. We got to see another area of Seville with all its wonderful streets, beautiful buildings, markets, churches, old walls in Macarena and was only around 25minute to Cathedral. Nothing
• Janet (10/5): Clean, well equipped and comfortable property in great location - Very comfortable, well equipped and clean accommodation in great position for exploring and with a huge choice of places to eat nearby. Great communication with owner.
• Brenda (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed 3 weeks and received a cleaning each week, which we have not gotten for extended stays in some places. While it took a little more walking to get to the main sites, it was worth it to stay in an authentic neighborhood, away from the herds of tourists. There were a ton of places to eat, have coffee, or to shop for groceries when you just want to eat in, within a 3-5 minute walk. The terrace was nice but under used as the weather was a little wet or chilly when we were there.

It had everything that we needed and was very close to a couple of really nice places to eat. There are other options that are closer to things like the cathedral but this option provided a good value for money alternative.

• Chris (10/5): Fantastic accommodation and we hope to come back! - This is a wonderful apartment in a perfect location in the old city of Sevilla. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom is very clean with a great shower. The rooftop terrrace gives a good view over the street and is very spacious. The host is extremely responsive and the whole experience was superb. We liked every aspect of this apartment and its location. I can't really think of a negative point.
• Jess (10/5): Exceptional - This was a perfect apartment for my stay in Sevilla. It had everything I needed and the terrace was an added bonus. The surrounding streets are beautiful and it's only about a 30 minute walk from sites like the Plaza De España. Would highly recommend as a base.

• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - I was in a pinch and needed a place to stay last minute. Finding Alvaro’s property saved the day. It was a great property that made me feel overly comfortable. The bathroom was great the living and bedroom felt very homey, and the rooftop terrace was just a bonus. Extremely thankful for the accommodations. All good things, for me.
