• Joyce (3/5): 12 nights booked, 11 nights of disturbed sleep, 1 good night sleep on our last day. - Location was the BEST thing of the place together with the amenities (towels, great blankets, shampoo, soap right down to dishwasher) and faciliities (washing machine, iron - full fledge provided). Perfect in the sense of walking distance to everything, metro stop right infront of the property, carrefour literally next door and plenty of shops, F&B outside. While we book knowingly that it was smack in the middle of puerta de sol but it was also mentioned that there are noise blocking doors/windows that assure us it will not be noisy at night as sleep is an important part of our vacation. However after numerous times of trying to explain to the property owner that the windows/door are unable to close because the hinge was broken. They keep assuring us it was done and it was sorted until one fine day, the maintenance guy came when we were in the apartment - all he did was to adjust the blinds and said that was it. This truly shock us meaning they didnt even attempt to look at the broken hinge or door when we had said so many times that it was noisy and it cant close. Anyway after all the conversations - we finally could send pictures, and the door was fixed on OUR LAST NIGHT. 12 nights booked, 11 nights of disturbed sleep, 1 good night sleep on our last day.

• Oscar Alfredo (5/5): Te cobran para hacer check in una vez que reservaste y tomaron tu tarjeta por booking. - La ubicación buena para acceder a los atractivos de la ciudad. La cama era muy chica. Menos que una plaza y media y se ofrecía como de dos plazas. Luego de la reserva por booking, y de haber tomado el cobro de la tarjeta, me derivaron a una página donde para acceder al check in debía pagar 18 Euros o hacer que tomen cargos en mi tarjeta por 300 Euros por si se rompía algo, y luego a las semanas me lo devolverían. Consideró que esto es una estafa.
• ZULFATHIE AMIN (8/5): - 1. Apartment was clean. 2. Images as per described 3. Location was superb, in the middle of Puerta de Sol 4. 2 doors away from Carrefour 5. A lot of cafe and souvenirs shop There were stairs at the entrance to get to the lift. Might be lil bit difficult if you have number of big luggages with you. For me personally manageable.
• Cagla (9/5): Perfect location for a touristic stay - It is located at the very heart of Madrid. Walking distance to most places, if not, you go out of the property and immediately fall into metro. What else do you need! Apartment is equiped with everything needed. The “boarding pass” thing needs to be more elaborative. Some words used are not referring to its meaning but after some struggle, we managed to compromised. Room odor device is not good. Spraying very often, all the room fills with artificial and unhealthy air. It even woke us up from our sleep because of its sound.

Hemos tenido 3 incidencias y hay un señor, Armando, que fue muy desagradable. No repetiremos. No por el apartamento, sino por la gente que lo gestiona. El acceso al apartamento tiene problemas. • Chin (8/5): - Central location. Easy to move about. Due to the proximity, you still hear alot of noises from outside the balcony during midnight. Additionally, you need to carry the luggages for 33 steps before you can reach the lift causing inconvenience for elderly.

• Sebastian (2/5): Horrible service - The location was really good, being right in front of the plaza. The electronic key system was great. We opened the door to the balcony and the hinges of the window to the balcony were broken. We notified the staff right away (Saturday 7 am). Staff only got back to me on Sunday saying "we won't be able to do anything for the moment". The days were cold, so it got chill and the noise of the very loud plaza was very unpleasant. Nobody came to fix it during my whole stay. I had a 6 month old who couldn't sleep cause of the noise of a concert that took place in the plaza during our stay. They replied saying that it was Sunday so the technician wasn't available, but they had Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and did nothing about it.

• Samantha (10/5): Excellent accommodation. We had a great stay. - The property was overlooking puerta del Sol. The facilities were very good. The attention from the staff when needed was immediate. There is noise from the street but this is only to be expected in puerta del sol.

I wanted to ask for a late check out but I can't seem to reach the number given to me even thru SMS not call. Hope you can have a more accessible way to communicate as no one answered my call not SMS and the email bounces back

• Anonymous (1/5): Bad - The property’s location is very good Any one book in this building BE CAREFULL!! Our hand bag has stolen inside the building, although no one can access the building except how has code to access. when we asked the staff to see the camera recording they weren’t helpful.  We made report in Spain police Now we’re waiting the process to finish.
• Catherine (8/5): Comfortable apartment in a lively part of Madrid. - Location was excellent, just off the main plaza del Sol in the very centre of the city. It was close to an area with many great reasonably priced restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment was spacious for two people and the 4th floor balcony gave a very good view across the very busy square. Everything you needed for a short stay was available including an electric kettle, which is often missing from European holiday lets. The place was clean and the WiFi worked well. The only bad point I would mention is the air con was a little too loud at night if you need to use it, which we did since the temp in Madrid got to 40C when we were there. Also while the central location was perfect for sightseeing it was very busy at nighttime and there was quite a lot of noise from the main square well into the early morning. This didn’t bother us too much and with the balcony window shut the noise was a lot less loud but it might still bother some lighter sleepers.

• Jean (7/5): Mixed feelings - Cleanliness was excellent. Extremely well equipped large apartment. Fantastic location. Some extremely helpful staff. We were given a slightly early check in time and a later check out. No hot water one evening and next morning. When calling the emergency number, we were asked to call the office at 10.00. We were told the whole building was affected and it would " hopefully be fixed soon". Not really acceptable and guests should be offered an alternative place to shower. No Internet connection despite asking for a voucher code, which was not forthcoming Not the fault of the accommodation provider. But it should be noted by anyone staying at the moment, that the work being carried out on the plaza is extremely noisy until late at night
