- Belly (2/5): Not what we had expected, will not be staying here again despite all the negative reviews online regarding this property - Was very convenient for our stay in Melbourne Couch in living area was very small and broken. No air condition upstairs in the rooms, we visited in summer had we known there was no aircon we would not have stayed there. Garden was not maintained grass was very tall, the mattresses on the beds were extremely worn down and pillows had a very bad smell to them.
