- Dominik (1/5): EISKALT ABGEZOCKT - Schönes Haus mit gutem Pool Unterkunft war ok, hatten abgemacht dass eine Person mehr dabei ist. Kommuniziert wurde nichts und so war auch kein weiteres Bettzeug da, bezahlen mussten wir trotzdem. Des Weiteren wurden wir gnadenlos von der Dame abgezockt. Man muss 500€ Kaution hinterlegen, diese hatten wir in bar hinterlegt. Im Normalfall geht man beim auschecken mit dem Vermieter nochmal durch das Gebäude und bekommt es dann zurück. Bei uns kam die Frau nicht mehr beim auschecken, sodass wir die Schlüssel innen liegen lassen mussten. Da bleiben konnten wir aufgrund des Fluges auch nicht. Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir alles SEHR SAUBER UND ORDENTLICH hinterlassen. Die Dame hat auf keine Nachrichten mehr reagiert bis ich den Kundenservice eingeschalten hatte. Jetzt 3 Tage später müssen wir uns rumärgern weil Sie meint, dass alles dreckig war und Sie deswegen die 500€ behält RIESEN FRCHHEIT!!!! Bucht niemals diese Bude oder rechnet direkt 500€ drauf.
