In den Zimmer sehr spartanische Ausstattung, keine Nachtlampen, Bett sehr tief, keine Bilder an der Wand, man hört sein eigenes Echo.. sehr einfach ausgestattet aber Inventar sieht sehr neu aus..

• Daniel (7/5): Very comfortable overall, but bathroom renovations lack thought / planning. - Good location, quiet, comfortable bed and room, easy check-in and check-out, parking right at door, no fuss / drama re : dog. Shower curtain too short, floor flooded as a result. Nowhere in shower to put anything down, no soap dish, no shelf.
• Alain (7/5): OK stay - Clean, quiet. Good size fridge with a separate freezer door. Appears recently renovated. Bathroom barn door doesn’t have a lock or latch. The door is hung improperly and slides open on its own after it has been closed. There is a motion sensor nightlight in bathroom. Since door doesn’t stay closed, makes it too bright in rest of the room at night.

• cynthia (7/5): large open room, very clean accommodations and recently renovated to modernise the space. big TV - was very clean and modern, had microwave and great size fridge /freezer, location was the most central that u can be in Hope, and the process of booking the room very last minute was so simple and smooth, the front desk lady was a sweetheart! the bathroom is split in half with the sink and vanity outside of the 'toilet-shower' area, which is good and bad equally
• Jeff (7/5): It almost looked like they were in the midst of upgrading the room but needed to stock it. - The floor looked newly tiled, thankfully not germ-attracting carpet like most motels, which contributed to the cleanliness. Quiet, even though it was on the main street. Appreciated having a bedroom for privacy. Could have supplied a couple of extra, thinner blankets in addition to the thicker quilts (not everyone sleeps warm). Could have provided a table and chairs (is classed as a family suite after all !) Was only a small desk and chair. Was only a shower, no bathtub and no ledge or shower caddy provided for putting your bathing items. Bathroom sink is in the living area, not in the bathroom - not much room there either to store your bathing items. Would have liked kleenex and some extra rolls of toilet paper.

They have obviously done some upgrades which was nice to see. Our toilet wouldn’t flush and the mirror did not work to turn the light on. The bed was quite uncomfortable.

• Jin Malm (9/5): Clean room in a convenient & central location. - Room was clean and check-in and check-out easy & reception was friendly. Accommodated request to be placed on 2nd floor. Aircon works but may be a tad less powerful than needed for the room size. But room eventually reached the desired temperature after we left it running for an hour or two. Location was perfect -- a block from park, next to grocery store, EV charging stations nearby, central to a lot of restaurants too. A place for soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower area would be good.

Black truck from Saskatchewan parked taking up some of the stall next too it. In the 3 days no one came to our room to even exchange towels or supplies like coffee. We had to go get our selves. • Barbara (7/5): Große Zimmer in schönen Ort. Bahnlärm vorhanden. - Das separate Schlafzimmer und die Größe der Zimmer allgemein waren toll. Das Waschbecken und der Unterbau schienen relativ neu und modern. Der Inhaber war nett und wir konnten nach kurzer Rücksprache mit booking unsere Reservierung ändern. Der Außenbereich ist alles andere als einladend. Wenige Stunden/ Tage und man könnte die Unordnung beseitigen und die Treppen sowie Eingangsbereiche der Zimmer einfach regelmäßig kehren. Ach und das Schild würde ich auch erneuern. Man hört leider jeden Zug, der durch den Ort fährt und dieser hupt jedes Mal. Für jemanden, der keinen guten Tiefschlaf hat eher ungeeignet. Die Sauberkeit war Note 2-3.

Staff tried to get into our room at 9am after being told by the temporary manager that we had checked out even though we were staying for another day. Shower inadequate.
