• Jeanrenaud (2/5): Terriblement bruyant, pas insonorisé - situation de l'appartement en centre ville et parking à disposition, propre mais peu confortable (les lits) Horriblement bruyant, car pas insonorisé (fenêtre chambre parentale non laissant passer tout le bruit, pas de double vitrage et une boîte de nuit au dessous de l'appartement, nous n'avons pas pu dormir, cris, rire sirènes de police jusqu'à 7h du matin. Les lits superposés pas adaptés à mes parents (âgés) et peu confortables. Le réglage du chauffage / air conditionné était verrouillé pour empêcher de changer la température.

• Manfred (9/5): Gut - Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral in der City. Die zusätzliche Registrierung ist nervig, nachdem man fast die gleichen Daten bereits bei booking.com bei der Buchung bereits eingegeben hatte. Grund: booking.com übermittle die Daten nicht. Das ist extrem mühsam und bürokratisch.

• Christoph (6/5): Nettes Apartment in der Innenstadt - Sehr freundliche und professionelle Vermietung. Vor und während unseres Aufenthalts bekamen wir alle benötigten Informationen. Es war alles sehr sauber und sogar Kaffee und gefiltertes Wasser stand zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten ist etwas klein und ein paar Kleinigkeiten sollten repariert werden.

Le niveau de prestations ne correspond pas au descriptif booking. - L'emplacement et l'espace Les équipements étaient cassés pour certains.Et, il y avait un problème avec la clim et en plus il y avait une fourmilière dans la chambre et des centaines de fourmis ont fini par sortir du mur. Le prix est très élevé pour la qualité des prestations. Ils disent qu'ils sont dispo 24h/24 mais ce n'est pas vrai. La nuit c'est compliqué de les joindre et même avec un mail avec photo, ils mettent des heures à réagir, alors que nous restions qu'une nuit. Ils m'ont proposé d'intervenir le lendemain, alors que je partais. C'est une honte ! Une déception ! A fuir si vous voulez vraiment des prestations correspondant au tarif payé (300€ la nuit)

• Michael (4/5): Very disappointing stay in a too expensive apartment - Property was fine although we did not make much use of it. It actually was kind of dark for only one window. But convenient. The window in the master bedroom is not correctly constructed and allows all noice from outside to come in. Because the apartment is located in the center of Malaga there were people making noice all night long until 7 am in the morning. NOT HAPPY. Do note that the window in the living room did not have this problem and noice levels in that room were zero to none.
• Michael (7/5): Central location, property was really for a family, noisy through the night - Location is about 10 minute walk to the cathedral with supermarket and shops nearby. I would not agree that this was a "Dreamy. "There must be a bar nearby or underneath as we could not get a decent sleep, people were taking outside and music playing, windows in room with balcony didn't stop the noise and Building work opposite started at 0730.

• Lily (7/5): Nice apartment and great location but disappointed with the customer service - The apartment was very clean and in a great location. We had to wait around for a long time due to not being able to enter the apartment as the batteries had ran out on the door knob that opens that apartment door. We had to wait for a maintenance man to come to the property. We were very tired and we had to move our dinner plans back to late in the evening which unfortunately put a damper on our experience. Check out was also very messy as the door code had changed and we couldn’t access the apartment to return the keys so we had to find the letter box and put them in there. We feel we could have been looked after better and we were not offered any discount to compensate for our bad experience at check in /check out which we were disappointed about.

Love the free onsite parking (eventhough it is quite dark and hard to maneuver). Location is very central and strategic. It’s a double edge sword; as it also means loud noises/ drunk people partying till late night and early morning.

• Atha (8/5): Modern Mediterranean Apartment - We love the decor and how clean the place is. It was centrally located in Malaga with shops and restaurants very close by. The elevator was a big help with our luggage and the staff at REMS were very nice and stored our luggage until check in.

Nightclub below was noisy Friday & Saturday night until 3-4 am. We had no air conditioning the entire stay. The nightclub directly downstairs was extremely load until 3-4 am Friday & Saturday.

• Yuval (4/5): Good location, poor air conditioning no soundproofing and terrible services - Great location in the center, there is parking, there are many restaurants around. The apartments are located in a nice clean building. The apartments are located in the center and there are many restaurants around and very noisy. Even with the windows closed, there is no soundproofing and you can hear every word. But the biggest problem is the central air conditioning, which hardly worked. It constantly turned off and the temperature in the house was sometimes 29 degrees Celsius. To requests to solve this problem, we received standard answers, a promise to send fans, technicians to fix the air conditioner. But none of this happened. We were even promised to compensate for our inconvenience. This also didn't happen. If you are coming by car, then be aware that construction work is underway around and google maps do not explain how you can get to the apartments. If you have a large car (we had a Citroen C5), then it will be difficult for you to park on the minus 3rd floor in the house, it is very narrow there and you need to work hard when parking without hitting the walls. P.S After publishing a true review, the company offers compensation only after the removal of the bad review. Poor customer acquisition practices

• Karen (3/5): Good location, only if you want to party all night and sleep all day - The apartment is right in the centre of Malaga so very easy to get around on foot and close to all the attractions. Sadly the location was very difficult to get to by car. Google maps was not up to date with roadworks and a one way system. The car park would also be difficult to navigate for a large car. The biggest issue was getting no sleep. We were a family and although we embrace the Spanish traditions of being out late we did not want to be part of it every night, all night. We heard everything that was going on outside, which goes on until 6.30am.

• Lynda (9/5): Excellent apartment, well located, would highly recommend. - The apartment was really well located in the centre of Mallaga, walking distance to everything you need. it was clean, homely and comfortable with good air conditioning / heating. The management company were very helpful, responded quickly to questions and Ken to assist. there is parking under the building, 3 floors underground with very tight narrow access, this would be very difficult to navigate in as large vehicle. Also, Google maps had not been updated with the one way road system therefore we had to seek assistance from the management company to direct us in, they were very helpful.
• Kamila (8/5): It was perfect for city break - We liked the localisation and the help from the staff. They gave us good tips regarding city/ restaurants and a free parking was a plus. Walking distance to all places we needed. Beds were uncomfortable which was the main issue. Moreover it’s central localisation caused lots of noise during the night from drunk people. Read carefully everything as they need holding deposit if we knew it before we probably wouldn’t book it.
