• Fernando (1/5): Nunca mas - La ubicacion Moho en el techo, piso mal pintado. Habitaciones con mugre. Sábanas mal lavadas o sacadas con olor a pies. Moho en cortinas......es un piso antiguo bonito pero no cuidado o renovado. No volvería nunca mas en este estado.

A tu nagle w dzień przyjazdu w Boże Narodzenie rano dostaję informację, że odwołał moją rezerwację, bo trafiła mu się większą grupa i lepszy zarobek. Spróbujcie w Boże Narodzenie w szczycie sezonu znaleźć jakikolwiek nocleg w normalnej cenie. Zamiast cieszyć się słońcem i świętami martwiłam się gdzie spędzę noc. Zdecydowanie nie polecam! Lokalizacja super, wszędzie blisko,spacerkiem kilkanaście minut do centrum Los Cristianos, do plaż. Butelka wina, wody oraz paczka kawy na powitanie to bardzo miły gest. Dziękujemy za pobyt. Brak

• Roberto (1/5): Piso NO bonito - Siamo arrivati di notte e come primo impatto la posizione non sembrava delle migliori, due rampe di scale strette le cui foto ci sono state mandate solo dopo aver pagato, la camera doppia è stata ricavata da una terrazza chiusa non isolata bene: infissi scorrevoli leggeri ( si sentiva la strada sotto e le persone che montavano le scale direttamente in camera) la copertura di materiale metallico che con la notte di pioggia avuta la prima sera sembrava di avere i tamburi in camera e dopo un paio d'ore ha iniziato a piovere nel letto. Quando finalmente abbiamo preso sonno siamo stati svegliati alle 6.30 dalla luce che entrava in camera perché tra una tapparella e l'altra ci sono 10 cm di distanza. Svegli e con la luce ci siamo anche accorti che due cuscini dove abbiamo dormito io e mio figlio avevano la muffa come anche in bagno. Abbiamo lasciato l'appartamento il giorno dopo.andando in albergo e l'host dopo avergli fatto il nostro rapporto di lamentele voleva ridarci solo 3gg. Gli abbiamo chiesto la mail.per mandargli lettera dell'avvocato ma ci ha risposto di parlare con Booking. Adesso siamo per avvocato. Noi siamo persone molto pratiche ma una sistemazione così non ci era mai capitata, se vuoi ricavare una camera da una terrazza per avere più profitto devi chiuderla molto bene altrimenti ci fai un salottino!

• Svenja (4/5): War schön, aber hätten etwas mehr erwartet für diesen Preis. - Wohnung wurde sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Ist sehr groß für drei Personen völlig ausreichend. Alle nötigen Haushaltsgeräte waren verfügbar. Die Wohnung ist gut angebunden an die Stadt und an den Strand. Die Wohnung war sehr schwer zu finden. Die Zimmer sowie die Badtür waren nicht richtig verschließbar. Grade bei der Badtür war abschließen nicht möglich. Wir hatten einen halben Tag mal kein Wasser gehabt und die Dusche Brauch sehr lange bis sie ihre gewünschte Temperatur erreicht hat. Lüften in der Wohnung war sehr schwer bis gar nicht möglich, da Fenster nur im vorderen Schlafzimmer waren und im hinteren Schlafzimmer nur ein kleines. Hatten zwar eine mobile Klimaanlage, aber dies hat nur für den vorderen Schlafbereich gelangt, weil der Stecker zu kurz war und es auch nicht genug Steckdosen gab. Zudem hat es nicht gelangt das die kühle Luft sich richtig verteilt hat.

• Metka (4/5): Good location, but it was in very poor condition and they need to do more to keep it clean. - We got instructions from the owner via WhatsApp with photo material, so it was easy. When we got to the apartment there was a strange smell. We found that the bed linen smelled very bad. Luckily we had a washing machine and we washed the bed linen immediately so we could change the beds. The apartment is nice but very poorly maintained. The bathroom has a leak from the shower and there is mould in the corner. The kitchen has a broken counter and the cooker is in very bad condition. The eating utensils were dirty and greasy. The whole building is very badly insulated, so you can hear everything from the street and the neighbouring flats. The apartment is right above the office of a company, where they smoke and make coffee in the morning, which can be heard and smelled in the apartment. I would therefore advise against it if you like to sleep or have small children.

• Mark (10/5): Exceptional apartment with a fantastic host - The apartment is without doubt the best equipped apartment I have overstated in . Was spotlessly clean , well laid out and decorated to a very high standard . The contact with the host was second to none . I cannot recommend this property highly enough . Fantastic from start to finish , will definitely be booking again There is nothing to dislike

• Vlad (5/5): Also property on the hill and better to let know about it, so for that location you should rent a car other ways you wil - Clean ,around shops,restaurants Property on hill , noise at 4am in a morning up to 10min every morning (trash collection) flat windows opposite collection point, problems to have a shower (drains was blocked) unfortunately before I did booking the flat I haven’t seen any complaints about noise, shower problems. Flat was rated 9 poins and I trusted but in my opinion property 5-6 poins so in this case I would not picked up the property for money did pay , I would not recommend Regards

• Lora (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely place, great location, friendly & communicative host. The views of the mountains were absolutely breathtaking. I’d definitely stay again. The kitchen could have more plugs/extension cable but this was a very very small inconvenience

• Sven (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect flat to spend holidays in Tenerife . Very close to the center of Los Cristianos and 10 min on foot to the beach. The flat got everything we needed, and Fred is very helpful with whatever we need. I recommend this flat 100 per cent !!!
