• fer (10/5): Excelente 10/10 - El lugar sin duda es tal como se muestra en las imágenes. La atención del personal es muy buena; siempre están atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Aunque está un poco alejado de Salento (aproximadamente a 8 minutos), esto lo convierte en un espacio muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar. El desayuno también es muy bueno. ¡Súper recomendado!

Todas las habitaciones tienen camas muy bien dotadas, viajamos con niños y estuvieron todos cómodos. Todo estuvo perfecto.

• Jean Paul (9/5): - Muy buena Ubicación, Atención del personal. El ambiente es muy cómodo y tranquilo, los perritos hacen mucho mas disfrutable la experiencia. Hay varias actividades que se pueden hacer (por tiempo no las tomamos). En general es una estancia bastante agradable y conveniente. Son cosas pequeñas para mejorar, nada de esto es algo que empeore la experiencia. Las habitaciones podrían tener una caneca y un espejo, se siente un poco frío el baño ya que tiene en la parte alta un espacio abierto al exterior. No hay un letrero que indique como usar el agua caliente (hay que prender la luz para que funcione).

• Estefanía (10/5): - ¡La pasamos increíble en este hotel! Desde que llegamos la atención fue de lo mejor, especialmente gracias a Víctor, que siempre estuvo súper atento y amable. El lugar es hermoso, muy acogedor y con un ambiente que te hace sentir en casa. Un plus maravilloso es que tienen un gatito y 4 perritos divinos, todos súper bien portados y llenos de amor 🐶🐱, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más especial. El desayuno estaba delicioso y la habitación era muy cómoda, perfecta para descansar y desconectarse. Sin duda es un sitio al que quiero volver y que recomiendo. 🥰

• Mafeblack (10/5): La mejor elección - Simplemente espectacular es una Hacienda muy hermosa muy tranquila si lo que queremos es descansar y disfrutar del paisaje y la tranquilidad. La atención mas que excelente Camilo súper amable siempre dispuesto y pendiente a lo que necesitáramos. También realizamos alli mismo paratrake (volar) fue una experiencia maravillosa y su instructor Héctor muy amable, y alli mismo hicimos un paseo en caballo por toda la hacienda y por el rio con Xiomara una chica excepcional la verdad una linda experiencia y volvería de nuevo. Súper recomendado. Muchas gracias chicos por todo.

Te proporcionan mucha información sobre las actividades que se pueden hacer en los alrededores, como también, el transporte. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir. Nos gustó todo.

Concretamente Victor, cuya atención y su predisposición fue espectacular. Por cierto, recomendamos también hacer la actividad del parapente/paratrike. Increible! 🙂

• Juan Carlos (6/5): Una decepción - El entorno y la finca son muy bonitos y están muy cuidados. El personal de las instalaciones es muy amable. La habitación no tenia nada que ver con las fotos. Entiendo que es una casa de arquitectura tradicional pero el olor a humedad y los pocos detalles en los muebles (los pocos que hay) no tienen nada que ver con la tradición. Deberían decir que no hay ventanas en algunas habitaciones, como la nuestra. En la descripción pone Vistas a la montaña o el jardín y eso solo es cierto si abres la puerta de la habitación. En el baño un poco reformado se podía haber instalado un armario en condiciones y un buen lavabo con agua caliente no uno pequeño. En la habitación no hay armario y solo una silla y un portamaletas y una pequeña estantería. Solo hay una luz para una mesita no para las dos y hay varios enchufes que no funcionan. No creo que la tradición paisa sea contraria a la actualización de las habitaciones y a qué estén más cuidadas. Lo peor el ruido de las habitaciones de al lado. Se oye absolutamente todo como si estuvieran en la misma habitación. El desayuno son huevos revueltos y tostada, supongo que en un lugar con una fruta excelente se podrían poner algunas cosas más para desayunar. Está alejado del pueblo y para cenar/comer hay que subir a Salento quieras o no por una carretera de curvas, solo para tenerlo en cuenta. El camino de acceso a la finca (1 km) es una tortura para un coche pequeño. No entiendo porque no se arregla. Antes de la llegada recibimos muchos mensajes de "fishing" a través de la plataforma de Booking pero cuando lo comentamos tanto a Booking como al hotel parece que no interesó mucho. Cuidado con pinchar en el link que mandan.

• Nahia (8/5): Hotel precioso a 10 minutos de Salento en coche - Un hotel precioso en un antiguo rancho. La zona muy tranquila, es perfecto para descansar unos días en el eje cafetero. La cama es muy grande y cómoda. El personal es muy amable y atento, aunque el desayuno un poco escaso. Tuvimos la mala suerte de llegar a la vez que un grupo organizado con 17 jovenes bastante escandalosos. Por lo visto es bastante habitual que haya grupo en este hotel. Por desgracia el grupo fue bastante ruidoso, hasta les organizaron una barbacoa nocturna de la cual nos tuvimos que quejar a altas horas de la noche.

Highly recommend!! - Stunning and peaceful location, within easy reach of Salento centre (walk about 5 mins to the main road, easy to catch bus/passing taxi or jeep for about 2000 pp, or get a taxi from the ranch about 20000 per taxi). Also right next to trail heads for Cascada Santa Rita and hike to some coffee farms. We spent a very happy week here! We stayed in both the suite and a standard room. Very comfortable beds. Suite is to the side of the ranch so it’s super quiet. Standard room had a bit more noise in the morning from dogs/other people going to breakfast, but still very peaceful. The spa bath was very hot and great. Dogs are so so friendly and kind. Great horse rides can be organised from the ranch. Really helpful and friendly team. We were very happy here. A minor point but the door of the suite has a gap above it - meant there was an entry point for bugs (though there weren’t many and we weren’t bothered by mosquitoes) and if there’s people in the other suite it might allow some more noise?

• Alejandra (9/5): Amazing view closed to Salento - The nature of the surroundings makes you want to stay. We woke up by the singing of the birds and the beautiful Mountain View. At night it was a bit cold. We asked for extra blankets and we got them.

• Daniel (9/5): Quaint “Casa Cafetera” in the peaceful countryside - This quaint “casa cafetera” surrounded by mountains and plantations is the perfect stay if you want to enjoy Salento and Valle del Cocora, without the annoying parking problems and crowding of the town of Salento itself. The hosts were super accommodating and received us even if we arrived late. The rooms were ample and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We were also allowed to store our suitcases while we went hiking. The old design of the house is part of the charm, hence the noisy floor boards and the low lighting. But you could compensate this with a revamping of the beds and maybe better lighting inside the rooms.
• Tom (10/5): Relaxing stay in the nature - We had a fantastic stay! The place is located in a very peaceful area in the area just outside Salento. It is very easy to reach town taking the bus just outside the accommodation (every 10 minutes, 0.50$) or with a jeep that they can call for you (5$). Camilo was a great host and speaks English very well, he really did anything he could to make our stay special! Thank you!
• Qianqiao (10/5): Great place in the tranquil countryside of Salento! - The place is so tranquil and amazing, in a very peaceful farm owned by El Rancho. The acess road is a bit tough for driving in, but not a big deal for us. The owner's family is so friendly, and help us a lot during the stay. The drive to the Salento town is about 15min, but you get the busy village feeling rather than the noisy business in the Town center. We love the place so much, and definitely recommend to everyone. The only thing is that during the weekend, one of the neighbouring resort would have loud music until almost 3am. When you close the windows, you can still hear a little bit. For someone with light sleep, this might be an issue.

• Stephen (4/5): Could have been better. - Camilo was very attentive to our needs and helpful, a great host. The main hotel area is lovely with beautiful gardens and views. We stayed in two loft apartments, basic but comfortable beds. The apartments are a good 15-minute walk away from the main hotel. They are basically equipped and did for our one night stay however one of the apartments had a slight smell of mould and the bathroom in the other wasn’t clean upon arrival. One of the apartments is also lacking a mesh covering one of the holes to aerate it meaning whenever the light was on at night, insects were attracted to it and entered the apartment. In all, I think the two loft apartments are a good idea for groups of travelers to stay together however the standard applied to the main hotel is not the same here.

• Astrid (8/5): Good price/value - The people were friendly, it was rather empty and the room was not too big but I think given the price it was ok. Breakfast was simple but good enough. A bit of a drive on a not perfect road but doable with a normal car as well and you get to a more quiet area. Bathroom could be a bit better maintained but again I think for price it was ok.
