• Patricia (10/5): - Emplacement exceptionnel ! Un vrai havre de paix après la cohue de l'extérieur...On a vraiment apprécié le calme de l'appartement très spacieux. Accueil chaleureux de Betty et des petites attentions très agréables. Le frigo est un peu bruyant.

• Helen (10/5): The perfect Venetian retreat - I had an incredible stay at this apartment! As a solo traveller, I felt completely safe and at home. The location was unbeatable—just a stone's throw from St. Mark’s Square, making it so easy to explore. The apartment itself was a pleasant surprise; it was huge, beautifully decorated, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The hosts were absolutely amazing, going out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. This was the perfect Venetian retreat, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! Nothing not to like!

Il a de grandes pièces, beaucoup d'ouvertures, et est doté de matériaux magnifiques. Une très bonne exposition solaire, une magnifique salle de bains avec jacuzzi. C'est un lieu tranquille et silencieux. Là-dessus il faut ajouter que la propriétaire des lieux est charmante et empressée : une vraie vénitienne capable de vous donner un peu de son coeur quand elle vous parle de sa ville. Tout était parfait

Die Ausstattung und Größe des Apartments waren sehr gut. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben viele nützliche Empfehlungen und Hinweise bekommen.

• Irene (10/5): Venetian hidden treasure - Absolutely the BEST in Venice. One of few with an elevator. This apartment was put together with love and it feels it ...comfortable bed and sofas. Kitchen unique with leather chairs and marble. Bathroom more marble and tub with jets. Quiet for sleeping and charming church bells in the daytime and early evenings. Owners easily reachable on line to help with anything. The unusual wooden sculptures have a story to tell!!!! Nothing

• Michelle (7/5): Fantastic location, spacious and homely - Fantastic apartment in a perfect central location – everything is right on your doorstep. The lift is a rare treat in Venice and such a help with luggage. The hosts were so friendly and provided lots of great information to make our stay even better. On our departure day the weather was terrible, and they kindly allowed us a later check-out which made such a difference. The apartment itself is very spacious with a comfy bed, big lounge, well-equipped kitchen and even a jacuzzi bath. Highly recommend! Poor wifi. No shower, only a shower head over bath
• Williams (10/5): - I absolutely loved the location—super easy to get to, quiet, and just 5 minutes from the central piazza and top cafés. The apartment is spacious, bright, clean, recently renovated, and full of art—it feels like stepping into a cozy, aesthetic corner. It really feels like a five-star stay: plenty of towels, body and hair products, a cozy kitchen with everything you need, and a coffee machine with great coffee to start your mornings. Everything is spotless and beautifully styled. Highly recommended. Thank you for this amazing place 🙏💜 If you stay for more than a few days, the shower setup could be a problem—the water tends to splash outside because the shower isn’t fully enclosed, which can be a little inconvenient. Also, the water pressure in the sink is quite low, which is a city issue they can’t control. Everything else—bathrooms, toilets, kitchen—is perfectly fine.

• Venn (9/5): - The apartment is in an amazing location, so close to the Rialto bridge. It's huge, extremely comfortable and clean and with extra little touches like slippers and chocs on pillows and complimentary water. The bed has a memory foam mattress, which was so comfy that we both slept really well. We had great communication with Camilla, she takes huge pride in her property and was so knowledgeable and gave us great advice on places to visit and eat etc.

• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious in a great location. Camilla was incredibly helpful before and during our stay. She was very attentive in ensuring our stay was as great as possible. Her recommendations of local eateries were outstanding. Whilst I have given our stay a 10 we would say that the sheets on the bed could be a little softer but this is very minor.

Tub is small and my husband is large. Location is tricky at first but Camilla came to meet us and so all was fine. Need to google map Foot Locker.
• Bob (4/5): Dissappointing and not as described in the details. - Central location The apartment was not as described, bedroom was in the living room, not seperate. The air conditioning controller was not available, we had to request it and it was then left for us. The spa bath did not work at all and the water pressure was very low and flow into the bath was painfully slow, the tap leaked cold water. The flat overlooked a derelict looking basket ball court, so net curtains kept closed at all times, not very nice.

Betty and her daughter Camila were the perfect hostesses: Friendly and responsive in advance of our trip, Camila made a point of being present when we arrived, and greatly helped with the check in. The building in which the apartment is located is one of very few in Venice which provides an elevator, and is a 5 minute walk away from St Mark’s Square. There is no shower, but a bathtub and shower hose. This is the reason I didn’t rate Betty and Camila’s apartment a perfect 10.

• Kathryn (10/5): Spacious Venetian comfortable apartment so close to Rialto and San Marco - This apartment is a dream…huge in size and so close to Rialto and San Marco…it is traditional Venetian in style which is lovely, the bed was so comfortable and had the best sleep…air con is fab for those hot summer nights…spacious kitchen, marble bathroom, everything was great thankyou Nothing it was perfect and so quiet in bustling Venice…except for the charm of beautiful bells occasionally
• Ian (9/5): Fabulous accommodation for a couple's stay - The hosts (Camille and Betty) are outstanding, highly attentive to our requests and nothing was too much trouble. The location is fabulous - only 2 mins walk to Rialto Bridge What we particularly liked is the huge size and layout of the apartment - enough room to swing the proverbial gondola (LoL!). The alleyway entrance is very unassuming and gives no indication to the apartments within. Despite being in the middle of the hustle and bustle, the apartment was very quiet. The air conditioning is very effective. The bed is comfortable. The lift. It's the smallest I have ever been in. Just big enough for me and a large suitcase. But it does the job.

Very easy to get to from the Rialto water stop with the owners’ instructions. Surrounded by beautiful shops, delicious restaurants and quaint bars it was a short walk to the Basilica and everything we wanted to see.

• Shimona (10/5): Great apartment right in the centre of the City - The location was right in the centre of the city, which was very very convenient for touring the city with little rests in between. Camilla was very generous to let us check in a early for our special circumstances. The apartment was big, clean, beautiful and equipped with almost all the required amenities. It was almost like 5 star hotel suites with a better location. Camilla also provided us with useful information about good places to eat and visit. The kitchen was equipped with almost everything required to cook food ourselves that helped us save money instead of always eating outside. We were also happy to get the the welcome chocolates in the apartment. Camilla was also very prompt in replying to any queries or help that we required during our stay. Overall, it was a very smooth and wonderful experience. As per the instructions in the apartment, we had to dispose the apartment's garbage to the designated area outside. It could be better to let this responsibility be on the cleaning crew after check out.

• Nataliya (10/5): We could not be more happy with our stay. - The host Camilla was in touch with us before arrival giving a clear instruction how to get to the property; she met us personally at the time we agreed and she gave us a guide around the appartment, which was spacious, modern and beautiful with all we required for happy stay. The appartment combines some traditional Venecian features with a a contemporary touch. Camilla provided us with additional bedlinen for a second bed and she kept being in touch with us during the stay. She shared interisting facts about Venice and its sightseeing. We could not be more happy with our stay. everything was perfect.

Like staying in your own home, fully equipped kitchen, spacious, very comfortable. Although it is located in a very busy area, apartment was quiet. A couple of grocery stores nearby and many restaurants.

Communication between the owners was excellent and prompt. Located near Rialto bridge and st Marco square. There was nothing we did not like.

The water pressure for the shower and sink is very weak, can barely take a proper shower. The carpet mats made it quite slippery to walk on.

The place is very spacious for 2 people, and very clean. Excellent location as it’s only 2 minutes away from St. Mark’s Square and 2 minutes away from Rialto Bridge. Camilla is the perfect hostess, from recommending all the nice places to check, to making sure that our stay will be flawless. We even asked if we could check-out late and was not a problem. I would highly recommend this apartment!

It is very close to all the important places Camilla and her mother were very helpful and ensured that we had a hitch-free stay. We will stay there again if we visit Venezia in the future.
