• GANG (10/5): Super friendly team and the perfect spot to get around Rome—and even to other cities. - The best accommodation I’ve stayed in so far. The management team was incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is excellent—very convenient to reach all parts of Rome by public transportation. Since it’s close to the train station, traveling to Florence, Venice, and other cities is also very easy. If I come back to Rome again, I would definitely choose this place.

• Evelyn (10/5): We would love to come back someday - It has a strategic location, close to the bus station. The surrounding area is very quiet and felt safe, even at night. The facilities were spotless. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and everything felt well-maintained and welcoming, we felt right at home. We were assigned a room facing the street, but it was well insulated; we didn't hear any noise or experience any discomfort. Veronica (the owner) was incredibly kind from the moment we arrived. Even at the time of our arrival, she kindly helped us with directions to get in. There's a book-guide with restaurants, transportation, and main attractions to make your stay easier. It left us with such a good impression that we would love to come back someday - it really felt like a home away from home.

• Róbert (9/5): Perfect place for - 10 minutes waliking from Termini station, in a neat, organized residebtal area. The room is clean and nice, there is a well-equipped kithen-diningroom used by other guests as well. The Bus 492 from downtown stop sonly in 200 metres from the apartment. We did not weet the host, but he kept us updated during our stay. A small cabinet for the suitcases and the clohtes would be finein the room, not only the hangers, but I know this is the trend recently.
• Anuradha (9/5): Apartment is really good. Access to the apartment is very secured. The kitchen and dining area is a shade space. - Very clean and nice, simple warm Interiors. Nice kitchen and dining area, which is the sharing one. The elevator did not work, and we had to carry heavy suitcases. Two floors up after we complained it was fixed, thankfully, we didn’t have to carry the luggage while coming down.

• Augustė (9/5): I recommend! - A really comfortable apartment with a very helpful host Alessio, who was very nice and always happy to help. The apartment was cute and cozy, with everything you might need. The only things we missed in the kitchen were a cutting board which was a bit difficult to cook without and a wine opener. It’s also possible to hear other people pretty well. A little bit hard to check in.

The AC and wifi worked very well. The room was a little hard to access and the shower drain didn’t work very well causing the water to almost flood.
• Valeryia (10/5): Best possible experience! - Amazing stylish super clean room in this mini hotel. Spacious and beautiful private bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Very convenient common area with a balcony with gorgeous courtyard view. Great quiet location not far away from all the significant tourist attractions. 15 minutes walk from Termini. Plenty of restaurants, bars and grocery stores around. Super helpful and friendly hostess. Fast and easy communication! Highly recommend! Will come back!

• Jana (9/5): Superb - The apartment was new and super clean, location great - near the Termini train station. Communication and keys handover was also ok. What we liked and can definitely recommend was the Cafe bar directly in the street (for breakfast) and also the Triclinio Osteria for dinners. It was the best restaurant which we have sofar visited in Rome and we were lucky to have it so near. It wasn't that much: missing wardrobe in the bedroom, missing bigger cups for tea in the kitchen. But what we really didn't like were the noises which we could hear from the common hall and also from all the neighbours. It was like living with them. We always knew when they came, when they got up, when they used shower or toilet...
• Roland (6/5): Pleasant enough once we could actually get in to the apartment. - Location was convenient away from the hustle and bustle. The entry system to the apartment was a nightmare. It has put me off from returning, if it remains the same.
• Petra (9/5): Superb - The accommodation was fantastic, the host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to the Manin station and sights. All the equipment is new, modern, very comfortable, you feel really welcome.
• Kübra (10/5): It is recommended - The room, bathroom and common area had been renovated. It is beautifully designed. everything was new and clean. The facilities were sufficient for the price. Being close to Sapienza University was advantageous for my reason for traveling. It was within walking distance of the termini. Also, I was very happy that there was a hair dryer attachment for curly hair:) Hot water in the shower starts to cool down after a while. But it's enough for a quick shower.
• Frank (5/5): More of a shared house than private stay - Updated room and bathroom nicely decorated. Shared kitchen area and entry. Area was not safe and no ability to check in early or leave bags for an early arrival.
• Sarina (10/5): If we ever return to Rome, we will stay here again. - Everything. What an amazing apartment complex in a wonderful neighbourhood in central Rome, was extremely secure and safe! Host was very attentive and gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations. The room was stunning - very clean and comfortable. We almost booked an extra night because we loved it so much!
