You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Pierre-Henri (6/5): - A lot of items missing or not working. Eg : - the shutter in the smaller room was not functional (probably a problem with the remote control which had not been repaired) - the kitchen is huge, but basic stuff are missing, so you can't use it as you would like.

Murray (10/5): We really enjoyed our visit, nice clean property with comfortable beds and accommodations! - The location is great, walking distance to grocery, pubs, restaurants and in a high end area although 20 minutes from central Dublin. Stairs up to front door and stairs up to bedrooms

Steve (10/5): Great new house in good location - Easy access with key box. Great facilities, clean, new, and well equipped with plenty of toilet paper, soap, dish and washer soap, etc. Portable a/c units in each bedroom. Great location very close to pubs and shops of Sandymount. 15 min. walk to Aviva, 10 min. to DART, nice walk south along coastal path. Very good communication with Marie at GuestReady. Main thing I would suggest is a short information book. While we could always ask via messaging, information about recycling, rubbish, TV controls, what the 3 unmarked remotes in the office are for (turns out to open the bedroom blinds), etc., would be helpful. And good luck finding the cutlery (it’s in a drawer within another drawer under the stove 😁). And a second key is always helpful if the house sleeps more than 2 people.
