Minervassa tehtiin remonttia sekä yleisissä tiloissa että yksittäisissä huoneistoissa. Päivällä niin kova kiviporaus- ja tavarankuljetusmelu, ettei huoneistossa voinut olla. Julkisissa tiloissa remonttitavaraa ja rakennusjätettä. Öisin joissakin huoneistoissa pidettiin kovaa melua yöhön saakka.
