• Kristy-Lee (8/5): Pleasant stay, comfortable, clean & tidy, pet friendly, lovely owners, good communication. - Clean, tidy and comfortable, had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Good TV, wifi available, dishwasher, microwave etc. Overall the house was very comfortable, just a couple minor things in need of repair such as the front door is out of alignment so it’s very hard to lock. Also some of the kitchen draw/cupboard latches need repair, same with the bathroom cupboard it needs new rollers on the sliding doors.

• Jennifer (10/5): - Great location with paddock at the rear with cattle and horses. Nice and quiet. So very clean and neat. A pleasure to stay. Easy access.. 2 steps but all level once inside. Walk in shower which has good water pressure. Air-conditioning was very efficient on the warm days.

I appreciated very much he was very hospitable and nothing was a bother for him. Thanks for your kindness. We were able to get groceries from a local supermarket and then go and a good steak meal Nothing to say here in this section

• Shardia (10/5): Lovely and quaint cottage and location. - Loved the semi rural location and the overall size of the cottage. It was good value for money and really met our needs. The air conditioning remote in the main room didn't work so we had to use the one from the other room to make it work.

• John (9/5): A comfortable quaint cottage that we very much enjoyed staying in. - Quaint Cottage in name and character, but not in what it provided. It is well laid out with basic, but adequate furniture, so for four adults, roomy and comfortable. The kitchen area is large allowing plenty of room to work in. Very comfortable beds, air conditioners and overhead fans in both bedrooms ensured an excellent restful night's sleep. The air conditioner in the lounge/kitchen area also ensured our comfort during summer heat. Opening both the front and back doors allowed a lovely breeze to flow through the living area. Although small, the modern bathroom was easy to use. The main toilet was larger than usual and was separate from the bathroom and a second toilet in an incredibly roomy laundry was great. Everything that we needed was available - toaster, microwave, electric kettle, stove, dish washer, sandwich maker, crockery and cutlery etc. The cottage was very clean. Lack of a top sheet on the beds. Lack of face flannels. One towel sheet to be shared by two adults (husband & wife) - would have preferred a towel each.
• Annette (8/5): Simply furnished, clean - Had an issue with the bathroom door being inadvertently locked on arrival. Host was very accessible and helpful. Lovely big backyard overlooking paddock with livestock. No top sheet on the beds. Didn't like sleeping under just a fleecy blanket
• Gordon (8/5): Very clean, comfortable and quiet stay on the edge of Warwick. - It was very well appointed and our dog loved the large garden and the cows and horses over the back fence. Too many cockies in the morning. Just joking!!!!

• Arleen (4/5): - The TV worked, the kitchen amenities worked. To be honest the bed smelt of cigarettes and the matt in the bathroom was gross and wet. The house was not mopped and there was dry urine on the floor around the toilet area. I had the worst sleep in that bed I went and slept on the lounge. The yard is NOT 100% dog proff, My dogs were able to get out in the back part of the yard.
• Donna (9/5): A peaceful, relaxing base to explore Warwick and the surrounding area. - The house was clean, tidy and well presented. Fully air-conditioned which was lovely after a day of walking around Warwick. The area is quiet and peaceful considering the main highway is only a few hundred metres over the back fence. Comfortable beds and plenty of lounge and dining area seating. It was easy to find and good access to allow me to have my car off the road. More linen for example towels and tea towels. Coffee sachets ware supplied but they were only decaf, some caffeinated coffee sachets would be nice. Some outdoor seating at the back as the view of the horses in the paddock behind would have been lovely to watch in the afternoon but there was nowhere to relax. Overall, these were very minor details and we had a lovely relaxing weekend exploring Warwick.
• Fiona (10/5): A very comfortable and convenient place to stay. - There was good communication with the owners prior to arrival, and the cottage was easy to find and access. Although small from the outside, the cottage was spacious inside and felt very clean and fresh. As noted in other reviews, the beds were very comfortable. The provision of tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the kitchen was greatly appreciated. A second handle on the the mixer tap in the kitchen gave access to filtered water which was a nice touch. The kitchen also included paper towel and detergent. The toilet was separate from the main bathroom, and a second toilet in the laundry area is a bonus. Although we only stayed one night on this occasion, the cottage would be very convenient and comfortable for a longer stay.

• Kathleen (10/5): Exceptional - The quaint little cottage was exactly that. It was warm and cosy, providing us with comfortable beds and amenities only 5 mins from Warwick. It was a good jumping off point to spend a day in Stanthorpe and additional time exploring Warwick as well. We couldn't ask for anything else. The communication with our hosts was clear and prompt. Great value for money and we would stay again if we return to the area. Thanks so much, we loved our stay.
• Kevin (7/5): Good for weekend - Location was good close to Morgan Park raceway. Good off street parking. Beds were very firm and extra blankets would be good in the cool weather. We'd prefer not to use heating for sleeping, blankets are preferable

Working the oven and dishwasher without having a settings guide. Not being aware of water supply works being carried out and the associated shut off.

• Joanne (9/5): Cosey home away from home, lovely and clean, easy access and communication! - It was very clean and a lovely big yard. Felt like a home away from home. I also like that if you travel with your pets you can stay there with them. (Our dogs in NZ would have loved it) Great to have two toilets and air con in the bedrooms. The couches were very hard sadly. Liked the amount of seating though. Also could do with another mirror somewhere, maybe a full length one. And also stated before, a dining table. We did leave a clothes airer and basket for the washing as it was wet when we were there and there was no where to dry our washing. These are only minor issues but over all place was lovely!
• Maria (9/5): Very comfortable & clean. - Very clean. Very comfortable, lounge area & the beds. Wonderful to have our dog too. Loved the lights at the footpath. Great to have full Netflix access. Bonus to have all rooms air-conditioned. Kitchen great. The lawn was not mowed, it didn't look inviting because of the unkept lawn. Especially as it rained, uncomfortable to walk in long grass. A table with chairs would of been nice. We adapted though.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, large bath towels, full kitchen with all necessary appliances, very large back yard, quiet position at the edge of town. Easy access A very minor point, Maybe a towel rack to hang damp towels.
