• Bernd (5/5): Leider mehr Schein als Sein - Das Haus liegt in einer Wohnanlage mit über 10 fast identischen Häusern. Der Schlüssel war in einem Schlüsselkästchen mit Code. Bis zur Hauptstraße von Paralimni, wo sich Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden, sind es ein kurzer Weg. Zum Strandabschnitt läuft man ca. 7 Minuten. Direkt vor dem Haus werden gerade wieder neue Häuser gebaut. Der Ort Paralimni besteht fast nur aus Ferienhäusern. Die Größe des Hauses ist okay, wobei man aber bei der Quadratangabe die Dachterrasse dazugezählt hat. Die 3 Schlafzimmer sind recht klein, haben aber alle Eibauschränke mit genügend Stauraum. Leider hat man im Erdgeschoss keine Garderobe. Leider war das Haus nicht wirklich sauber. Wir haben bei der Agentur nach einem Staubsauger gefragt, gab aber keinen. Ein Besen wäre auch schon hilfreich gewesen, gab es aber auch nicht. Die Töpfe im Schrank hatten noch Reste vom Vormieter. Die Geschirrausstattung ist recht mager: keine Schüsseln, keine Dosen zum Aufbewahren. Die Kochutensilien sehr sparsam. Ein sehr versiffter Grillhandschuh in der Schublade und ein verrosteter Grill haben nicht zum Grillen eingeladen. Das Haus hätte in der Winterzeit eine ordentliche Renovierung gebraucht. Leider sind die Wände an den Treppenaufgängen verschrammt. Im Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad war eine Ecke zum Fenster komplett Schimmel befallen und die Farbe blätterte ab. Es fehlte dort auch die Schiebetür von der Dusche. Die Bäder haben alle Schimmelansätze. Steckdosen nicht befestigt, im Mini-Klo unten fehlte die Abdeckung der Lüftung. Die Dachterrasse hatte keinen Tisch+Stühle.
• Karolina (7/5): Z chęcią bym tam wróciła - Dom nowoczesny, w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko plaża oraz sklepy, bary i restauracje. Piękny widok z okna dom wymaga odświeżenia, kuchnia bardzo ubogo wyposażona. Niestety słabo posprzatane łazienki. Troche mało papieru toaletowego na tyle osob.

• Natalja (10/5): - We stayed at this villa in Paralimni and absolutely loved it! The villa is perfect for a family vacation — spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. It has everything you need to relax and enjoy Cyprus: a large, clean swimming pool, a huge terrace, two floors, and a wonderful rooftop where you can sunbathe, watch the sunrise, or enjoy breathtaking sunsets. A special thanks to the host — an incredibly kind and responsive person! She is always available, replies instantly, and helps with anything you might need. Thanks to her, our stay was completely stress-free. The location is excellent: just a few minutes’ walk to three beautiful beaches, bars, and shops. The villa also has its own private, gated parking area — only guests can enter, which gives an added sense of comfort, safety, and privacy. And around the villa, there are many scenic walking trails where you can enjoy nature, the sea breeze, and the stunning Cypriot landscapes. We highly recommend this place! It’s truly somewhere you’ll want to come back to again

• Samuel (7/5): L’emplacement est top dommage pour le bruit et les fourmis. - L’ emplacement est vraiment très bien près d une très belle plage ainsi que de nombreux commerces et restaurants, on peu y aller à pied sans problème. Maison avec une grande piscine bien entretenue et un beau petit jardin. La propreté des sols n’ étais pas top et il y a avait beaucoup de fourmis qui venais même sur le plan de travaille de la cuisine. Il y a une construction en cours derrière qui engendre pas mal de bruit dés 6h du matin.. et certains voisin fort bruyant..

• Avner (9/5): וילה טובה במיקום מעולה - מיקום מצוין, מרחק הליכה מרחוב קנדי הראשי ומחוף הים. בריכה וחצר גדולות, עם שילוב טוב של שמש וצל. מטבח מאובזר בכל מה שצריך. מזגנים חזקים. וויפי עם קליטה חלשה ולא מעט ניתוקים. לא היו מגבות חוף למרות שהיה רשום בפרטי הדירה. המדרגות לבריכה מחליקות.

• Rotaru (5/5): Not happy with the owner since cor the money they coild offer is the coffe - The pool First of all to start that the house is for 6 people and there was 3 capsules of coffee Second there was not even a bottle of water waiting for us There was only 6 towels and we could not use one more even if there was an emergency considering we all used pool and showered also The salt and piper that was in the place was left after other guest and not clean by the owner Is gross

• Wayne (8/5): Disappointed with facilities, but could be very nice lovely villa and fantastic location - Location Facilities , shower screen missing, broken glass in bathroom , screen broken on balcony, kitchen tap kept falling off. No furniture at all on sun terrace so you couldn’t relax there. Also only 4 loungers around the pool for 6 people
• Magdalena (10/5): Exceptional - Great New willa with clean pool. We hade some isue with the cleaning, but all was sortet by host immediatle. The place was a bit damp, you could feel it, but that's probably the nature of the location. At the end we had a nice stay. We arrive and the fridge wasnt clean properly, bed covers wasnt fresh, but all was change immediatle, so I can camplain.

• Kay (10/5): Very relaxing time away with a friend - Great location, clean & well equipped. Very peaceful location but with Kennedy Avenue only a couple of minutes away on foot. Small beach a five minute walk away. Didn’t make the most of the roof terrace although great for capturing sunset. Outside space well kept & relaxing. Georgia was very responsive to any requests. Would definitely stay again. It would probably spoil the aesthetic but hand rail on stairs would make it perfect.

• Rhiannon (10/5): Staying here made our holiday a memorable one for sure 🫶🏼 - Great location, lots of lovely bars and amazing restaurants within a 2 minute walk. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay there very comfortable. Clean and tidy with gorgeous sea views 🥰
• Menna (8/5): Overall, the villa is very nice and comfortable in a nice quiet location close to a small number of shops and restaurant - Nice spacious living room and kitchen area. Comfortable bedrooms. Nice poolside area with easy pool access. Bathrooms were a bit small and cramped. Showers not as shown on images. Shower doors didn’t close properly. Parasol was broken and needs replacing. Kettle does not switch off automatically when boiling. Swimming pool a bit cloudy snd left green stain on clothing and floats.

• Elliot (10/5): Could have lived here forever and would return in a heartbeat - Our Stay at Azure is right up there for us we have stayed at several Villas now and I would have to say this is the most modern we have stayed in with the best layout we have had. I imagine that as this is a relatively new built villa and as time goes on more will get added to the villa. The pool is a a good size for splashing about, the kitchen is well equipped and all towels/bedding were provided. The views out towards the sea and particularly the views from the rooftop are excellent. The villa is conveniently located behind Kennedy Avenue (pictured) which is a few minutes walk where there are some excellent places to eat and a few other shops nearby on the main road. I'd have to say it is bordering on perfect as you are 5-10 minutes drive away from the busier resorts and once you've had enough of that you can come back to the quieter more relaxed Kapparis. Firemans beach is also about a 10 minute walk away and if depending on the heat you are up for it Malama is similar... towards the end of the trip we'd had enough of that so 2 minutes by car instead! With having a hire car getting to Protaras is about a 10/15 min drive, Paralimni is no time at all about 5 minutes for the bigger supermarkets and on that note I'd say Zorbas Bakery is well stopping in at on the way back home after a day at the beach. On a side note we can't thank Georgia enough as my partner inexplicably left her "precious" Dyson Airwrap in the villa on the day we left, after we arrived home at 4AM my partner messaged Georgia and amazingly she replied pretty quickly for what would be 6AM cypriot time. She went to the villa and got it for us then shipped it out to the U.K which arrived back with the smell of Cyprus in the box. When asked for bank details so we could refund her the cost of shipping we were told please just write us a review... In all honesty there really isn't much to dislike here, Privacy maybe isn't completely the best but there really isn't very much you can do about that and my partner really would have liked a coffee machine but if those are the only 2 gripes we can find then I really can't fault the place.

• Liam (7/5): Great location and the bedrooms are spacious - Located next to the beach and some nice restaurants/ bars. Villa was really spacious and the beds are comfy. The neighbouring Villa would often use the garden/ pool area as a cut through to leave at the back of the property. It’s not the best if your wanting privacy when sunbathing.

• Noam (7/5): Nice but not worth the money - The location, new modern villa, good kitchen The villa was not clean, the dishwasher was a full of dirty dishes and no tablets to clean this and no garbage bags. No warm blankets and it was only 3 summer blankets for 5 people. No mirrors at all! Missing a lot of stuff like pool cleaning net, mop to scoop water around the pool, not enough towels and no washing machine tablets...

• Phillip (10/5): Perfect - Stunning villa and very modern. Amazing views during the day and for sunsets from the rooftop terrace or the 3 balconies. The pool although not huge is more than adequate and is so nice. Huge kitchen and living areas, so plenty of comfortable places to just chill out in. Great location, two minute walk away from the beach and beach bar. And 30 second stroll away from the strip area with plenty of really good restaurants and some really nice small bar/pubs. No major negatives, just with the villas being brand new, some further additions could be made with some small extras such as maybe a few more sun loungers as the villa sleeps 6 but there are only two and maybe an outside couch like the neighbouring villas have and something similar for the rooftop terrace. Again no complaints just little things to make this stand out even more.
• Bonka (8/5): Great place - will visit again! - Some say the villa is far from the beach - well it is not true, there are 2 amazing beaches in a walking distance -5-10 min. The pool was amazing, the green trees around was great, the specious living room with kitchen was SUPERB. There was not a bathtub, although it stated that there is, but that is not so important...
