- Paul (8/5): An Old Favorite - I like the Manor 2. Great market behind and the upmarket areas in front (though crossing the road is an adventure!). The Manor 2 is the grand damn of apartments in Binh Thanh and so is somewhat aged but a LOT of young entrepreneurs have been busy renovating and redecorating their investments. But it does mean that different rooms can vary considerably in comport, fittings, price and so on. A couple of small winmarts on the ground floor but for variety you need to head across to the Saigon Pearl complex across the road about 500m away. Most Grab drivers know the place (just stipulate Manor 2), so easy for transport and food deliveries. I think prices are rising too steeply - they are getting equal to the larger, new apartments across the road in Central Park
