• Nick (9/5): Fijne locatie, goed verblijf - Room 401: twee verdiepingen met deur die goed geluid tegenhield. Goede bedden, badkamer was prima met Westerse douche en apart toilet. Locatie was erg fijn, grote supermarkt en 7/11 om de hoek. Trap naar boven was een normale trap. Gratis paraplu’s te leen. Tv had geen antenneverbinding

• Gungun (9/5): The apartment was clean and maintained just wished stairs and shower had more space - All amenities were there , especially laundry It was clean and maintained Shower size was too small And there’s only one bathroom amongst six people The stairs are narrow , so if you have heavy luggage that could be an issue
• Loredana (10/5): Meraviglioso ❤️ - Alloggiavamo nella stanza 301 al 3' piano (saranno una 15ina di scalini). Stanza piccola (ma si sapeva perché scritto nella descrizione) ma comfortevole. Ha permesso di vivere a me e la mia famiglia l'esperienza di una piccola casa in stile giapponese, con tatami, futon, senza sedie o tavoli. É tutto piccolo ed efficiente come nella cultura giapponese. Per me é stata un'esperienza bellissima. Ho amato tutto.

• YI TING (9/5): - 比較像民宿，以東京住宿來說空間算頗大，有沙發、小廚房 這次房間在一樓，雖然巷子不常有人，但有人經過的時候頗有感覺。 電視可以連線但沒有聲音。 暖氣有點無感。
• silvia (6/5): - Ubicación muy cerca del metro, zona tranquila. check in muy fácil al llegar al apartamento. Contactas con el personal por tablet, enseñas el pasaporte y te dan código de entrada. Muy amables. Olor a pies increíble ya que tenia moqueta. Aireando no se marchaba. Suponemos que los anteriores inquilinos no se lavaban los pies. Falta de higiene en este punto. Entre clientes deberían desinfectar mas. Alojamiento en planta baja y en la entrada del edificio. Ruidos de la calle ya que ventanas son muy finas y está a pie de calle.

The service provided by owner is so efficient & their response is so fast! Maybe owner can add on portable heater as the aircond’s heater is not enough. It was a chilly room for us.

• Dominik (8/5): It has everything you need to travel in Tokyo - The last time I've seen a microwave that clean was when I bought a brand new one. The whole apartment was really super clean! Despite its small size, it has everything that you might need even for a longer stay and it's good that there's a laundry room available. The location is really good because it's relatively close to the Ueno station and 7/11 and Maruetsu are around the corner. The futons are incredibly comfortable and nice to sleep at! Sadly it's really loud and it's very difficult to sleep, particularly when you're with a kid. You can hear people walking and talking on the street at night and early in the morning it gets incredibly loud due to construction works nearby. Sleeping with earplugs every day can be irritating and little children won't use it. It's a little bit cold and damp by the main window.

• RD (9/5): Très bon emplacement - L'emplacement est génial, à côté du métro et de la gare de ueno, facile d'accéder aux différents points de visite Au 3ème étage, si vous avez des valises lourdes car escalier raide.
• Dong (9/5): Accommodatie was goed genoeg voor ons gezin. - Schoon en comfortabel. Ruimte was net genoeg voor twee volwassenen en twee kinderen. En gelukkig was de accommodatie op de begane grond waardoor we niet hoeven te sjouwen met zware koffers.

We know the property has no elevator to 3rd floor but never expect the stair would be extremely steep (45degree) and very narrow, and we brought 2 big luggages. Room also very small with very wrong interior, can u imagine that small bathroom in front of bed (approx distance 20-30cm). We dont have any space to open luggage or to put jackets. We put 1luggage outside the room and we decided not to take bath and move the next day to other property.

• Otto (6/5): Pleasant - Close to railway Long stairs from ground floor up to 3 floor, that is dangerous. Parking fee around there so expansive, ¥2500 24 hrs.

• Andres (10/5): Comfortable flat great stay - It's a comparable price to a hotel room, in which case this apartment is much more spacious. The kitchen is a little small if you want to cook a lot, but for basic meals it's perfect. The place was very clean. It has two openable windows and the bed was really comfortable. I was travelling alone so there was plenty of space for luggage, I can imagine with more people you'd have to be a little tidier and inventive in that regard. The wifi had a slight issue one night (~22:00) but it didn't matter how late they came to fix it. The communication overall was excellent; quick and responsive. It's a short walk from the train station. Only 20min walk from all the Asakusa features and only extra 10min to the SkyTree. If you walk the other way it's less than 20min to Okachimachi for shopping and restaurants. There are also a 7-11 and a bigger supermarket right down the corner. The laundry works also great. Nothing to say really

• Claire (4/5): Okay, but other places were better value. - Having two floors was helpful with 4 people. 3 big beds were great. pillows were the best we've had during our Japan trip. Enough towels. washer and dryer was helpful. lucky we got in as soon as we needed. Location was great, nice and close to the train station and some great restaurants. only a 20 min walk to Asakusa where we spent most of our time. Wifi made it easy to keep connected when at the apartment. although we did enjoy our stay we were out of by the seriously large amount of long black hairs everywhere all over the apartment when we first got in. On the beds, in the beds, on the floor and near the cooking area. We knew about the stairs but it became very tiresome after a long day on your feet. The TVs that were provided were unusable unless you sat on the floor. Because we were not there much it wasn't a big deal. Given it's an old style apartment this isn't it's fault but we found it way too noisy. So much street noise, sounded like all the windows were open. we struggled to get and stay asleep. Found the price quite high for the stay we had, but that's just our experience.

Third bed not set up when we arrived. Small 1 room which was tight for 3 people. No chairs, had to sit on mats on floor. Futon bed = mat on floor

Maybe a few more kitchen items...like a sharp knife, drinking glasses and tea towel would be good
