• Felipe (1/5): NADA RECOMENDABLE - El alojamiento está muy nuevo. Atienden 2 chicas. Implicación y trato con el cliente nulo, forzado y nada cercano. 10 mensajes de wass para ver si cenábamos en el hotel. Luego para que eligiéramos a las 4 de la tarde qué íbamos a cenar. El menú de cena 25 €. 3 espárragos de lata calentados con una salsa. Un filete de secreto a la plancha y un trozo de tarta.. Desde que llegamos, mareándonos con la factura, como si nos fuésemos a ir sin pagar. Para colmo, me dejo una prenda en el hotel, pido si me la pueden enviar a portes debidos y me contestan que si quiero, envíe yo a correos a buscarla... El precio, para el lugar donde se encuentra, desorbitado. En fin, una experiencia lejos de las espectativas.
• Berta (7/5): Hotel maravilloso, pero detalles regulares - El hotel es muy bonito, muy cuidado y limpio Podría haber sido una valoración de 10, pero la atención del personal dejó mucho que desear. Solo había 2 habitaciones ocupadas y nada más llegar, nos dieron la habitación y se marcharon. No me dio tiempo ni a preguntar dónde estaba la piscina. Tuve que llamar por teléfono. Al ir a la piscina, estaba cerrada, por lo que tuve que volver a llamar para que la abriesen. Las sillas y sofás estaban sin cojines. Una sensación de que no esperan a nadie. Entiendo que no es lo mismo tener el hotel lleno que solo tener ocupadas 2 habitaciones, pero el hotel es lo suficientemente caro como para ofrecer todos los servicios que ofrecen por la web. En cuanto al desayuno, nos pasó lo mismo. El segundo día bajamos después que la otra habitación y no se preocuparon en reponer nada. Si bajas primero, comes; si no, las sobras. Éramos 4 personas en la habitación, y nos dejaron solo 2 sobrecitos de champú, que tampoco repusieron al día siguiente. Los pedimos y sin problemas, pero la sensación de tener que estar pidiendo constantemente todo, no me gustó.

• Berthe (7/5): Dejligt roligt hotel men der kan optimeres på kundebetjeningen - Rolige omgivelser og dejligt stille poolområde Hotellet ligger langt fra alting og er ikke bemandet fra morgenmad til aftensmad. Dvs baren er lukket og det er ikke muligt at få snacks, drikkevarer el lign fra kl 11-20.30. Man skal sørge for at være selvforsynende. Kommunikationen med hotellet er trægt - meget langsom svartid hvis overhovedet på mails mm. Jeg efterspurgte en ventilator til værelserne, da vi besøgte på dage, hvor der var knap 40 grader, men fik oplyst at hotellet kun havde 1 til hele hotellet. Der er bestemt basis for at alle værelser bliver udstyret med en ventilator som fast inventar.

La habitación tenía un tamaño adecuado, la cama muy cómoda, la piscina climatizada y el área de la piscina en general estupendas Me hubiera gustado más flexibilidad con las cenas. Que no sea obligatorio tomar el menú completo (podría haber opción de medio menú o carta). Al final cenamos un lunes y un miércoles, y la oferta tan solo varió en un plato. No siempre te apetece cenar lo mismo, o no todos los días te apetece cenar dos platos y un postre.

• Emmanuelle (9/5): Magnifique séjour dans un havre de paix - Magnifique établissement dans un village un peu perdu. Le lieu parfait pour savourer tranquillité et silence. Notre chambre était superbe et très confortable avec un poêle qui doit être parfait en hiver ! Il faisait très chaud et la chambre n’était pas climatisée heureusement la fraîcheur de la nuit a permis une bonne régulation

• Susan (9/5): Enjoyed walking around the small village and relaxing at hotel. - Enjoyed the meal offerings. Loved the decor of the rooms and hotel. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for our road trip. Would love to return to explore the surrounding area and wouldn't hesitate to return to this hotel. The view outside our window of storage, dumpster and industrial vents was disappointing especially since the surrounding area and village is so beautiful.
