• Gobnait (8/5): - The apartment was fabulous. The staircase up to the apartment was very narrow had to be very careful going up and down the steps. Could hear everything going on outside on the street day and night.
• Spencer (8/5): - Location was great. Staff was somewhat difficult to deal with. They only wanted to communicate via WhatsApp! I sent a messages using Booking messages on the confirmation link. The response was asking if I submitted a request in WhatsApp. Other guests try to checking were having similar issues.

• jdntortosa (8/5): Notable apartamento en el centro de Londres si no te importa demasiado el ruido de la calle - La ubicación sin duda es su punto fuerte. La limpieza es impecable, algo que en Londres es difícil de encontrar. La insonorización es muy deficiente. A pesar de ser un tercer piso se oyen los ruidos de la calle como si estuviesen dentro de la casa.

The beds were not so comfortable anymore. The apartment also smelled of food, and the neighbor pub caused quite a bit of noise until late

• Andrew (8/5): - Flat was great, close to everything especially public transport. Even had a excellent pub just a meter away from front door. Was a little warm inside, couldn't get air conditioning to work, but did have fans.
• Aileen (9/5): We loved our stay and would definitely book again. - Beautiful apartment, very comfortable and stylish. Fantastic location. The duvet for the double bed was too small. We found a spare one though, which solved the problem. Bin men emptying bins at 6am wasn’t great, but obviously nothing the host can do about that!
• Arda (9/5): Apart from the noise, everything was great 🙋‍♀️ - The property is in a very central location. You can take the direct underground from Heathrow Airport and get off almost right in front of the house. Many tourist attractions in London are within walking distance. The location is excellent. The house is very spacious and a living room is tastefully furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are large and functional. The beds are comfortable The bedrooms and living room face a street located between three buildings. There is a pub right beneath the building. From around 5:00 p.m. until almost 3:00 a.m., it is nearly impossible to sleep due to excessive noise, shouting, and laughter. One night, at 5:00 a.m., they unloaded about 30 draught beer kegs from the pub — I can honestly say the building shook from the noise. And the garbage trucks that arrive in the early morning hours sound as if they are right inside your head 😣 It’s quite unfortunate that a house in such a great location is this noisy…
• Katherine (8/5): A wonderful apartment in a very central location - The property was beautiful and well designed. It was very central and a great location for sightseeing. The only problem was that there is a pub next door which is very noisy. They also had a 6.15 am delivery which was also very loud. Double glazing or earplugs would be a great addition. Otherwise, bring your own earplugs or don’t book if you’re not a heavy sleeper. Such a shame as everything else was fantastic.

• Aditya (8/5): Highly recommended. Good central location. Walking distance to SoHo nightlife, F&B outlets, Oxford Street - Comfortable stay. Well equipped, neat and clean apartment. The apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floor. 2 bedrooms and one bathroom on 3rd. Living room, kitchen and one bathroom on 4th. Staircase inside the unit between 3rd and 4th a bit winding and narrow but manageable, even for elderly. Good thing is that the building elevator goes to both level 3 & 4 and each level has a main door to the apartment. Location is great with Holborn tube station just 2 minutes walk, SoHo 15 minutes, Oxford Circus 25 minutes. Contactless check in and check out worked seamlessly. Nothing not to like but some simple suggestions below: 1) put some clothes hanging hooks on the bathroom doors 2) put a bath caddy tray in the shower area so one does not need to keep bending down to pick up the shampoo 3) there is storage space on the 4th floor. A part of this can be converted to cupboard space for clothes. That would be particularly helpful since one bathroom is on the 4th floor. 4) send the complete checkin instructions on WhatsApp 24 hours in advance and not 8 hours in advance

Very clean and nicely decorated. Own kitchen and living room allows for downtime between trips out and about. Highly recommended. Narrow lane on a busy street. Be prepared to be woken up by deliveries next door and general noise of a big city waking up.

• Michael (8/5): 10/10 apart from the noise - Everything apart from 1 thing The bedrooms faces an incredibly noisy street that goes on all night. With the windows shut and locked I think was able to hear everything outside, including people's conversation. Kept on waking up through the night due to this.

• Mokky (9/5): A very well located home away from home - The location is excellent with the Holborn Tube station and a couple of grocery shops nearly at the doorstep. It is a 5 minute walk from LSE CKK and in proximity to Lincoln’s Inn Fields. It was truly very comfortable space wise and well lit. The only issue is that the Tavern downstairs is noisy till quite late (early hours of the morning) most nights.
• Izzy (10/5): Brilliant! - Location was absolutely perfect, seconds away from Holborn tube station with a Waitrose, Superdrug and Sainsbury's nearby. 10 minute walk from Covent Garden. Arrived on a scorching hot day and the air conditioning was beyond appreciated. Really clean and bright flat with modern decor. Great lounge area with a huge TV with a good selection of channels. Dining table also came in handy. Bed was really comfortable too. Would definitely stay here again! Could get slightly noisy outside but this really didn't bother me at all.
• Susan (10/5): Perfect Location, Perfect Stay - The location was fantastic - steps away from the Holborn tube stop and we could take the tube from Heathrow without changing trains. The flat was spacious, clean, and bright. There was coffee and tea provided. There was more than enough room for us to spread out and recharge after several days of travel. Having AC on a hot London day made all of the difference! Really, it was great! I don't have anything to add. I think that the only thing that I would like is to have the keys from a lockbox instead of having someone meet us at the flat.
