E-mails sent about transportation, food, attractions etc. Detailed information about check-in and out. Amazing job. Apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator. It is only an issue when you have a 26kg luggage like we had. :-)

• Nicolae (8/5): Nice small apartment - It's pretty close to the center, the provided check-in details and house rules were very helpful and clear. The apartment looks great and the overall experience was fine. Good internet connection. It's a bit of an odd neighbourhood, lots of strange people around. The hot water was getting cold when a 3rd person was making the shower (it was not a problem for us though). I had an overall good experience.
• Phillip (10/5): A delightful trip and would be more than happy to use this accommodation in any city. - Easy to access restaurants and get into the centre of town. The balcony was a lovely addition along with the shower. The picture we added is from a lovely restaurant less than 2 min away. Lots of graffiti in the surrounding area gave a rough feel so when using the code we were suspicious of anyone trying to get in. Once getting familiar with it the area is quite nice. An extra pillow or two would have been good.
