He even arranged an earlier check-in for me since I was arriving sooner than expected, which I really appreciated. The apartment was great and everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again!

• Dorina (10/5): Nagyon elégedettek voltunk vele. - Nagyon könnyen bejutottunk, a takarító hölgy éppen akkor végzett mikor érkeztünk, de a számkóddal sem lett volna nehéz bejutni. Nagyon szép tiszta volt a lakás, kényelmes volt két fő részére is. A lokáció is teljesen jó, mi gyalog közlekedtünk mindenhova. A környék megfelelő, a szállásadónk is mondta hogy ez Athén gazdagabb részén található szállás. Ez valóban igy van hiszen egy kb. Váci utca jellegű úton jutottunk el a lakásig. A fürdőszoba is tökéletes volt, én a többi szálláson azt láttam hogy a wc egybe van a zuhanyzóval, de itt teljesen elvolt különítve, nem lett az egész fürdőszoba vizes tusolás után. A szoba egy szuterén jellegű lakás, így kevésbé fényes de mivel csak este tartózkodtunk ott ez sem volt olyan zavaró.

• Alex (9/5): - Apartamento muy agradable para unos días. La ubicación es excelente y las indicaciones del anfitrión muy adecuadas. Nada que no se lea en otros comentarios, unos escalones para llegar al apartamento, poca luz natural, pero para unos días se puede estar perfectamente bien.

We are very grateful! Would definitely recommend this place! It is a basement flat (which we knew) so no natural light, but it's super well lit from inside and it really wasn't a problem, especially as we were literally only there to sleep!
• Gaia (8/5): - Posizione ottima, comoda per l'arrivo dall'aeroporto e funzionale per girare la città. Vicina al supermercato con ottima varietà di prodotti. C'è lavatrice, piano cottura, frigorifero grande. Pulito, aria condizionata funzionale e Sergius gentilissimo. La struttura è in un seminterrato con poca luce esterna. Dentro però molto illuminato.

Struttura in una stradina molto silenziosa e tranquilla, fornita di tutti i servizi e wifi, ambiente molto fresco (abbiamo apprezzato visto il caldo della città), host davvero premuroso ed attento, ci ha fornito molte informazioni ed indicazioni utili, ci ha gentilmente permesso di utilizzare l'alloggio qualche ora in più il giorno della partenza (in accordo con la pulizia e l'arrivo dei nuovi ospiti) Esperienza super!

• Pranav (10/5): An great, well priced room, very central and an amazing host. - An amazingly well priced room for the location, with a wide range of amenities provided. Within walking distance from the main square as well as most of the usual attractions/activities for tourists visiting Athens. Sergios was an amazing host that provided detailed instructions as well as fantastic recommendations on places to eat and activities to do in the city and also checked in regularly to see how we were doing as well as if we needed anything.

Nothing really, everything was as expected and even more.

Location: The location of this accommodation is unbeatable. Nestled in the heart of Athens, it provides easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Whether you are here for sightseeing, dining, or shopping, everything is just a stone's throw away. Facilities: The facilities are top-notch. The room is beautifully furnished and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, perfect for both work and leisure. Cleanliness: The property was impeccably clean. Host: The host, Sergio, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He provided excellent recommendations for local dining and activities, and was always available to answer any questions or assist with any needs we had. We are so grateful that Sergio provided storage for our luggage for almost two weeks free of charge while we traveled through the rest of Europe. This made a huge difference to our travel experience, making it much easier and more enjoyable. N/A

• Yaroslava (3/5): Considering all of the above, the price is too high. - These apartments are in the city center. The area is calm and quiet. I liked that the owner gave instructions on visiting many interesting places in Athens. We didn't expect the apartment was in the basement. The room is dark and the kitchen is little bit old. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to cook our own breakfast. Because there is no proper stove. Also in the night you feel cold from the wall. I would like the bed linen to be better. Very bad pillows. The neighbors were smoking outside and there was a strong smell coming through the window.

• Georgios (9/5): Small comfy room in great location in Kolonaki close to Likavitos. - Small comfortable and cheap room in Kolonaki, close to Likavitos and about 10 minutes away from Suntagma metro station, the location is great and the room is comfy and clean. Not an important point really, but the WiFi connection security is not up to date causing issues accessing some sites.

He went out of his way to provide us with great information on transport arrangements for example and pointers on Athens, what to do, and how to make the most of it. Good value stay
