QI (10/5): 还会再来 - 1、房间比较大，放了三张床，一张桌子后还有很大地方。 2、有中文微信客服，沟通很方便。孩子高烧，半夜咨询附近是否有医院，客服很快帮我找了可以接急诊的医院，还嘱咐沟通不了给他/她电话，帮忙翻译。非常nice。 3、位置方便，入谷站不远，入谷到上野一站。周围有lawson、711、吉野家和综合超市，结合设备，可以自己做饭。很方便

Esther (7/5): It was a convenient place to stay for a night in Tokyo. - It was very convenient and easy to get to. The beds were comfortable. It wasn’t super clean and the walls are very thin.
Mazzia (1/5): Bad - Room already dirty on arrival with amounts of various hair, with TV not working and shower flooded. The proximity to Ueno is like a mirage: half an hour on foot marching on a busy road. Finally, finding the structure without a beating stick is impossible: in fact, located in an alley in a labyth of narrow streets all the same, even if well frequented by nice and happy mice in the sewer aromas that often enveloped the place. In 9 days of stay and 30 degrees in the shade there was no cleaning and/or linen change. Even if the telephone contact person was very helpful, he absolutely did not save our stay. To be avoided
