• Ewelina (10/5): Super apartament - Bardzo nam się podobał apartament w dobrej lokalizacji spokojnej miejscowości. W apartamencie były wszelkie udogodnienia. Sklep nie daleko 2 baseny. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i polecamy. Nie ma takich rzeczy

• Stefdaudenge (8/5): - L'appartement très bien équipé, calme dans un jardin de cactus très agréable L'hôte, disponible et très réactive (porte d'entrée sécu qui se referme avec les clefs dedans 🫠, elle nous a rouvert rapidement) Au bord de la tf1 avec un commerce sur place où est tard, on est partout rapidement La piscine était froide. Les abords directs du littoral ne sont pas vraiment aménagés mais cela ne nous a pas gênés, juste soyez prudents.
• Pauline (8/5): Beautiful, well priced - Good location, nice heated pool, food and drinks lovely, not overpriced, staff attentive Beds were hard. And only come with one pillow each (although will deliver more on request. Entertainment didn’t last long in evening but we were there in January
• Strauß (6/5): Der Ort und die Umgebung hat uns gut gefallen, die Wohnung hätten wir gerne mit Terrasse gehabt. - Die Größe der Wohnung war o.k. Auch dass eine Waschmaschine da war, hat uns gut gefallen. Die Küche war auch gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war sehr finster. Leider ließen sich die Fensterläden nicht öffnen, nur die Lamellen ließen verstellen, was die Wohnung jedoch auch nicht sehr viel heller machte und wir dadurch den Blick aufs Meer nicht wirklich genießen konnten. Leider war auch der Swimmingpool nicht zu benützen. Er war durch ein Sicherheitsband den ganzen Aufenthalt über abgesperrt. Darüber hinaus wäre es nicht erlaubt gewesen, eine Liege beim Pool aufzustellen. Nur Hand- bzw. Badetücher wären als Liegemöglichkeit erlaubt gewesen. Schade.
• Michał (10/5): Bardzo miłe miejsce, super baza do zwiedzania Teneryfy - Super miejsce jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Teneryfy ale można spędzić czas na miejscu i okolicy. Brak problemów z parkowaniem, Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Na terenie duży basen, boisko do tenisa (bardzo przyzwoite) oraz do mini golfa. W pobliżu kilka fajnych knajpek, sklep i świetne miejsce do spacerów nad oceanem

• Veronika (10/5): Great family place - Everything was as expecting or even better. In apartment were prepared high chair and travel cot for our one-year-old son. That was very kind. Apartment is in gated complex with 3 swimming pools and minigolf. In apartment is minigolf equipment and also beach gear. We felt safe in complex and also in town. It was very good choice for our family. Inside the apartment, all sound travels quite easily. Therefore, the family might easily disturb one another. This is not a complaint, but I consider it a fact worth mentioning.

She was always available whenever we had a question or needed anything, whether it was about the island or the apartment. Her support made our stay truly smooth. Nothing went wrong; everything went wonderfully, and we absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm spot to stay that’s still close to everything. The apartment is very well located on the island — about 50 minutes from either side — so you never feel isolated. Praia de Arico itself is a beautiful, sheltered beach, perfect for kids to have fun safely. This was our second visit to Tenerife, and we were pleasantly surprised by the location, especially since last time we stayed in Güimar, which is also lovely and has great beaches nearby.

However, the air quality inside was not great, likely due to ventilation issues. This made the stay a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, a good option if you prioritize a quiet location, but improvements in air circulation would make it much better.
• Olha (10/5): Exceptional - It was honestly an absolute pleasure to stay in this apartment! It was big, with nice cute terrace. There are also 2 pools, tennis courts and golf court that were a good addings. We also loved that it was very close to the beach and if you rent a car it is literally close to everything in Tenerife. If I am to go to Tenerife again I will definitely choose this apartment to stay! -

• Dimple (7/5): Apartments - Like the apartment & it’s huge but it was very windy so It makes noice in the night but it’s not owners fault. Only one thing is noice in the night time so wouldn’t sleep properly every night.
• Aurimassss (1/5): Terrible Nightmare! - Clean, lot of goods and equipments in apartment. 3 days before the start of the lease, they constantly disturbed the peace of our family holiday with letters, attacked with illegal demands ( personal data protection law) - to send photos of personal ID or Passport . In the end, after dozens of letters, he started threatening to call the police. all this continued for 5 days. Some Nightmare!

• Mary (8/5): comfortable safe property in very quiet resort - spacious clean no sea or Mountain View as advertised. these views were available nearby. in a locked compound. hard to find- Google mapping didn’t precisely locate. would be helpful to say door number. a keysafe would allow leaving property at a time to suit.
• Igor (9/5): Superb - Good location with 2 saltwater pools nearby, 2 walkable beaches, supermarket. Some minor improvements must be made.
