- Grétar (5/5): This is a nicely located apartment but in a dire need for maintenance (e.g. paint job) - Nice location. The concept is good. Nice pool. It was clean. Great to have a piano, awesome. This apartment is in serious a need for maintenance. Things are worn or just broken. The pictures do not tell the full story. Beds not comfortable.
